I posted a few months back about the fact i never received a refund, or any update regarding my barstools i ordered in JANUARY. It has not gotten any better. The comment I received back from the company told me to send them an email. In fact, I have emailed their "customer service" email many times, and they have stopped answering my emails now. They also called me a few weeks back and when I mentioned I needed a refund they hung up and didn't answer me again. Absolute scam.

Purchase a refrigerator online on March 2022 delivery should be within 3 weeks. Try contacting through phone calls and emails for 5 months because it almost impossible do to them not responding or Manager not calling back and saying it It's final sale. Called my credit card company to cancel the transaction that was made to purchase the refrigerator in March. Credit Card company opened an investigation contacted Badboy on my behalf within a month I see the full credit back on my credit card.

Advise always use a card card. If I used cash I would never get the money back.

We came in on Sunday to buy a couch.
No one wanted to help us. I'm probably assuming it's because we're younger and they assumed we werent going to buy anything. They assume we wouldn't give them their commission.

And we noticed as soon as other customers walked in, they were catered too almost immediately.

Where as I was looking around for 10 minutes and nothing.

So I decided to buy my couch from Leon's instead.
Even Ashley homestore has much better service.

We ordered a bed and a mattress colored as black and it arrived after 3 weeks in complete. So we had to wait again for the final piece to arrive. Upon arrival. It came at an entirely different color. So upon checking their website about this specific SKU. We then realized that it was way overpriced compared to their website. And that it actually came with a set of dresser and mirror.

If you try to take with anything else in terms of exchange or if they don't have the goods you want, they won't ever return your money. They are liars. Be careful with the black guy manager and the sale price they tag on their furniture.

Completely unprofessional company, one the worst locations and worst teams. I had called in Thursday and spoke to someone regarding refund for a purchase, person on the phone advised me that I come instore to complete the refund. Upon arrival I was greeted with unprofessional staff who completely denied helping with a refund, the manager of the store insisted that she could not help me. I got my refund at last but I would not recommend this location for any big purchases as their will be lots of complications and issues.

1st order delivered within days, Very shocked at time ordered to time received. The delivery folks were very patient considering they had to wait.
Bought a fridge WITH warranty.
Placed a 2nd order May 27, now it's the end of June and still NO communication.
Ordered a stove (showed available) WITHOUT warranty.
I wonder if that's where all the issues lie? Depending on if you take "gold" warranty or not.
I had checked reviews for badboy after I had placed the 2nd order. And now I'm worried as heck.
We were planning on replacing a few of our appliances and furniture down the road but if this is how they're business us run the Leon's it is.

I'm surprised that in Canada this is blatantly happening.

THERE MASCOT IS A CROOK and so are they. The sales associate says “put a security deposit so we save this one for you and if you don’t want it come back and we’ll give it back. But their policy is NO REFUNDS ON ANYTHING.

My husband and I initially did not have a positive experience at the Bad Boy store but thanks to Ram, the Manager who came to the rescue! He was very patient, considerate and accommodating. He listened to our concerns and resolved all of us issues in a mutually satisfactory manner! Ram and I shared the belief in building long-term business relationships on trust and openness! SHOULD HAVE CHECKED REVIEWS!
I have had bad experiences before but this one tops it. Purchased a sofa at the end of the May, paid in full. Didn’t receive any communication whatsoever from the store until 3 weeks.

1) I called, An employee informed that yes, sofa has arrived to warehouse and will be delivered tomorrow. Nobody came to deliver. Nobody called. I called a day after and was informed that the sofa in warehouse was damaged so I’ll have to wait two more weeks.

2) I called (not them) again after two weeks, person informed that their seller was not able to give them the time when Sofa will come.

3) A week after went to the store, spoke with manager Paul. Paul informed he promises that by Mid July it will be in warehouse and could be delivered few days after and latest by the end of July.

4) Mid July, I called again. I was told Sofa did not arrive and will arrive mid August.

I made a huge mistake as all they’re doing is giving you next timeline. Will consider legal action as they’re also denying refund.

