Awful. They flat out lie to you. They promised me my couch would arrive Aug 30. It didn't. Then they promised me it would come Sept. 30. It didn't. Now they are saying Oct. 30. Shocking. Every single time I call the "manager is with a customer. " More lies. Ask for callbacks and they never do. I want my money back. This is unbelievable.

My friend, custom ordered an L shape sofa. He paid close to 5 thousand dollars. What was supposed to be all leather everywhere. NOT just LEATHER SEATING. It wasn't. And the biggest joke about this couch is that some pillows were leather and some leather match. I saw that with my own EYES. Unzipping the pillows and looking inside. You could clearly see some were leather and some cloth with the leatherette match. My friend and I went to the Burlington BAD BOY. They said they would pick it up the morning of Sept 23rd 2023 Nobody showed up. Liars just like the People that endorse BAD BOY. Please do NOT waste your time purchasing any furniture from BADBOY Burlington. Service Starting from the Manager is horrible. They pretend that customer service is their number one focus but customer service is their last focus. We were advised to purchase the extended warranty and after 1 month our couch broke. We are now 2 months later and I have yet to get a call back after numerous attempts. I tried calling again today and apparently my claim has been denied but nobody has had the courtesy to call us back.
Please don’t make the same mistake as my wife and I and purchase anything from this subpar outfit.

They sell you warranty plans and god forbid you buy their furniture and the plan hoping for peace of mind. However the company ensures that you get neither good furniture nor peace of mind with warranty. 75 days of complaining, emails, phone calls with them and net result is Zero response, zero service. They lied and said that my washer machine would come on Dec 16th. When now they are saying the have no idea when it’s coming there is no way to track what I ordered it’s up to manufacturer to send it whenever. So expect your orders to come whenever not when they specify. They also didn’t have my washer machine on my bill for a month. I had to call and complain three times for them to fix it- so keep your hard copy because they are unorganized. I highly do not recommend shopping at this location- both managers are incompetent and won’t own up to their mistakes.

The sent furniture to the wrong home on my mothers bill as well and it ended up in a warehouse. Just a no! Never shopping there again

This is my third review in regards to a purchase we made for multiple items/appliances at Bad Boy Burlington on Boxing Day. We have purchased our home needs from Bad Boy for 25 years. I have to say, we had a breakdown in communication in regards to when we would get our appliances but in the end Bad Boy came through to make us happy! Our fridge at home started to fail and they worked with us to get our new fridge earlier. They then got us our stove ahead of schedule and finally our couch and microwave. The set up 3 separate deliveries to make sure we got our items as quick as possible. Special and sincere thanks to Tom the Regional Manager, he is true to his word and calls you back etc. He worked behind the scenes to make this happen. Thanks to Lucy and the other girl (don’t know her name) that helped take care of us. We will definitely be going back to Bad Boy! Thank you Tom!

Godfrey helped us out in our search for a new couch and unfortunately that's where the customer service experience ended. Promised 2-4 weeks on delivery, with the delivery deadline now extended as much as 3 months and no response from management. My advice, find another location to buy from.

Purchased leather sofa set full leather $8000, received a great experience with Sales Person that sold me furniture in the store however, Lastman's Bad Boy provided a poor client experience afterwards. I was promised a call back twice from Manager and never called me back, delivery came 1 week late. I'm very disappointed. I'm currently searching for bedroom & kitchen set and will not purchase from them again.

Great service. Fast delivery. No problems. Needed to replace my old fridge and BadBoy had inventory of exactly what I wanted at the best price around. I certainly know where to go for all my future appliance needs. Bought a Samsung 36” French door with water and ice. Model RF27T5201SR/AA. The water is so much colder than my old fridge and the spacemax design gives me lots of storage.

Do not buy from Bad Boy. Certainly don't expect them to honor their warranty. I have called half a dozen times now and they refuse to provide warranty coverage on a failure clearly covered in their warranty. The customer service rep says a manager will call and they never do. Don't waste your money.

Avoid this company and buy from a reputable store! The old commercial of the guys in prison clothes is accurate.

