We bought a washer back in March 2023 and still today, Aug 2,2023, I am receiving excuses as to why they are still waiting for it from the manufacturer… before that, Bad Boy claimed they had a flood in their warehouse…. I used to be 3rd on the list for upcoming incoming inventory and today, I am 5th! I advised them that this is not acceptable and want a refund since they’ve had my money since mid March. They claim it is not their policy to provide refunds. Stay away from this store…. You cannot trust what they tell you from one month to the next….

We ordered a Wash Machine April 21,2023 and as of July 24,2023, all they give is excuses. I had to finally resort to advising them I was going to my bank to reverse the charges.
They paid me back my money today, July 25,2023

Not only does she keep things real she is upfront and honest and takes your best interest to heart! My husband came here and hadn’t ate and she went back and brought us out each a snack to tie us over! She is not only our go too person but now considered a family friend! I bought a washer there it broke under warranty in March. I am still waiting for them to replace it. The service department doesn't answer their phone they just say they will call you back they don't. After going into the store and refusing to leave until someone waited on us they said it would be delivered June 11th now they say mid July. I explained due to my disability its hard and expensive to go the laundrymat was pretty told well to bad. They could have waived delivery fee refused. Lowes and Home Depot both have the same washer in stock cheaper but we are stuck at Bad Boy due to warranty.

Same as others. DO NOT BUY from them unless you want to wait for months and get attitude. Make sure you are well aware of delivery times and even then, don’t believe it. How these people stay in business is beyond understanding.

Bought a refrigerator from Bad Boy Furniture in Ancaster on Nov 8/22. Was told it would arrive by Jan 8th. Visited the store today for the 2nd time in the last 3 weeks to get an update. Was just told the appliance will not arrive at the store now until the 1st week of March. That’s 4 months to get a new refrigerator. Just a basic refrigerator with an ice maker. The 1st time I asked for an update the receptionist told me she would contact head office and would e-mail me an update. Surprise surprise no e-mail!

Why would they care they have my money. You would think they would call and update the customer because the promised delivery date has long passed. Customer service does not exist at this location. I rated them a 1 star only because I had no choice or the review would not be posted. It should be a minus 5 star. My next option is to ask for a refund since I do not have the refrigerator yet. I will let you know how that turns out.

Do not buy anything from BadBoy purchased a washer and dryer almost 3 months ago have been given numerous dates and excuses including that they had to special order white appliances lol. Have been told there is a no cancel policy DO NOT DEAL with this crooks they are extremely dishonest.

Absolutely abysmal service. We ordered new GE cafe appliances in ** March 2021 ** still waiting on stove - two years later. Yea, covid, logistics blah blah blah. But Lastmans told us 8 months ago it was coming now - in March 2023. Even LAST week I was assured it was still on track. Today I call to check in and they are now saying END OF AUGUST. This has been going on for two years now. Every single estimated shipping date has come and gone. We NEVER get proactive calls from the store to let us know what’s happening. They just throw their hands up are like, we can’t do anything. DO NOT SPEND A PENNY IN THIS STORE.

We purchased a couch the first week of October, The sales associate Brian told us the couch was in stock in the warehouse and that it would be delivered that week, on the invoice it said up to 10 weeks, we still haven't gotten the couch and have called multiple times and every time we call, we are told that it's coming in, in the next week. This store lies to you and doesn't offer refunds even if you haven't received your items, do not buy.

Edit: What a useless number you left, haven't heard back in days, went into the store to check with Brian, he lied and gaslit me first telling me that it would be in in January, told me he never said it was in stock. Then said the product is discontinued, that he order is undeliverable that the order was never placed in the first place and that they wouldn't refund me. Worst company ever.