I purchased a sectional sofa back in October 2021. It was promised to be delivered by December 2021. Contacted in early January and since then the delivery was pushed back by 1 month every time I called customer service. Finally after some argument in May they canceled the order without my consent and didn't refund the amount. I agents behave rudely and hang up when ask for a refund. Talked with the agent named Jermaine and the manager Nadina and both refused any compensation. I later heard they do this practice with other customers as well. It is actually their policy to hold money from customers and do some other business. I really wonder how they still doing business. They are literally scamming people.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY FROM SHOPPING WITH LASTMAN’S BAD BOY.

I’m writing this review in hopes of saving someone else the pain that I have been going through with this company. In late January I purchased a fridge from their website for over $1000 for my 96 year old Grandmother. It was to be delivered one week after the purchase date in the first week of February. After weeks of back and forth the delivery was postponed until JUNE! I asked for a refund and they promised me that it would be issued and back in my account within 10 business days. Weeks after this with no sight of the refund, 7-10 phone calls were placed. To no avail, no help was received and even after a visit to the Scarborough store I still have yet to receive the refund. After every attempt to speak with a high level representative I was told that someone would call me back. NOBODY CALLED! I am disgusted with the lack of professionalism of this company. I’m sure that the owners of this company would be appalled at this situation and I hope they see this review. STAY AWAY FROM LASTMAN’S BAD BOY.

Don't buy the warranty from Lastman's Bad Boy. It's a scammed. When you call the Golden warranty you have to been on hold for 2 hours and staffs are not responsible and mean. They hang up phone call.

Over the past 3 years I have purchased multiple appliances from this store and all had/has issues. I purchased a GE fridge in Jan 2019 and the LED lights in the freezer went dim all of a sudden. If they lights were dying, they would have gone out by now ut they were flickering. A technician came in Jan 2022 and said he doesn't know what's wrong with it and said he will call back to have someone else take a look at it. It's been 4 months and I've had no follow up. I called Bad Boys and they are now telling me that this issue is not covered under the Solid Gold Appliance/Electronic Protection Plan. This store has horrible customer service and don't help at all.

Bought an 85 inch samsung qled tv 1 week ago.was delivered broken and their service department is playing a game and cant get a hold of a manager and no body is answering me on how they will proceed. Never ever should anyone buy anything from them. Product is defective, support is defective, i dont know how they are still in this business. Do NOT BUY FROM THEM ANYTHING.

I bought a cooktop online; firstly they showed up for delivery without giving me a delivery day! Secondly, when I called back to discuss the delivery day, they had sold the item that I had paid for! I gave the details of this cooktop to my countertop guys to cut out the place and it caused a lot of hassle to get them change it to a different one. They are completely disorganized and it will waste a lot of your time. Buy from more reputable stores.

Worst customer and warranty services. I bought the sofa and other stuff and bought the extended warranty as well. In stores it is written that, email to xyz with pictures of the items you want to claim the warranty and then technician will call you with in 3 to 5 business ydays. In my cases it's been more than 12 business days but didn't get a call back. Then I called customer service on Wednesday and the lady said someone will call me on Friday and assess my warranty request. I waited whole day but didn't get a call. Then called again on same day after a long wait customer service agent picked up I explained the situation Then she said let me check it and after a while a call was dropped. I called again and heard the message store closed. Still waiting.

I was calling the store in Scarborough, and I let it ring to the point where someone picked up the phone and hung up. I called back three more times and the same thing every time, that location is open till 9pm so it says on there website. All I wanted to know is when my bed is going to be delivered.