NEVER SHOP HERE! We purchased a fridge that came 3 months later and did not fit. They don't provide refunds- what year are we living in? Get with the times! Not to mention during the pandemic and for a product that is a necessity. Flashforward to weeks of us hounding them for our money back, only to receive a partial refund. The customer service is sooo unbelievably bad, I had a few "30 year veterans" who were so demeaning and were only going to get back to me if they "felt like it". I honestly think Lastman's Bad Boy is a scam company.

A horrible place to buy furniture. The salesman Goatham lied to me about how easy it was to put a piece of furniture together when I specifically asked if it was difficult or not! I called and asked for the manager and he was just as useless. His comment to me, well I’m not sure what Goatham said to you but I always tell my customers that assembly is required. Clearly I understand some assembly is required. I did do want to purchase something that came in a million pieces …. As this did. I asked about returning it and the manager says.sorry all sales are final. Never again will I purchase anything from this pathetic company!

We purchased a washer and dryer 4 years ago, purchased the 50 month extended Warranty and had a worry-free laundry team until……the dryer lost its’ ability to heat the clothes.
We called Bad Boy to get service. No one ever answered the phone, however, we left several messages, explaining the issue and asking for a return call. 10 days of calling and no response, we visited the store and asked for service.
We were told we had to email the store and give the invoice number and Warranty number, of which we did…. It’s been another 3 weeks and no response from Bad Boy.
Very poor after-sales service here. We paid for the extended Warranty and were unable to use it because of the ignorance of this company. We had a private repair company out and had the dryer repaired at our cost.
Companies like this go broke quick. Stay away from this store!

I would want to give a 5 star but, when the item arrived it was damaged. I know it’s not the location’s fault. I just wanted to address my experience. It came sarurday then i emailed them for help. No reply until monday i called them. It took sooo long for the customer care to answer, i was patient about that coz i understand it’s pandemic and maybe there were short people. The lady said they will replace the damaged ones but it will take i don’t know. We waited for the bed set to come for weeks but again we have to wait how long. So i said to my husband put it all together then we’ll just have to replace it when the replacement comes. BUT, the HEADBOARED LEGS were MISSING! Frustrated, i called again but as i was saying the customer care is taking too long, so i emailed them again. We just wanted to have a bed and get it done. I hope now that I reviewed my experience they can offer something better. Thank you.

This is by far the worst place to order from.
My wife and I ordered a $600 Samsung dishwasher from them a while back, but got no information about a delivery date. After a week we called them and they told us they didn't actually have the dishwasher but would call us soon when it comes in. (They took our money but didn't actually have that dishwasher in?) A month goes by and we don't hear from them. We called again and they said they won't be getting that dishwasher and the 'Whirlpool' one they have is identical. We had just waited over a month and they didn't even call us to let us know. They refused to give us our money back and reassured us this dishwasher was just as good. A MONTH GOES BY AND WE CALL THEM! THEY TELL US THEY DONT HAVE THE SAMSUNG DISHWASHER THAT WE ORDERED. "WE KNOW YOU OFFERED US THE WHIRLPOOL ONE INSTEAD! " THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE THAT INFORMATION AND THEY WILL SEND IT WEDNESDAY. Wednesday comes and goes. NO DISHWASHER. CALL THEM. I KID YOU NOT " We don't have the whirlpool one available we'll send you a 'General Electric' tomorrow. They call back.we can't send you it tomorrow. I ask for refund. They can't. Honest-to-god, several of them say " We don't know how to do a refund" WHAT THE HELL IS THIS COMPANY? ! Are you allowed to sell things you don't actually have? Anyways, there's my rant to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I bought appliances and furniture worth $6000 from the Burlington location. I was late getting to my new house on the day that the appliances were getting delivered. I called to reschedule and the guy that answered the phone started shouting at me telling me I was inconveniencing them and I would hv to pay for shipping. He kept screaming in my ear shouting all sorts of things then eventually hung up on me. I was shocked to be treated like that after spending that much money. I'll never shop at bad boy again. Their motto should be changed to who should buy from Bad Boy Noooobody.