I ordered a complete bedset spending a few thousand dollars back in September, when they delivered it at the end of November, I was missing a part of the bed and my dresser and I got blamed for not paying attention. It's now January, I have the part of the bed but no dresser and every time I call I'm either being ignored (from head office) or I'm getting the run around. NOT WORTH IT FOR A LOUSY STORE

I did extensive research on the TV I wanted to get. The website made it seem like it was in stock and ready to pick up. Went in today and answered a million questions, including my name 3 times to the sales associate. I turned down the extra protection and he said he was going to the manager to close the deal. The manager comes out to tell me it isn't in stock and won't be until late Feb. I explained my disappointment at the fact that the website seemed misleading, and I had already waited 30 mins and filled out all the information. He gave me a shrug and a baby face/pout.not once, but multiple times. Very condescending and manipulative. So, now they have all of my information to probably spam me with offers and I have wasted time and a bad taste in my mouth for this company.
P. S. Went to Leons on Stone Church, got a better deal and way better customer service.)

I ordered an in-stock dishwasher from BadBoy (along with a stove and fridge during a no-tax sale). 2 months later they call me saying it was actually discontinued and out of stock and I needed to re-order another one/appliance or lose my tax-free offer on the stove & fridge) ; they also would not honour the tax-free offer on the re-ordered dishwasher. Fast-forward 8 months and I still don't have my dishwasher. After many attempts I was finally able to cancel my offer and order from another supplier and received essentially the same dishwasher 2 days after. One month later I still have not received reimbursement for my cancelled dishwasher after numerous calls to badboy. I am now cancelling the payment through my credit card company. This is the worst customer service and treatment I've ever experienced and will never buy from badboy again. I would suggest you do the same!

If possible I would give them big zero (0). We purchased the furniture in Dec 2021. Still did not get half of the order. One piece of furniture that we received is a piece of junk. Real leather armchair came damaged, and impossible to assemble. We raised two tickets, and called a customer service many times, and what happened is NOTHING. Nobody is taking action, they do not care at all. I am amazed that this type od business can still work and function.why a responsible government agency did not close this business? ! Unbelievable. 1st update - we received the rest of the living room furniture, and every single piece was damaged. Raised the ticket for new damaged pieces and as expected nooobody called or contacted is. We visited the Ancaster branch numerous times and no help from them at all. As I see many people affected by their fraud activities, we should get organized and sue them. Otherwise they do not care. 2nd update - almost full year after buying the living room from this fraudulent company, we still could not setup the living room, because the furniture is impossible to assemble properly. After countless visits to the Anacastet store nothing changed.every time a new promise from their stuff became a new lie. We have contacted BBB to complain but really nothing changed. Bad Boy answered our complain via BBB, but so far just another set of fake promises. Unfortunately, consumers are not protected in this country, it is very disappointing. Save your money and your nerves, and do not come even close to the worst company ever. 3rd update - after BBB complain, they assigned somebody to resolve our complaint. The customer service promised replacement in Dec 2022. No surprise, nothing happened.bunch of professional liers, trained to lie to disappointed customers. It is more than a year after the purchase, and still our living room furniture is unassembled. I am looking for other affected customers to file a lawsuit against Lastman's BB.

I ordered a TV from them over 3 months ago. They have not updated me on the status of it, not even once. I had to send MULTIPLE emails and messages to get a single response, of which they had no answers and keep delaying the status of the TV. This is the first time buying anything from here and will be my last. Horrible customer service and still have no idea where my TV is of which they made me pay in full.

Recliner switches on love seats broken and call them to repair as it was covered under warranty. Barely any communication between the technician and company. When purchased we explained that we had a new puppy, and our sales rep GUARANTEED that we would have full damage coverage FOR THREE YEARS. When we called (we've had the couch for just under 2 years) they said they can do nothing for us, except for us to call somewhere else. This business is a literal embarrassment, and an extremely shady business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Update. My email was never responded too. My washer is broke for the third time. Called to open a work order yesterday no one called be to book an apt. Called again today. Got the service rep Beyonce. This person should not be working in customer service. She abruptly said what were u told yesterday. The service was really good at first but went south after that. I want to warn people that if you buy something from the store and it is not in stock be prepared to wait months for it. We bought our appliances in July and got everything but the stove. It is now December and I have to constantly chase them for my stove. I understand there is a supply problem but when they say that they will look into it and call me back they don't follow through. When I ask for a different stove I am told it would cost me more based on the prices now rather than July. We bought the appliances then because we had a feeling this was going to happen. Shouldn't you give me a different stove at July prices? Buyer beware!