We walked in looking for a dining room table and found a set that included 6 chairs we paid full amount for and was promised to have the chairs delivered to us before Christmas. Delivery came and left 2 glass pieces and no table base along with 2 chairs (missing 4 chairs + table base) we called in and it seemed like no one at this location knew what they were doing and put me on hold for almost an hour. They rescheduled a day to have the remaining chairs and table delivered to us and to have the extra piece of glass brought back. The next delivery guy brought a SINGLE CHAIR! We were once again promised 4 chairs and they only showed up with 1! I tried calling the person that assisted us that day (Tina) but not once did I get an answer to my call and would get a text message back telling me to contact bad boy Scarborough. I ended up calling bad boy to only have them act clueless on the phone. I then decided to show up to the location in person (1h drive) with my father. We asked for a manager after and was told that the manager was at the front desk from a worker that approached us. We were told that they weren’t in today once we went to the front desk. Seemed quiet odd after they gave us this response once having a look at our profile at front desk. We were so frustrated that no one wanted to assist us and let us know where our furniture was. The sales manager over heard the whole conversation and did not care to provide service to paying customers. The sales manager told us he was sick and did not want to speak to us as he was very ill and just came back from the hospital. He slammed his phone on the counter after we were upset with his response and tried showing us personal photos of his hospital visit (which we didn’t ask to see) and began yelling at us. I don’t understand who gave him the title at this location but that is certainly not how you speak to a customer that is 100% in the right in this case. He ended up storming off and (again) did not give us a response on where our furniture was. I think someone that is claiming to be sick during a pandemic should also not be at work! I am disgusted by this company’s response and poor service. I do believe the other reviews left on here before mine. This company is right about one thing and that is BAD. You want to have your money taken from you and never returned go to bad boy. This has FRAUD written all over it. Do not go here and save yourself the headache. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Absolutely disgusted by Bad Boy. Yep, they're bad alright. My boyfriend purchased a beautiful sectional just over two years ago and an extended warranty which we were told would cover EVERYTHING, even damage due to our puppy. The stitching on the back cushions is coming out so we went into the store where the salesman assured us this would be covered and said to email customer service. I sent pictures and started a ticket. A week later they tell me this isn't covered and only seam stitching is covered. What happened to EVERYTHING being covered? I explained that this is what we were told by 2 different people and that this couch and the extended warranty cost a lot of money. I just received another email repeating that just seam stitching is covered and the ticket is now closed No, this is unacceptable. We were going to buy a whole bunch of stuff to furnish our new home which we are soon moving into, but will now be shopping elsewhere. We sure wish we had read the reviews beforehand

Their warranty service is very poor unfortunately. There is customer service call waiting for atleast 30 mins and claims stays online for ages without any resolution. Hope customers never have to go through the warranty process as its emotionally draining specially in regards to mattresses.

Lastman’s Bad Boy is running a SCAM in which they make you pay for a product with a short delivery date, only to never send the product, and never provide a refund. It make me sick.

We ordered a dishwasher in September 2021 during one of Bad Boy’s big sales. Delivery date came and went. Was promised delivery Oct 6. Came and went. It became clear that they had no idea when they could fulfill delivery.

This, to me, is fraud. Companies can’t advertise big sales on products they don’t have, and for which they can’t identify a delivery date, and then refuse to refund the payment.

After many attempts to resolve either delivery or a refund with various Bad Boy customer service reps, one finally agreed to provide a full refund. I have it confirmed by email (see pic) that the refund was to be provided within 5-10 business days. The time has long passed. I tried to get through again to customer service, only to be told my refund was refused.

This awful company charged my credit card and did not deliver the product. Isn’t that called THEFT? I hate to think of all of the other people they’ve scammed.

I finally ordered a new dishwasher from Costco and had it delivered within 2 weeks. I’m still fighting for my refund and have requested to fight this through my credit card company since Bad Boy now refuses to respond to my email (below) in which they confirmed what I had been assured on the phone - that I would receive a full refund.

This company’s practice is disgraceful. Never ever be tempted by their “sales”…you’ll never get the product, or your money back.

This company shall be shut down due to the poor customer service, chaos management system and rude sales. First the sales sold me the products with full of liars and arranged me to pick up the product from their warehouse, when I arrive there, I am told the product is out of stock and the new one is three months away. I called their manager, the manager is very rude and refuses to apologize. He said it is about the problem of stock checking system. However this is your problem in your company, you shall not blame the customer who just follows up your instructions to pick up the product on the day agreed by both sides. I said I need talk to your supervisor, then another one comes out and talks the same excuses. They refused any apologies,any reasonable compensation. I spend 4 hours on road to pick up the product, but nothing, just bad experience I got finally. The whole stuff in this company are unreasonable rude with strange logic. Then I checked the reviews from Business bureau (BBB), this company is warned by BBB, which reminds of all customers to be very careful to purchase anything from their store, due to too many complaints to them. I think this company shall be penalized by the government due to their bad business behavior, cheating, liars, poor and rude customer service.