Regretting trying out a new vendor instead of Wayfair or another. Thinking of filing a police complaint or taking them to small claims court.

Ordered a dryer on Feb. 13/21. Still waiting to hear from them. Try and living with 'air dried' socks and underwear for 2 1/2 months! Tried to reach out several times. The last is when when I gave up after being on hold with their 'main line' for over an hour. Will now have to go through VISA for a refund as they were very quick to charge my card at order placement. I would say 'worst customer service ever' but there was not even a glimmer of any of that activity here. Can't give less than a '1' but they deserve a 0. Ridiculous and STAY AWAY! NOOOOOBODY is home!

Family member bought a couch. It did not have the holes drilled underneath to insert the feet. Store was contacted within their 48 policy with photos and description. Their staff said they would write a report and we would hear back.
Weeks go by and nothing. After numerous emails and calls, being on hold with no answer, no one ever gets back.
After a few more weeks we finally get ahold of the store manager. He says it’s best to make it a legal issue, nothing they can do.
This store would have their customers sue them rather than actually helping a customer with an issue that was the store’s fault in the first place.

I ordered a dining table for my parent because their was getting so old in November. Its February they delayed it twice. I have called, left messages and emailed them but no one ever gets back to you on when they can actually deliver the product. Like give me my money back if you aren't giving the furniture. I suggest no one to buy from them because I was assured I should get it by early/mid January by Burlington location sales person still haven't gotten it

If I could give no stars, I would. This company has been horrible to deal with. My mother is a high-risk senior that is completely new to shopping online, and she has been treated horribly and unfairly by this company.

In December, her garburator quit on her and she was unable to use her kitchen sink (amidst a pandemic!) Her plumber told her she needed a new garburator but was having trouble finding one. She bought a new unit online from Bad Boy that was listed as "In stock" and "available for pick up" at her local store. She was told she would be contacted when the order was ready for pick up. After a WEEK of waiting for contact and not being able to use her kitchen sink, a wonderful plumber sourced a new unit for her and replaced it so she could finally use her sink.

My mom contacted Bad Boy about cancelling the order as it had still not been fulfilled. She was told, although they still did not have the garburator, and had no idea when it was coming in, she was unable to cancel the order and she can't return it, and will not be refunded. After explaining the situation, they said they would email corporate about a refund. Since them we have followed up numerous times, and get the same story each time: no cancellation, no refund, no return. This item was not listed as online only, special order, and she was given no information about the return policy at the time of purchase or on the invoice, as far as I can tell from what I read online, they are not even acting in line with their OWN return/cancellation policy.

We have been dealing with them for over two months now, the item is STILL unavailable, and they will not do anything at all to help. This is totally unacceptable and unfair practice. In this case, they are taking advantage of a senior citizen who is not savvy with online shopping. It's disgusting.

I don't understand what all of the negative reviews are about. I called the hotline one night looking for a price match on furniture and Tom (Regional Manager) picked up while he wasn't even at the office. He said he wanted my business and "nooobody" would beat their prices. This man knows his furniture. He held true to his words. He beat the best offer I could throw at him (which was a pretty competitive one) and delivery was timely and as promised. Although some items were on backorder, they were completely transparent about this prior to taking my money.

Great communication throughout, and it felt like dealing with a small family-run business. Thanks to Paula and Jessica as well for always being responsive and keeping me in the loop.

I will be calling up the Burlington store before ever purchasing furniture elsewhere. These people mean business and don't mess around.

I have never been so satisfied with my product and the customer service at this store in all the retail stores i have been to.

The staff are always there to ask questions on your needs to find the right items. Personally, I wanted a Mattress to replace a decade old king that was killing my back. Danika, a sales representative from Burlington, was honest, straight to the point, and helped encourage my hesitant wife on the right mattress for both her and I.

I can always trust these Bad boys and Bad girls to put a smile on my face! Delivery was prompt, even for the standards this Covid-19 era has placed on the skeleton crews of manufacturing companies.

Protip: go support Canadian, and stick with Bad Boys!

