I would genuinely be embarrassed to work for a company with as mad customer service as this one. I went to lastmans bad boy to support a Canadian company but never again. The couches I ordered from day one squeaked like they were old and cheap. I put a ticket in right after they arrived and 7 months later no resolution has come from my ticket. The people who work in customer service are miserable, and I can imagine why, the product is terrible quality they must get complaints all day. Their superiors who have authority to issue refunds and resolutions do nothing nor do they contact upset clients. The amount of my time that I have wasted trying to contact someone who can help me is ridiculous. All I can say is invest your time and money wisely just go to Costco.

Ordered an item in April which was displayed as "in stock". Recieved a call days after paying for the order that it would not be available until July and was asked if I wanted to cancel it. I said yes and was told the request was put in that day. A month later, no confirmation of cancelation or any follow up. I called and was told it is "being processed". Another month passes with nothing and I call again and am told it is "being processed". Another month passes. It is June now and I call asking why it has not been processed and was simply told that management hasn't gotten around to it yet, which is a rediculous answer but I again wait because I have no choice. Finally July hits and I call them once every single week, only to be told that management is not in, they are busy, or I am unable to speak with them at this time. After months of calling and hounding from my end, my refund was finally processed. Had I not called continuously, I don't think my money would've ever been returned.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything from this place. I waited until my refund was processed to post this because it felt like they were holding my money hostage while I just had to comply with what I was being told which was absolutely rediculous and unprofessional. Save yourself the time and headache and go shop at Costco or Wayfair where management is competent and refunds are dealt with immediately as they should be. Avoid this monstrosity of a business.

Save your self and money. Dont buy anything from badboys. They said they give warranty, but that's a lie. I bought a dining table and a sofa set. I made a complain to where i bought, kennedy location in Scarborough. It's been closer to 1 years.i still cannot get hold of someone.

After my complain to the Head office, a lady by the name of Kanika reached me out asked me to send the pictures. This was on june 02. No reply after. I have been trying to reach her ever since, all ways voice mail. I have sent email social@
I called today to the head office. I tried to explain my concern to the reception and didn't even listen. She said I DONT KNOW. She should be fired. Dont buy anything from this people. Bad bad company

I would not buy any thing from bad boy due to their customer service and delivery commitments. My order is delayed for more than 2 months now.
Latest update: No one has replied to the email for more then 6 days.
