Lasting Expressions Floral Design

I ordered some flowers for my mother. I called them from the other side of Canada. The employee was great assisting me with the transaction. The flowers arrived on time and exceeded expectations. Thank you again for brightening this elderly woman's day.

Pretty horrible customer service! I ordered a Love Bloom floral arrangement + a scented candle and socks to be delivered to Ajax before 11am. The owner / floral designer agreed. She never explained that Ajax deliveries are not scheduled for a certain time. Because the arrangement was custom made I also requested a photo of the arrangement to be texted to me.

The day of delivery comes and it is 12: 45pm and I haven't received any notification that the floral arrangement was delivered. So I simply called Lasting Expressions to receive confirmation. The employee had no idea. The manager on site had no idea. They were giving me 3 different times. I simply wanted to know if my arrangement safely delivered and it took 4 separate conversations in order to verify the delivery time. I was pretty frustrated so on the last conversation the manager offered me a $25 refund for poor satisfaction.

Fast forward 3 days, the owner of the flower shop calls me to clarify what happened and she blamed me for causing grief with her employees. She consistently cut me off while I was talking and raising her voice over me.
Instead of apologizing the owner decided to over rule the $25 refund and prohibits me returning to her business.

Overall, horrible experience for something so minor.
1. When was my floral arrangement delivered?

Absolutely stunning. Best bang for you buck. The gentleman was a phenomenal help and knew exactly what to do when I told him what event the flowers were for. My fiancé was taken back how beautiful the pink bouquet was. Said “it was the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received”. 10/10 recommend.

I just received my second bouquet of flowers from Lasting Impressions. They were able to reproduce exactly what my friend wanted to send me. My previous bouquet remained viable for two weeks + with regular water changes and removal of the spent roses after about a week. Overall, I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the quality, freshness & arrangement of the beautiful blooms. I highly recommend this florist for all your floral needs.:)

Since I’ve set foot in Seneca Trail I’ve felt overwhelmed with how empowered and supported I’ve been. So, I set out to make the absolute best impression I could for these women, and their amazing and kind students. The love they demonstrate toward me couldn’t ever be put into a few simple words.

Lasting expressions did just that. With the help of Stephan, I was able to find just the right pieces to show my appreciation and give a lasting expression of my total gratitude toward this experience and these incredible people.

The arrangement was not same as the image on the website. Flowers came and some of them were wilted and dying. When I called about how horrible they looked, I was lied to and told they were freshly made that day. I do not recommend this shop.

I ordered online the day before Valentines Day, got free delivery and it was delivered first thing in the morning. Can’t beat that ‍️

We live in the area and my daughter (10yo) went in by herself to buy me a birthday present, she wanted it to be a surprise. She picked out a lovely ring and went to the cashier. She only had twenty dollars and it was not enough for the ring but the owner gave it to her anyway and wrapped it with nice tissue. The difference in the total price was just over five dollars but the look on my daughters face when she gave me the ring was priceless. Thank you to the lady who made my daughters day and allowed her to purchase the ring. I have been in the store many times and they have beautiful home decor, gifts and body products. The employees are always warm and welcoming.

I called to have a delivery to my daughter for her birthday and the woman who answered was extremely rude, was not listening at all to what I was saying, talking over me and asking questions to things I already said. Did not want to help me and said I would be better to go to a place such as Sobey’s!
If this is how you treat customers maybe you shouldn’t be in business or hire better employees that aren’t so rude and condescending.

The delivery person has no common sense! Goes from the left lane cuts you off (in the right lane) then turns right directly in front of you into Tim Horton's. I was not turning into Tim's. He deliberately cut me off. And the owner blames me to look good. Come on!

Driver parked half on my lawn. Didn't knock or use doorbell. I went outside he pointed, laughed and drove away very fast tires screeching down a small street.didn't stop at stop sign and turned

Excellent florist. My mother has received arrangements twice this year, once for her birthday and again for mother's day. Both times she has received what was expected and every one has been pleased. Will order from Lasting Expressions again.

You can tell that the florist cares about the arrangements. They are beautiful and last a long time. Highly recommend!

Change my review from three stars to a five-star review because the flowers were ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL but they were delivered and just left at my doorstep and they must have tipped over by the wind but I spoke to a guy and he was extremely professional and he made it all better again (lol). Will definitely be ordering from again