They do not honour the warranties that they lure you into. 2 years into a 5 year warranty, a coil broke in the rarely used couch and the material was shredding. After many discussions, I suggested to the "help" staff that perhaps the salesmen were pocketing the warranty money to supplement their commissions. They didn't deny it, just told me to go see the salesman to discuss it with them. While reading all the reviews, I noticed the company stopped replying to the negatives ones.

Ordered an "in stock" dishwasher over a month ago; no updates to this date, I called 3 weeks ago and was given an ETA that has now come and gone too. Also, "all sales are final". Seems like a scam to me, and that they're selling products they don't have and buying them as needed.

Have filed a support ticket by email but will be calling my credit card company soon if I don't receive my product or hear back from them.

Great customer service at the store, but delivery is bad, it’s been a almost a month they didn’t deliver the beds I ordered, We we sleeps on the floor.its understandable that is pandemic and we don’t mind to wait even they didn’t gave me a definite date to deliver, they said they will call once they’re ready to deliver. Today without giving me a call they show up when we’re still sleeping, as early as 8: 40 am and leaving a note sorry we miss you! Hello Mr Lastman’s Bad Boy you can’t just come knocking to someone’s house early morning and deliver the bed when people are still sleeping without your expensive bed!

I ordered bar stools and when I received them they were dirty and used. I received no customer service.
JESSICA at the Burlington location was extremely rude.
After 7 weeks of frustrating phone calls and emails I finally received a refund, which is usually not allowed.
Buyer BEWARE. Multiple complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This is one of the worst experience of my life.
I would rather give zero stars but this was not an option.

Ordered a couch in August. Delivery was supposed to be Oct 3rd. Delivery was pushed back a few times and was finally delivered a couple weeks later. Couch cushions were part of the order but were not delivered. 7 weeks later they were delivered. They were the WRONG color.

The only thing that went smoothly in this retail experience was me paying the bill. Sure, companies are more than happy to take your money. But after that, no one wants to accept any responsibility or accountability.

Overall, zero or little help from store, store manager, customer service or claims department. Who sucks more than Bad Boy? NOOOOOOOBODY!

Worst service I've ever dealt with.    Bought a sectional online May 21 2020 and when it was delivered it was facing the wrong way than what was advertised on the web page.   After speaking with Evan Hecht (online orders manager) we came up with a plan to have it switched to a different style with an storage ottoman.   Sounds easy,   first we had to beg for him to schedule a pickup date for the original couch, when i say beg i mean repeated phone calls and emails.    I wanted our living room back as we decided not to use a couch that wasn't ours.    After a week of begging delivery drivers came to pick it up with no notice they were showing up.   Granted this happened during covid but after things started to slowly open up.   I was told that we would get our new sectional with in 4-6 weeks.   On week 5 i started emailing Evan only to be ignored until until the 4-5th email after 3 days.   He explained that it would be another 2-3 weeks.    So i waited until the end of week 2 and started emailing him again, same scenario three days waiting no answer.   I went to our local store and was told he didn't put the order through until July 14th 6 weeks after we came to a resolution.   I also got Evans phone number and gave him a call, he explained that our sectional was sent to ottawa by mistake but he will schedule a delivery with me in tuesday when it arrives in toronto.we scheduled for that thursday and when its delivered the ottoman isn't with it, call Evan and he proceeds to lie saying he told me the ottoman was on back order and would take an additional 2 weeks.    He never said as much to me.    On top of that he then goes on to lie saying that he went out of his way to get stock from ottawa transferred to him to fulfill my order.    I can't stand liars.    Today is the 2 week mark and still no call or explanation of where my ottoman is.   Did i also mention that in between all of this Evan offered a discount (email proof)   and when I asked how much he gas never answered me.   If its store credit fine as we are looking for a sofa table and redoing our kitchen as well.    Today is week 14 and our order has yet to be fulfilled.   I've been lied to, I've had to keep calling and emailing to get answers,    I've asked numerous times to speak With Evans boss and he refuses to allow that.    Needless to say i just want what ive been promised and to never do business with this company again.    Update ottoman is scheduled for tuesday Sept 1. Further update an ottoman was delivered but it is not a storage ottoman, guess i shouldn't be surprised.

