I had my grad photos here and was scared due to the bad reviews but i actually has a very enjoyable experience. The receptionist was nice and so was the photographer. I did not feel rushed at all and the photographer was very helpful and treated me kindly.

I had an amazing experience at Lassman Studios for my college graduation photos! From the moment I walked in, their team was incredibly welcoming and professional. The photographer was patient and had a great eye for detail, making sure every shot was perfect. The studio had a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, which put me at ease during the session.

I highly recommend Lassman Studios for any photography needs. They exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful for the wonderful photos that will forever remind me of this special day.

Terrible customer service! Honestly seems like a scam, costs over $50.00 for 2 photos and they do not provide any proof of shipment. Would not recommend

The person taking photos for Toronto met graduation pics was yelling at students. Extremely unprofessional camera man. Please don’t hire these people

I had the pleasure of having my pictures taken by Adrian. This review is to recognize the high level of customer service that he provided. I was running late due to an accident on Eglinton, which made me about 20 minutes. As I entered, Adrian was eating his lunch. I would be unable to return at a later time because I was commuting from far. Adrian still managed to squeeze me in to take the pictures, and did so efficiently and quickly. I really appreciated him going out of his way to help me, despite my being late cutting into his lunch time.

Kudos to Adrian - I hope others get an opportunity to meet/work with him.

Lassman Studios grad photo prices are RIDICULOUS. $35.95 for ONE 8x10. If you want more pictures get ready to spend hundreds of $$$.

Why to schools continue to bring in these places who only want to gouge you? The pictures aren't anything special but if you want grad photos you're stuck!

Got the pictures with water marks and was never even told before paying for it and was never mentioned even once for graduation photo shoot. At least mention it clearly

This is my first bad review ever in my life, and I am sorry to say but I had a horrible overall experience with them. I placed an order in June and until this day I still haven't received my order (it's almost December). I am still waiting. They didn't even send me shipping information or anything but payment has been made. Also, my experience during my photoshoot session for my concordia grad pictures was horrible (the secretary and the photographer were unpleasant).

EDIT: After talking with customer service, they responded me regarding my concerns and they offered me solutions and a refund. The customer service did not disappoint me.

Loved getting my grad photos taken with Lassman Studios! It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The administrative person was nice and the photographer paid good attention to detail and was very inviting!

Cameraman was extremely helpful in making sure necklaces and hair were kept orderly. However, he was a bit bossy because you couldn't pick the pose you wanted to. Delivery is ridiculously longggg, and prices are exorbitant! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, taking advantage of students.

Charging very high prices for desperate students, stay away and ask your schools to book different companies. Pictures are not good quality either

The curt, immensely rude curly orange-haired receptionist ruined my day. Knowing people like her can hold a job gives me hope, lol! Anywho, keep your predatory pricing and terrible service away from financially-strapped students and their institutions, please? We don't want you:)

I am sorry to write this review but I am not satisfied with the pictures nor the over-priced photos.
I ordered one digitalized copy for one of the pictures I had for my graduation at Concordia/Montreal. I did many pauses and I liked none of them and I just picked one as it is a photo for my big graduation.
I paid 73$ and only what I got is just a link for my photo.
I sent them an email stating that and they said it is the standard for the industry. Paying 73$ for a link and I still have to pay another time to print it out. It is just unfair for all of the students.
The packages they have are overpriced and you are obliged to choose one of them.

I recently took my Graduation Photos with them and would say that they're very professional and friendly!

Sadesh, the photographer, was really helpful and into his job. He also made sure that the angles are proper to get what I wanted. He was very friendly and made me feel at ease while taking the photos.

Alex, the girl in the front, was really sweet and made instructions very simple to follow when typing in my information when checking in. She handled the crowd nicely (since there was a bit of a wait).

Overall I had a good experience and hope my samples turn out nice!:)

This place was awesome to take my grad photos at! As soon as I walked in I simply gave them my reservation number and immediately got to take my pictures. I even brought some props with me to make the pictures more personal and the photographer was more than happy to take as many tries as I wanted and even had a great conversation with me. Definitely come here - its worth it!

I was blown away with the customer service i received from this studio, the ladies on emails were very helpful and considerate and I had fun working with the photographer. Thank you Lassman Studios for making this a beautiful experience for myself and my family!

Worst service ever I received in Montreal, we have been robbed with this company.in other words, I can not see my photos clearly without that stupid logo in the middle of my pictures, they didn't send me anything to my house so I don't know why they asked for my mail address. Lassman stated if I wanna get digital copies I must pay 100 dollars more just to download them! IT IS RIDICULOUSSSSSS! Don't ever come to this studio and Concordia should stop using this studio too " we are students" we're not rich and inflation affect us even worse because our profits are not so high. You are not giving us the pictures and literally forcing us to buy these pictures otherwise we can not access to our graduation pictures

Had my graduation photos done here and it was such a wonderful experience! Incredibly sweet young lady at the front desk who was super helpful and patient with filling out all the info, and the photographer was amazing! Really fun and relaxed environment, he knew what the best angles were and made sure each hair was in place before he took the photo.

