DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Still after so many months I'm still very very disappointed and regretted that I trusted them.
I’m extremely disappointed. I have emailed them several times regarding my Cool-sculpting service and requested a refund.
However, after going through the pain, spending a considerable amount of money, and giving ample time for the results to show, I have not seen any difference in my stomach. In fact, it appears to be bigger than before the treatment.

I understand that individual results can vary, but I am deeply disappointed with my outcome.

I feel that the treatment was misrepresented to me, and the lack of results has caused me significant emotional distress in addition to financial burden.
The area of treatment goes back to normal size even bigger in some areas I'm absolutely disappointed that I agreed with their misleading advise.

The lack of communication from this company shows that they do not care for their client’s results, but simply want to take peoples money and refuse customer service.

Mary at the front desk sold me on Cryotherapy even I thought I could never do something like a cold plunge and I’m a happy I did it. Nice place and great staff and services you won’t find anywhere else. You must check it out.

Amany is amazing! She did my hydrafacial and she was knowledgeable and compassionate. I am happy with my results and her service.

Excellent customer service experience, all customer service establishments should take notes on proper customer service etiquette for training purposes. Shanila who performed my treatment was very knowledgeable, gave great advice for pre and post treatment and answered all my questions with my best interests in mind. BBL treatment can be intimidating at first but Shanila's professionalism, knowledge and great sense of humour made the entire process easy and quite enjoyable. Shanila is very personable and genuine so I would definitely recommend her and Laserbody MD for all your beauty needs. I would definitely come back here again.

I was a bit annoyed because parking lot is a bit small and the entrance is not recommendable for new drivers like me. But when I got my first session I can say that I am satisfied with it. I felt shy but she acted normal and was cute so I felt comfortable at the end.

Don’t trust these people with your credit card information or identification, a loan was taken out for $10,000 by one of the employees here that fraudulently use my information to take out the loan to earn a commission. I went on a free consultation Amanda did the consultation and told me that she was seeing if I would be qualified for a loan not that she was approving one for me. This was since last year July they still haven’t refunded the money and my credit is messed up and lawyers coming after me for a loan that was taken out by laser body MD fraudulently. I never singed any thing, and there saying that they have an electronic signature that one of there employees would have singed using my signature fraudulently because I never singed anything. Amanda had my credit card with my signature on it and all my other information. All am going to say is don’t go to this place trust me, my life has been a nightmare ever since I went for that free consultation.

Worst clinic I have ever communicated with they will force you to come for a consultation and refuse to share a price for session on the phone.then they will ask for credit card information other wise they won't book the FREE consultation.

Nurse Moon is amazing. Since the moment I meet her, she has been nothing but knowledgeable, compassionate and takes the initiative with her patients. I came to LaserBody for laser hair removal, but after speaking to Nurse Moon about my skin insecurities (e.g. Random breakout, dull skin) she guided me to proper skincare solutions. Boy am I am so thankful and grateful for her knowledge. My skin is glowing, my confidence is back and after two kids I have never felt more alive to be able to walk out the door without makeup and glowing skin. She is tremendous asset to LaserBody.

My nurse in Hamilton at 230 James St. South Laserbody M. D.in Hamilton is Nurse Amanda Johnson (RPN). I have had her for all my treatments since february 2019. I bought the package that included coolsculping and Venus Legacy. I am in my final last treatment from the package I bought. She is very friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. My experience was pleasant. All my treatments for belly, flanks, buttocks and bra fat were quick and painless. Nurse Amanda genuinely is sincere and cares how your treatment is going asking how I feel and checks up on my progress and treatments and overall well being. I had Coolsculpting and Venus treatments with Nurse Amanda Johnson. I had a terrific experience. Nurse Amanda is truly a special very knowledgeable professional. She welcomed me to every visit. She was in contact with me after each and every visit. Asking how I was doing, did I have any concerns, was I drinking enough fluids. When I questioned her on different treatments, she would research and do follow-up e-mails and sometimes calls. I highly recommend LaserBody and I'm sure I will continue to visit for additional sessions.

I was very happy with any and all staff that I met or with whom I had telephone conversations. Staff were friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured by anyone to do any more treatments than I wanted and I was kept informed (with my consent) of any promotions.
In particular, I was very impressed with Amanda Johnson who does her job extremely well and made me feel good about myself. She was always very professional, informative, pleasant and calming in her demeanor.
The procedures really worked for me and I’m so pleased that I had them done.
