The best nail experience I’ve ever had!
Not only was I offered a drink during my service, but my nail tech Sofia was extremely attentive to every detail and gave me my favourite gels I’ve ever had. She listened to my very specific requests and delivered. So beautiful.
Amazing customer service and amazing nails, will be back!

Edited to add: They had no trouble determining who I am, and after calling me 5 times, several text messages, a voicemail and a phone call later - my review stands. In fact, it emphasizes my points.

Unreliable Service - Unjustified Cancellation

I'm deeply disappointed with this lash place's unreliable service. Despite never missing an appointment or being late, they inexplicably canceled my reservation because they couldn't reach me for confirmation. Ironically, I received an excessive number of emails and texts, all of which my phone automatically directed to spam. When I arrived (5 minutes before my appointment time) they assured me they could still accommodate me, only to make me wait for an infuriating 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to leave. This lack of consideration for a loyal customer's time is unacceptable, and I won't be returning.

Amazing service and treatments. Keratin treatments with Victoria are wonderful, leaves my hair strong, healthy and super shiny. Manicures with Shellac finish are relaxing and done with impeccable care lasting twice as long as other techniques.

I have been coming to Lash n nail room for over 2 years now! I’ve watched this amazing business go from a small two girl show with Irina and Olena, to an amazing thriving business with multiple technicians for other services they’ve added to the business. I have explored every aspect of Lash n Nail room (not the hair part yet, but it’s on my to do list) and not only has my experience been beyond amazing but I have never ever been disappointed! Irina is the most amazing artist and is always willing to work with my nail ideas, and if I don’t have an idea she always has something unique and fun for me up her sleeve. My pedicures are always stunning and coming from a family who suffers from ingrown toenails (I have also had a few in previous years) I can honestly say I haven’t had one since coming to this salon. Not only does this bring me piece of mind, but has saved me months of discomfort I used to experience even after going to have a pedicure at other salons. My lashes are always stunning, and even though they challenge Irina and tend to fall out a lot (even in clumps sometimes- this is a me and my natural lash problem, not a them or product problem) she jokes with me and never fails to make me look stunning and works with what I have. Irina makes me feel comfortable always, will tell me if she doesn’t think something will work for me or the service I’m getting, but always makes sure I end up leaving happy and beautiful! This salon is so amazing that I book my nail and pedicure appointments for the entire year in advance, and they are still able to work with me and schedule in other services with Irina when I’m feeling adventurous! You will never find me entering another beauty salon for my needs ever again. ️

I had a wonderful experience at Lash n Nail Room. From the moment you walk in the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I had a hybrid lash extensions done here and absolutely love the results. The environment is very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend them for lashes and will be returning to get my nails done when I’m done school!

I just had my nails done for my wedding this coming Saturday after I had a terrible experience at another salon. Arin did such a fantastic job I am SO happy with how they came out.

This has to have been the best gel set that I have ever gotten. The staff is very nice and welcoming. As soon as I arrived I was asked if I wanted something to drink and they got started on my nails right away. No waiting. The ladies were very nice and helpful when it came to choosing my colour and style.

Irina has immaculate attention to detail. I leave with a perfect manicure each time that lasts 3+ weeks with no lifting or imperfections, and she has done an exceptional eyebrow wax in the past. Contacted them last minute and they managed to fit me in within 2 days! Was my first time seeing Helen and she did not disappoint! She took her time to ensure my nails were up to my standard and didn’t rush like most salons would! She always double checked I liked the shape, colour and everything else before she proceeded, which I appreciated! She got the design exactly how I wanted for Christmas! Was great conversation, not just nail techs talking to each other in another language! Would Definitley recommend over your average salon, they really care about your experience and that you are happy with your nails! 10/10!