I wish i had option for 1/2 star. Worst after sales service. When I bought couch they were so good, they even convinced me to buy extended warranty. But now when I have some problem with the couch, they are not responding even though it is in warranty. Went in personally to ancaster store to make complaint but they didn’t help and told me to call customer care. Following up with customer care since 3 months but no luck. Worst after sales service. I would never recommend to buy anything from lastman bad boys. This should not even be your last option.

Very dissapointing service from their sales team. First I was connected with Raj, gave him the item SKU #, said he'd look into it and put me on hold. I was then disconnected. Waited a few minutes for the call back but he didn't. I called the store and was told he was with another customer now. I called back again a day later and spoke with another sales rep. She said she was going to get the best price from her manager and call me back. Never heard back. Called AGAIN today but asking to speak with a sales manager. No, sorry they're busy. What does it take to buy a stove from your store? First time trying Bad Boy and it will be the last.

Ordered products in April, told would receive in May. No delivery, called and "flag" was put on file to get product to us. June-no. Oh no actually July. August. September. October. Now it will be November apparently (+2 weeks to transfer to store). No faith it will even be there for November. We cannot move into our place due to this. I believe there are product delays which we have been patient for however this constant promise of next month, next month is wrong. I do not believe deliveries have been changed nearly 5 times. That is ridiculous. Will NEVER Shop here again.

I live in Hamilton ontario. First I went to Leon's to purchase furniture at the beginning of the year after waiting five months for my furniture the sale fell through and I never received my items I went into Bad Boys already feeling like I wasn't going to be treated like a real person like somebody that mattered but I was wrong. Immediately after walking in the door I was greeted by Nancy I told Nancy a bit about my experience at Leon's and she went above and beyond to make my experience at Bad Boys something opposite of what I received at Leon's. My experience was so amazing Nancy is so easy going and professional and they were true to their word the day of delivery I received my items completely fine the two delivery drivers were amazing and went above and beyond for me that day as well I was so pleased with my service at bad Boys and Nancy that I went back a few weeks later and purchased even more furniture I would highly recommend bad boys to anybody. And myself I will be a bad boys customer for life anybody living in Hamilton I would give nancy 10 stars and would ask that you asked for her by name when walking in the door you will not regret the experience and service you will receive at Bad Boys.

Horrible experience with bad boys. First time home owner here and was excited to buy our first big purchase for the home. Bad Boy you have ruined our experience and we will never purchase anything from you again. Your customer service is horrible, I had something delivered Thursday and called Thursday night and Friday about it, I was told a manager would call me. It is now Tuesday, and I have heard nothing. Your store should be ashamed of themselves and you should not be in buisness with the way you handle your customers. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Would not recommend for ANYTHING EVER.

After approx.a year the padding on the seats and arms broke down. Put a claim in because we had a "5 year" warranty. Told them it started happening 3 months earlier and got progressively worse. They denied the claim saying we should have initiated the claim 3 months earlier the moment it started happening. Really?

Bought couch and 2 chairs. 1 chair was damaged before even receiving our shipment. So all sales are final we get that. We got to reselect our furniture and they said because everything is marked up 300% they cant give us a deal like we got before. We basically have to pay an extra 500 dollars to get something we like. I tried to work out a deal and the manager kept saying we can't. So I say we can't shop here anymore.

I purchased a leather sectional on March 28th 2021 with an estimated delivery date of sat may 1st. Put down 744.76 as down payment. End of April comes around and I call to check on the status of of my delivery as I hadn't heard from them at which point I am told it would be moved to end of May. End of May comes and once again I called cuz I hadn't heard anything from them and am told it's been moved to the end of June called today June 24th and was told the item had been discontinued I asked for a refund of my deposit and was told all sales are final I can only have in store credit or I can cancel the order with a 25% restocking fee which would be more than my down-payment so basically they sold me something they didn't have and can't get and refuse to give my down-payment for said item back saying all sales are final when they couldn't even provide what I bought

You’re only getting 1 star because I can’t give you zero. We bought a washer and dryer from Bad Boy and purchased the extended warranty. Within 2 years we had to call for a repair to the dryer, then again a few months later and then again and again now. We had a repair person come out to assess and told us he had to order a part and would call us once it came in. So here we are over a month later with no information, no phone calls, and no idea what is happening or when the part will come in. My issue is the fact that I have now called Bad Boy 5 times and have been promised a call back each and every time, I’m on hold a minimum of half hour and have waited up to 2 hours just to get through and I still haven’t a clue what is happening or when my dryer will be fixed. Buyers beware, shop elsewhere for your appliances and think twice before you buy an extended warranty that obviously means nothing to them.