I took my grad photo here and they were very organized and had a very friendly team. The photographer was very nice and made sure I looked my best. They uploaded the photos on their website within a day. Great experience overall!

Paid the 5$ for proofs (which should come FREE) and they were full of watermarks. Cap was small. Photos are expensive. Pictures came months later. I would give 0 stars if i could. On top of that, they had one cap for every person, and it was too small for my head

The service is ok…but they’re charging $300+ just for the digital copies of grad headshots. That is way overpriced, especially for new grads.

Ridiculous prices! Charging students hundreds of dollars for graduation pictures.takes 2 months to have printed pictures delivered to you & 21 BUSINESS DAYS to have a digital download sent.

A scam. Horrible quality photos, you don't even recognize your self. Idk what camera their using but it's not right. Please don't waste your money here. You don't get anything for your money only a sample picture which you have to pay for, if you actually want your photo your looking at paying Minimum $130? I could just go to Walmart/ Literally any other studio and pay $40 and ALSO get DIGITAL and printed photos. Horrible communications and give you attitude. The lady at the desk has no patience. The atmosphere is weird. The photographer makes unnecessary weird comments and innapropate.just bad place. Don't waste your money all your gonna get is disappointment. Goodluck trying to talk to them over any form of media, it's like talking to a robot Literally.

That's interesting because we've been exchanging emails back and forth for 3 weeks for me trying to get a refund because of how unsatisfied I am with quality and service. You did not want to resolve it with me even though I provided full details of the situation. If you want to resolve this issue just provide me the refund. My name is Layla and I am in the system and in your emails. Not sure how many students are satisfied with your services as 50% of your rating is negative and had the same experience as mine.

I am so impressed with the excellent quality of Lassman Studios Photography grad photos; all pics looked stunning - very sharp and clear (didn't even need to do any touch up)! Customer service was amazing. They respond to my email quickly and went over and beyond to help me meet a close deadline to submit digital grad photos for a virtual graduation. Thank you Lassman's for your superb service!

What should have been a memorable experience, instead, became a terrible experience. The photographer was unfriendly and not willing to show me my graduation pictures. He responded " you'll get to see them in 7 to 14 days online" while there was no one in the studio. Customer service has also been difficult to reach. Digital downloads take 14 days to receive. And the service is very expensive compared to other studios.

I arrived 5min late to my appointment and I was the last person to pass. At my arrival, the photographer was taking pictures of another client. The girl who was supposed to charge my sitting fee refused my entrance since I was 5 minutes late and said she closed her cash. I tried to explain her that I was stuck in traffic and that I came from a far place. She became really rude and responded with an unacceptable attitude that I should of checked my email. Very bad customer service.

Extremely pleased with Lassman Studios' service - my appointment went very well, was on time. Prior to and after my appointment, I was such an annoying customer, I kept having to ask various questions and EACH time, I got a quick, courteous and extremely helpful response. With something as important as my Bachelor's Grad pics, I'm really happy to have been in such good hands! Thank you immensely, Lassman Studios for all your help and support throughout this process.

Absolutely awesome studio with kind and friendly individuals! Not only did my photo session go very smoothly, but the customer service from Lassman Studios (when I had questions for them via email) was also spectacular! Delivery is very long, their prices and combinations are unreasonable. Wasn't able to get my pictures before graduation. Overall, very disappointed, they have to try to be more accommodating towards clients as we are the driving force to the success of any business! They don't take phone calls.

Total scam for grad pictures. Sitting fee is 25$, but they then ask you to pay $150 to actually obtain your graduation pictures. Can't believe universities are actually doing business with these people.

I was very pleased with the excellent quality of my graduation photos, and I was also very happy with the service that I received from Lassman Studios. Their Customer Support team were very quick to respond to my emails. Garry Lassman himself phoned me and listened to my concerns without dispute, and he solved the issue promptly and politely.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS FROM THEM. The packages they offer are very expensive and make no sense. I paid $25 for a 5 min appointment to get grad pictures taken and am now expected to pay over $100 for a ridiculous amount of photos of one pose with no digital download. Complete rip off, scam of a company

For graduating students, we were asked to pay 30$ when taking our graduating pictures.

Now, I am finding out that the fee does not include the actual pictures or even digital copies, the 30$ fee is a "sitting fee". Literally, a fee to sit and have your photo taken but not the actual photo?

Now for the ridiculous part, the cheapest option for the photos is 169$. For a digital copy (without the watermark) of just ONE, yes, ONE photo, it's 50$. I believe we are being robbed and taken advantage of by Lassman Studios.

Is there a way around this? I'd like to keep these photos but am not willing to pay that much money on top of the 30$ sitting fee, which literally is a fee to sit in a room for 30 seconds. Literally, a sitting fee.

What a rubbish and garbage business. To be fair, I expect nothing less from the thieves I call my university.
