Très belle expérience! Toute l’équipe est incroyable. Rassurantes, au petits soins et tellement prévenant et empathique. Le médecin (chirurgien) par contre devrait suivre l’exemple. Il est efficace certes mais pas du tout sympathique. Je ne sais pas si c’est la fatigue ou quoi mais il était sec et autoritaires. Il a même haussé le ton… La seule tache! Mais je donnerais quand même un 4 étoiles car le reste de l’équipe a fait la différence

Very professional and accommodating. Had my eyes done, was +1.75 and +2.00. Don’t need glasses anymore but eyes are still recovering and eyesight is still getting better.

Went from free consultation to surgery in two days. Piece of cake. Competent and professional staff. Surgery itself was painless and took just a few minutes. A clear difference in vision as soon as I got off the table, and has been improving in the few days since. Easy recommendation.

I was at wits end waiting for my cataracts to be dealt with through OHIP when I made an appointment at LASIK. The technician answered all my questions and informed me they could help me many months sooner. The couple of tests needed were done and my appointment was booked right away. I am so impressed with all of the staff at LASIK MD in Ottawa. They have gone above and beyond and I’m over the moon with appreciation.

I waited for years for the technology to come out. The surgery was fast, painless and I was impressed by how complet the post operation instructions were. No way to make a mistake. Happy to get rid of my reading glasses.

Had thought about getting the procedure done for a few years now. It has been 4 days since and I wish I had had it done sooner.the results were immediate.with some soreness the next day but on day 2 was pretty much back to normal! No more contacts!

One of the unlucky ones. I can drive and do sports without glasses, but otherwise prefer to wear them as I now see double and nothing seems sharp. I went from wearing regular glasses to needing bifocal. I had also asked to have both eyes at the same strength, but my eyes ended up being 1 diopter apart. Them telling me my vision is 20/20 when I told them my eye exam at another clinic said otherwise, they ultimately responded Costco optometrists are not very good.wow.

I would have preferred not to do this.

Can’t believe I have 20/20 vision, my experience with LASIK was amazing everyone was so nice and helpful and open to answering any question I had about the operation. The consultation was a great process to know everything about the differences in the types of operations done and the consultants help you and direct you to the best option for you. The surgery itself was quick and easy and painless. Overall I would definitely recommend LASIK MD.

I am 3 days removed from my procedure. My eyes
are better by the day. Staff put me at ease, eyes well frozen. Didn't feel pain during the procedure. And note: I didn't qualify for laser (thin surface & dry eyes), so I had to undergo the analogue instrument. No complications so far.

I had a great experience at the LASIK MD Ottawa location. Knowing what I know now, I only wished that I did it sooner. There were a lot of people ahead of me and behind me but the waiting room never felt crowded. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

There were a lot of eye checks in place, which highlights the attention to detail needed to undergo a procedure like this. Your eyes are seen by 6-7 people before you go for your procedure. Everyone I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. The actual surgery look less than 10 minutes, which is amazing. The surgeon talks you through each step which eases your nerves. I would 100% recommend

Everything the day of and the procedure itself was amazing! The staff were friendly and professional. They were quick, yet never seemed rushed. The surgeon was professional, quick, and made the surgery itself as easy and stress-free as possible. The follow-up appointment was quick and easy. Again, the staff team were polite and professional.

My only complaint was that I was not provided accurate information about the financials. I was told during my consultation that I was eligible for $400 off the procedure as a Black Friday deal which put pressure on me to do the surgery quicker than anticipated. I was also told that the procedure I wanted could be paid of in two years and interest free. When it came to the day of, I was told that I had to pick between the 2-years interest free or the $400 off.

That being said, I am very happy that I got laser eye surgery with Lasik.

I had my all laser lasik 2 days ago and it was a very good experience. I do have severe myopia and did not think I would be a candidate. I am so thankful that I was and wish I would have done it years ago! At my 24 hour postop check I was seeing clear than I was with my prescription the day of surgery!

I came in to LASIK MD wearing glasses and I left seeing some glare but already much better than I came in. The next day when I woke up and I saw 100%. I don’t regret this decision at all, I wish I had done it sooner! I worked with Daniel for my post op appointment and he was top notch, and I recommend all the staff in Ottawa to any one. There is a reason this surgeon is so highly recognized around the world. The surgery was less than 10 minutes and recovery was quick. If you are on the fence about getting this procedure done like I was I hope this review helps you make your decision!

I had my eyes done two weeks ago at Lasik MD with Keratome. Surgery was quick and painless but uncomfortable! I definitely recommend taking the relaxant they offer before the surgery to help reduce stress during the procedure. Within 5 days my eyes were no longer blurry and my vision is perfect! I'm so grateful to no longer have the hassle of glasses and contacts Still see halos at night but I was told this should go away within 6 months. There was a small miscommunication about the discounts and offers I could use but this was rectified and Lasik demonstrated excellent customer service. I would recommend Lasik MD to anyone!

Amazing Experience, went in for laser eye at 11.no pain and then went home, took a 2 hour nap and woke up with perfect vision.the next day I was better than 20/20. Some mild dry eyes is the only side effect after and I am 48 hours post surgery now and am so greatful that I dont have to wear glasses any more. I wish I did this a decade ago