Update to reflect quality of replacement product.

The most mind numbingly painful customer service experience I have ever had with any company.

First, I'll start with the good. The sales people in the store are nice, and usually pay attention to you.

The rest has been just plain ugly. We ordered a bedframe from them. We wanted a headboard but none of the ones they had would work, so we decided to compromise and just get the bedframe.

Bedframe was delivered as promised but was defective. It was broken when we got it and was not safe to use. We had it returned and replaced. The replacement bedframe was also defective. At this time 2 weeks had gone by of us not having full use of our bed. When we requested a refund, we were told that all sales are final and essentially "sorry about your luck. " When I had called in, I was bounced around to three different groups over and over again. Each of them told me that the other could authorize a refund.

Eventually I got to their customer service department and ended up speaking to their supervisor. Their supervisor repeatedly interrupted me, told me they weren't interrupting me, refused to listen to me by replacing what I was saying with their own narrative, accused me repeatedly of lying, refusing to come to a mutual point of understanding, acted like they were trying to win the conversation, and hung up on me twice. (Note: I did not swear or yell at this person) I did not know this person was even the supervisor until I called back requesting to speak to the supervisor about my experience because I was just so horrified only to speak to the same person, who hung up on me again.

Once it was clear that they clearly didn't care about resolving this situation fairly, we decided to cut our losses and just take some chairs. Update: June 23rd, 2021, the chairs are poor quality and have already broken on us. I have NEVER seen a chair break the way it did, less than a year old, which cost over $100 each.

Here's the kicker, they keep calling us trying to schedule delivery for the bedframe we told them we want nothing to do with, even after we've exchanged it for a different item. We have told them this repeatedly, yet almost a year has gone by and THEY ARE STILL CALLING TO DELIVER THIS BEDFRAME WE DON'T WANT.

Our experience with Bad Boy has been combative, inconsistent, unclear, horribly managed, extremely disorganized, and by far the worst experience from all their competitors.

I honestly didn't think our experience could get any worse, but thanks to their deceptive and dishonest practice, we're out hundreds of dollars and now need to replace our chairs, so this whole ordeal will likely cost us over $1,000 in total.

Please stay away from Bad Boy, it's just not worth it if things go wrong.

Only delivered 1 love seat and 1 recliner.
Now noooooobody will get back to us.
Please do not tell me to e mail here, we have done that and still no reply 2 weeks later, sent another email 6 days ago and nothing.

I have had to get video from management from my building so I can prove they have not delivered my 2nd love seat. Still pictures of it in my last e-mail!

We are seeking legal action.

Been getting the run around for months now on my bed frame 2 weeks ago I was told it is on its way and would be delivered to me tomorrow I called to confirm and now it will be another 2 weeks because they have no stock again. I already paid for the bedframe in full and starting to get really frustrated. Been giving the benefit of the doubt with covid but after I was told it would be delivered at the end of July and now mid August I'm beyond mad.

I bought 2 furniture with a 5 year warranty. I had the couches for about 6 months. One of them started taring then the bottom front frame cracked. I tried calling the warranty department. Nobody was helping us. I even drove to the store itself and talked to the store manager they even emailed the warranty
department and Said they would get back to me. Nobody got back to me. When I called over 30 times agents would hang up the phone on my wife and I or some how disconnect, this was going on for a about 2 months. Couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then one of there Managers picked up the phone. She was able to get the couch out for repair. They told us that it would take 2 to 3 weeks for repair. It ended up 2 month. We tried several times calling agents and calling the managers they were all ignoring our calls until I told them I could drive down there and they would have to face me that is when they started returning our call. They gave us a delivery date to bring our couch back from repair. When the truck arrived the drivers said they are there for pick up a couch. I couldn't believe what was going on. They eventually returned the couch back. Never again in a million years I would ever by anything from badboys the worst customer service that I have dealt with. I do not recommend anyone buying anything from that store.