I made the mistake of purchasing an $800 couch with this company. I had cancelled the order, and was told I'd have a store credit on file for whenever I was ready to use it. When I had called back to use this $800, I have been giving the run around for a week and a half. The head office employees are rude and incompetent. I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with the receptionist Pam. She was beyond rude, condescending and extremely sarcastic. Prior to that, a customer service rep named Reslyn had assured me she would reach out to the finance department to retrieve my store credit. After all this song and dance, I still have not received my credit. I am disappointed and have come to realize what a cheap and shady company BADBOYS is. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY.

We ordered a dishwasher, assuming it was in stock based on the website. It was not, which, okay, can happen. I appreciate that they were honest enough to admit that it was not in stock, rather than trying some less honest tactic.

However, they charged my credit card regardless. Trying to get through to them to cancel the order was a nightmare and I eventually gave up. Fortunately, I had ordered through PayPal and since I was within the PayPal complaint window, I was easily able to get my money back this way. Interestingly, right after I went through PayPal, they almost immediately found one of the dishwashers in stock (I suspect there is a cause-and-effect relationship between these two actions). They were polite enough and accepted that I still wanted to cancel rather than accept the one they had suddenly found.

Overall, everything worked out okay since I got my money back quickly enough (thanks to PayPal - the complaint process was very easy, but warning: you do have to complain to PayPal relatively quickly) and they were usually polite enough on the phone (with enough phone calls you'll inevitably get the occasional exception), but the entire experience left a somewhat bitter taste in my mouth. The three stars is generous, but at the end of the day, I did get my money back, so perhaps two would be too low.

Lessons learnt:

1) If buying from BadBoy, get it off the showroom floor and in your hands before you give them your credit card.

2) If that is not an option, then use PayPal. Do *NOT* give them your credit card number for any online purchase. (Remember: in most cases, such as mine, the credit card company will give them two months to ship the product, whereas PayPal has a much more consumer-friendly time limit).

3) Be wary about any company that charges your credit card right away for an online purchase, rather than waiting until they have shipped.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a washing machine online that said its available. After the order came through the delivery was being pushed by 2 weeks every time i called over the next month! When i called to cancel i was told that the product wont come for another 1.5 - 2 month. The rep on the phone could not cancel for what ever reason and said a manager will have to call me within 24-48 hours.what kind of customer service is this! They charge your credit card right away but don't deliver anytime soon.

Ordered a bedframe, was scheduled to arrive late September. Was finally notified in mid October that the frame was discontinued, and told I could pick another product or request for a refund.

I've requested for a refund, but still haven't heard anything in a week. Their order support takes too long

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a sofa online last June 9,2021. By July I was told that the sofa arrived damaged and then they informed me that the factory stopped the productikn of that model. They forced me to buy from a store instead. Since I did not like any of the designs in the store, I asked them REPEATEDLY to just fully refund what I have paid ($1,658.84). It is now almost the end of October and after more than 4months and more than 7calls, I still have not received my refund. They have promised me REPEATEDLY that they have already cancelled my purchase and have processed my refund but until now, I have not received my money.

You will just be frustrated. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

This place is ridiculous we ordered beds for our sons in April and still haven't received them the amount of times my wife has called and asked and been giving the runaround today they said by the end of September so I'm guessing maybe next year sometime.

If I could do negative stars, I would. I don’t love posting negative reviews but my Jesus, I would never ever ever recommend this Bad Boy to my worst enemy. We ordered a couch (price matched on the website) on July 11th, with an original delivery date of 6-8 weeks. 6 weeks later we were informed they discontinued the fabric and want us to choose another one. Slightly annoying but no big deal- Manager Paul was very inconsiderate and rude. Wanted us to get a refund because he didn’t like that we got a good deal from the website. Kept bringing it up over and over again. Couch was delayed two more times after that. Again Paul keeps insisting we get a refund. Couch was supposed to be delivered today and surprise surprise it’s not here. The products they sell are decent but customer service is -10/10. Only decent sales rep there was Anna who was friendly and just doing her job. Witnessed her manager getting angry at her for not selling enough of the warranty packages as if that’s her fault. Feel sorry for anyone who works there under this management and would never ever purchase something there again. Period.