Screw you Bad boys. I thought I was done with your crappy company after it took 4 months to fix the first and only order I did with you. Now you go ahead without my authorization and take 570.48 from my credit card and make me jump through hoops to get it back. Your man/woman screwed up and put the order through wrong not me. Now I've wasted over an hour on the phone to find out why a credit card refund stil hasn't been applied even though I've been assured from your online manager that it should be. Are you going to compensate me for me time and being inconvenienced because you screwed up not me. Just give me my money back and let's never do business again.

We have been told manager will contact us on many different occassions, only to have no manager call. No one seems to care, our order has been prepaid in full, they have our money.emailed customer service, no reply.big surprise.play it safe, go to Leons or The Brick. Extremely dissatisfied customer. I purchased a couch and was convinced to purchase their solid gold warranty given it would cover all damage. After only a couple years of very light use, it's already starting to have issues so I called them for assistance was was told the surface damage isn't covered. No offer for patching or repair, just basically a screw you, thanks for your money. The warranty rep was extremely rude and was generally just a miserable person to deal with. I asked for a manager expecting someone more polite but she hung up on me. I called back several more times throughout the day and was only able to get their voice mail. After using call display block, they answered. What kind of company screens their calls? Don't bother leaving voice mails, no one will call you back. From such a large company, I'm astounded by their poor customer support. I won't be back

I WOULDNT SHOP HERE IF BAD BOYS WAS THE LASTMAN ON EARTH. TERRIBLE. 100% DO NOT BUY HERE. Their email and phone support is TERRIBLE. They wont do refunds or cancel. They will take MONTHS to deliver. They wont even tell you that you have to contact them to be stringed along. DO NOT BUY HERE

So far they have been very helpful, they weren't pushy. They answered all the questions I had about couches, delivery time, size definitely will go back

Don’t expect any kind of customer service if you have an issue with an in-line order. You get automated replies to emails, and people that are “unauthorized” to process your request. I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to speak to someone that can help me.

We placed our order at the end of May online, we understand the covid19 situation, and the guy said it will be 3 weeks deliver. Without any notice until we call to check status after 2 weeks, we were told the order lack pieces, they were expecting them by the end of JUNE.again after 2 weeks We didn't get any updates We called again, now they said the shipment from the states, they were expecting to get them by the beg of July. (yeah,expecting again, what if it will never be here)
It's all fine if it's just delay too much, but also they don't do refund, we got a certainly no answer for refund back to our card Because they can only do instore credit.i worked anf shopped in so many more big chain department store, other stores.never heard of anything like that, with the original receipt you can nor get a refund (as the furnitures are still not even in Canada).
First of all, we didn't get any notice or kindly remind of the possible delay, they didn't tell the truth, or they don't hv a inventory system to even check? Everyone hv a life to goes on, now we sleep in our own master bedrooms with out any furnitures, not even beds, and no dining table sets as well. It is the worst shopping experience i hv ever had in past years.leons, ikea, Ashley, many more good service furniture store out of there people, don't stuck with badboy, it's really bad.

Very uncomfortable in-store experience because of the sales person, I would not recommend going to bad boy based off of my experience.
After deciding on a mattress the sales person spoke to me about a protective cover and it’s warranty. He even went as far as to say that it would be very helpful to me during “that time of the month. ”
Very inappropriate, embarrassing and not at all necessary. If I didn’t need a new mattress as bad as I do I would have walked out then.

The sales person who sells mattresses is atrocious! He was paranoid about everything, asked me for my Driver License and then started pushing the mattress cover on me. He could not understand my English, asked for my address and phone number multiple times and then started mansplaining to me how to drive to my house. I had to buy a mattress because it was an immediate need, but I will never set a foot in that store again! Horrible customer service from the mattress sales guy! He is a cut and paste from pushy and very condescending sales tactics from the 50s. Will call a store tomorrow to talk to a manager about it.