I purchased a washer and dryer due to the availability. The washer was delivered in a week or so, and I was told the dryer would be delivered may 28.

May 28 came and went, and no one called to confirm delivery, or to let me know of any delay. I called the store the next day and whoever I spoke with could not even give me a time frame. He said to call back June 4.

I call back June 4, they say call back June 9.

Call back June 9, and I am now told October is new eta due to manufacturing delay.

I understand manufacturing has many delays, and yes I am fully aware that on the receipt it says not responsible for manufacturing delays, however how is it NO ONE was planning on calling me to advise of such a delay? The machine was ordered in March, that is over six month delay. Had I known kf this I would have purchased a completely different machine.

I went in the store on June 26 to speak with a manager and see if anything could be done. I said I'd take a floor model or another model. I was told head office will not sell floor models. I was offered an Electrolux, but was told it is more expensive, and they were not willing to discount the $100 difference. I asked for a full refund and was told that is not possible.

I was supposed to hear back from the manager, Ryan, on Monday June 28, but of course nothing. He was rude in store, and completely proves my point of poor customer service. Yes delays happen, but you are supposed to ADVISE YOUR CUSTOMERS OF DELAYS. Offer them some sort of compensation, even an in store credit (which we all know would result in even more money being spent).

Had I been called and advised from the start there was a delay, I probably would not mind so much. My washer and dryer broke out of nowhere, which is the entire purpose of me buying new machines. I have had no dryer since March, and apparently will have no dryer until October (wishful thinking).

I had been through hell with all other numbers i called for bad boy for my delivery and even worse was playing the merry go round with the email representatives. Jamal and Raj were fantastic! Dryer breaking during a lockdown is horrible. They were able to fix my online order (backorder) and swap out and deliver with in 48 hours. Delivery guys were fast and efficient. Will shop here again.

A word of warning.
The delivery dates stated are estimates, but your order is non refundable.
So advertised 3-6 wk delivery.
Now at 6 months and still no estimate for delivery.
Contacted my credit card to report as a fraudulent sale / advertisement.
Credit card “delivery is only an estimate and your order is non refundable” it’s not fraudulent as it was stated in the terms and conditions.
This does not qualify as fraud

Absolutely brutal customer service. Been a year and a half with a broken dining room chair and have been in contact with then since February 2020. I PAID for the "gold" warranty service so I wouldn't have this problem. This is complete theft. Highway robbery. Buyer beware

Awful experience purchased a couch around december 5 2020 was told itd be delivered early january or end of january the latest. Is now mid April and 4 delivery dates later its still not at the warehouse and there saying may 17 but i doubt it’ll be in then. Ive asked multiple times for a refund and they refuse. The company lies and says anything to make a sale and keep your money with you getting nothing in return. Had to file a complaint with better business bureau and hope i get my money back. Dont buy anything or believe anything this company says, Scammers

Save your money. Shop somewhere else. Listen to all the bad reviews. This company will steal your money. They delivered us a broken stove after months of waiting. The whole delivery was rushed since they didn't inform us it was going to arrive at all before it did. One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had. No wonder there mascot is in a prison jumpsuit. They're a bunch of crooks. I'm sure this review will get a cut and paste auto response. It means nothing they'll do nothing to help you after they have your money!

If I could give you negative 10 stars I would. I ordered a bed 3 weeks ago. No contact from the store. Call today and I'm fifth in line behind 4 orders from January and February. They're literally selling beds they do not have in stock and have not ordered yet. Who's better than bad boy? EVERYBODY

I have ordered before, but since covid you order, and NEVER hear back. Sit on hold for hours, no one answers the call, leave messages bo one returns. Email and they email you back to let you know they got the email, and someone will contact you, and they never do.
I ordered a bed, at the te the email said I would receve a tracking number for delivery in three days.well over a week, and nothing.
Unless you have a sales person looking out for their commission, the company is useless.