I went to this location to purchase a couch and the sales associate Alvin did not provide any information or even help me purchase a couch. He refused to talk to his manager and he did not let me talk to his manager to ask questions about the couch. I spent 3 hours for no reason and in the end Alvin told me to purchase a couch at somewhere else which I find extremely disrespectful and I will DEFINITELY SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I've purchased at bad boy before but I did not receive bad customer service.

Lots of selection with appealing price tags. Also, contrary to many other opinions over here, I found the customer service rather excellent. The salesmen I dealt with were all patient to listen & made quality efforts to get my family a very affordable price. Overall, a great experience!

Worst delivery experience I have. To make it simple, the delivery guys refused to move sofa to 2nd floor. Not sure the company’s policy. They insisted it might damage the property. I felt the suspect threatened. Like you want me to do it. Ok. I will show you how to damage your house. No safety precautions.

0/10 waiting 6 months for a couch is not good, updated should be here sept 15 but rep could not confirm where the order was or if this would happen, have confirmed the date several times like this in the last 6 months. Positive reviews are most likely employees I am convinced, if you want a couch go anywhere else, build one-it would be quicker.

While reading the other review they seem perfectly justifiable. I had a great experience with my family. A few things we did that avoided other people pitfall. We got a super good discount on a leather floor model sofa and thus we were able to take it home. The sofa is high quality and we love it.
Second, instead of waiting to deliver the coffee table, I went to pick it up at 500 Fenmar drive and the experience was great. So my advice for anyone shopping at bad boys, 1. Don't be afraid to negotiate and 2. Get your own vehicle and pick it up yourself to avoid waiting for months. The warehouse I went, it's not big for a furniture Warehouse and the warehouse crew were busy loading and unloading inventory.

The scarborough location is terrible and also extremely disrespectful. Since April, I’ve been trying to contact the store manager or anyone at the home office. I tried different communication avenue and all of them were unsuccessful. The Instagram handler told me the manager would call me last week and obvious no one did. Someone at the store told me the same thing. The lack of customer service is beyond awful. I need answers and the rest of my order that was promised for July.

1- The total of my invoice doesn’t line up. There is no price details other than the total and the taxes.

After being rushed at the time of my purchase, I went home and created an online shopping cart for the same items. They acted like they were giving me a good deal by offering me the no tax promotion which is across all branches.

On the online cart, I added the same items at full price. But some items were more expensive at the store.ie the HaileyII matters by 40$, the items they said it would be free (furniture cleaning kit) ended up not free and the items that was supposed to be half price due to the size of the purchase were not reduced.

I came up with a different near 300$.

I decided to go at the store to support the sales person due to COVID. I figured they would benefit on the commission. I wasn’t expected they will actually take advantage of me

I sent them by email and to the IG handler the full breakdown of the cost I paid versus what they said and what I cam up with online.

2- Due to the circumstances with COVID I totally understand that there’s delay. However, I shouldn’t have to call to have an update. This been dragging since April. The original delivery was to be in June for some components. Mid-June, they left me a voice message indicating that the delivery would be in July. I had to call them to find out they were not expecting my delivery until late July. Then I called again on August 11 to find out that it is pushed back… again.

3- At the beginning of June someone called me asking me to contact the financing company on THEIR behalf, which I refused to do so since no one answered me since April. I told them that the financing company confirmed that everything was properly filled on my end prior having someone from Lastman calling me. They were asking my help to charge me. I refused heping them due to their terrible service and their scam.

4- They blocked my email address! Since I sent multiple emails and follow up to have answer, they probably got fed up and assume I will forget so they blocked me. Acting like kids who can’t take accountability.

5- By their answer, we can see that they don't care and they don't read. They're asking me to email them after I mentioned that they BLOCKED my email address

Worst costumer service ever. They don’t answer. They don’t reply you back. They are all rude. I bought sofa with wrong legs and it’s been a year I’ve been connecting them and they either don’t answer or postpone to order and ship them. They are nice when you want to buy, after that they don’t care.

We order on bad boy for the first time and they told us “we will deliver the furniture on August 14” and then August 28 came and we still did not receive our furniture from them and now it’s August 30th and we called them multiple times and they didn’t give still and the other thing is that we ordered a coffee table and the sold it to some other people and now they told us we will give you on September 14 and it has been more than 2 months. Summing up the furniture is nice but the service is very very bad. First and last experience only.

We’re very unsatisfied by the service at Bad Boy. Our bed set was already late on delivery and on top of that they told us that our bed set was not going be assembled by them. Our sales person, Varun, had cheated us. Very unpleased and unhappy with this.

Mom ordered a bedroom set that was supposed to arrive last weekend, the bed was damaged at the warehouse, as well as the dresser and two night tables. The night tables arrived today and were both damged and the dresser also didn't arrive today from being damaged at the warehouse. This is one of the worst companies to buy anything from. I would highly recommend not buy appliances and furniture from Lastmans's bad boy, honestly go somewhere else. They used to be good not anymore. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Salesman was good and seemed to know the products. Good selection of appliances. Prices comparable to other stores. Will deliver for a price.

Free parking. Wheelchair accessible.

Big selection of furniture but we were here for a stove so we didn't look at any of the pieces.

I was wrong about this company, please take your money somewhere else. The bed I order in January I still didn't receive it. When I asked to get my money back, they said I can only get a credit. Do not shop here!

The man that "helped" me was a bit rude. He was raising his voice at me (as he made an error of measurement on a tv stand I WAS interested in. When I corrected him, he said "sorry, sorry" I was only looking that day, but I'd I decide to buy from them. I will refuse service from that man.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LASTMAN BAD BOYS

I ordered my patio furniture on April 13th from the Scarborough location on Kennedy. I was told that I’d receive it in 3-4 weeks.

After a month I contacted them and they said it is scheduled to arrive the end of June. Of course I was annoyed by this but I took under consideration that we were on lock down due to Covid. It is now JULY. I called last week and I was told that their system is down, provided my info as requested and was told I would get a call back. Never received one after a couple of days so I followed up.

When I called I was placed on hold for a while so called back. Was put on hold again for another 10 mins, and had to call back again. Finally spoke with someone who informed my furniture will be coming mid July. I was then transferred to Alvin who refused to transfer me to a Manager which I found odd. I requested to speak with one several times and Alvin continued to tell me there was nothing a manager would be able to do for me.

I was told there’s no refund on my deposit after I stated I wanted my deposit back. I called their corporate office and left a few messages and was told an email would be sent to their manager. Still waiting guys! Customer service has been absolutely horrible. Very disappointed. At this point I don’t want to deal with them, I just want my money back and their refusing to refund my deposit.

If your looking for a reliable furniture store, Lastmans Bad Boys should not be an option. I will be using my platform on social media to bring this to everyone’s attention. Theirs nothing worse than dealing with poor service after working so hard to get what you want.

If I could rate them 0 I would. Their not even worth a 1.

If I could give less than one star I would. We ordered a washer and dryer set on May 2nd over the phone with Bad Boy. We were a bit uneasy as the employee did not ask for an email to send a confirmation, but the order certainly went through on our credit card. We received the dryer first, however no receipt or anything was given. We were told the washer would arrive two weeks later, however we completely understand timelines and delivery dates are delayed due to COVID. We did call around the beginning of June, and they told us it would be a couple of weeks - which is fine, again we understand.

However, after calling today and speaking to a rep named Wendy, we were told that they had been calling us repeatedly since May 22nd. After some back and forth and accusations from Wendy, we figured out that not only did they have the wrong number on file, they had the wrong address as well, which doesn't make sense as they were able to deliver the dryer to us.

After booking a delivery day and time, the call ended, however Wendy called us back claiming we still owed $1100! How is a company so mixed up and disorganized like this! Again, after some back and forth, she admitted her mistake, but this is ridiculous and messy for a well established business to act like this. The customer service is poor, their lack of investigation is disheartening, and I can say for certain we will never order from them again. I would recommend anyone reading this review to go elsewhere for a more satisfactory experience.

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING. THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW, I WAS TOLD TO SPEAK TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (Paul Taylor) TO ENSURE MY SOFA WOULD BE DELIEVERED. HE VERBALLY GUARNTEED THAT MY SOFA WOULD BE AVAILABLE AND ONCE AGAIN I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I AM 9 MONTHS PREGNANT STILL WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR MY SOFA TO BE DELIVERED. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I CAN NOT SPEAK TO ANOTHER UNPROFESSIONAL GM OR EMPLOYEE THIS PROCESS HAS BEEN DRAINING. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT MY REFUND. WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ME IS UNFAIR AND NOT RIGHT. HOW CAN I GET IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER?

The worst possible after sales I have ever received, I have been trying to reach your store via email and phone but to no avail. I had purchased furniture from your Scarborough store in November and this was a substantial purchase, regardless, I bought a 5 year extended warranty, now when I have a problem and want to claim the warranty there is no help in sight. I have received an email saying my request is been looked into, but that's all I have got over the last 1 month. If someone is looking into the reviews, I am expecting a call back, my ticket number is 1644896.

I have received deplorable customer service from the Lastman’s Bad Boy Kennedy Rd store. This is the first and last time I will deal with this company. The one goal of these people is to take your hard earned
cash. Unfortunately I did not see the many complaints in various places on the internet before I purchased from Lastman’s. The Better Business Bureau lists many complaints. I have added mine to their list.
On Feb 26,2021 I made telephone purchase of a GE range for $2,948. The promised delivery date was
March 25,2021 and this is recorded on the invoice.
The sales person assured me there would be no problem with this delivery date. The timing of the purchase was to coincide with a kitchen renovation. I gave away my existing range when the reno started and have been without a range since early April.
The new range did not arrive and no communication from the company. I followed up and was eventually told the range was delayed until mid May due to covid. That time came and went with no communication from Lastman’s. I again followed up and was told end of June. This time I followed ahead of the expected delivery date and was told it will definitely be arriving and that I will have the range in early July. I followed up again on July 7th and was told it is now delayed until October. At this point I asked for a refund and was told their policy is no refunds. I told the person I spoke to that I am entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act Ontario. The act states consumers are entitled to a refund where the product is not delivered within 30 days from the delivery date on the invoice. She still Insisted no refund and said she would have a manger call me. I did not receive a call back.
I called Lastman’s again today and again for a manager to call me but of course no call. I tried to call Lastman’s head office to deal with the problem but no one answers the telephone at that location. Today I contacted Consumers Protection and got a file number so I can file an official complaint. They suggested I try emailing the company and forward my email to them with my invoice so they can start the complaint process. Today I wrote the email.
My advice is to stay away from this company. Purchase from the many other reputable businesses and save your self a mountain of frustration. If I could I would give them zero stars.
Updated July 9th. Wrote to the email address Lastman’s uses to reply to reviews and copied store.
Got a call from the store manager Joe who was very helpful. I have now received a refund.

So my dishwasher broke down and we needed a replacement. We ordered a Bosch from Lastman's Bad Boy, which was listed as 'Available! ' on their website. I received an automated email confirming my payment and saying that they'd contact us to schedule the delivery in the next 48 hours.

I get the call, salesman on the phone says bad news, we don't have any of that model and it won't be back in stock until the end of the year, or possibly 2022. Obviously I don't want to wait 6-12 months for a new dishwasher, so I requested a refund. Apparently they have an 'all sales are final' policy, even if they can't give me a delivery date. Lastman, you're not holding up your end of the deal. You think it's ok to make a customer wait 6+ months for a product you said was available now without leaving any recourse. This is not OK. In fact, I doubt that it's even legal.

Lastman offered us two inferior products instead that I have no interest in. I did a lot of research to find the product we wanted. And picked Bad Boy because of their tax free promotion and the fact that it said the product was available. Salesman really said to me that 'available' on the website really just means 'not discontinued'.
