Giving a 2 until the sofa actually arrives. But I have to give 10 stars to Deepika. Very professional and friendly. Didn't feel any pressure to buy. Wasn't in there to buy anything, but because of Deepika I did buy a couch. The one problem was I don't like the cushions that came with the couch and asked if I could swap them out. She asked her manager, Abby, and was told no, that would be an extra charge. I couldn't believe it. Its cushions. Not a big deal. Then I asked about delivery charge. I don't mind paying for delivery, but I know the Brick or any other furniture place would have given you free delivery. But once again Abby said no. It was such a great experience with Deepika and will definitely go back there for her. But Abby, just gotta go.

I am giving a 5-star rating only for Employee PANKAJ, not for Bad Boy. I purchased a dining table at Kennedy Bad Boy, but there was a manufacturing defect. I tried to resolve the issue by calling Bad Boy's customer service several times, but no one responded properly. At one point, they even denied the manufacturer's claim. However I was fortunate enough to eventually connect with Pankaj at the Kitchener location, and she was able to resolve the issue within one week, despite my attempts to resolve it since December. She has amazing customer service skills and a strong desire to help people resolve their issues. Although Pankaj from Kitchener had nothing to do with my purchase from the Kennedy location, she took all possible initiatives to communicate with higher management and resolve the issue. Heartfelt thanks to her.

This team will butter you up to have you buy anything from the store but when it comes to following up and maintenance repairs, these are not the people you should trust. I have now been calling BadBoy for an entire week because my stove is not working. I have called customer service, repairs and even the store multiple times and have received no answer, not even a call back trying to get in touch with me. (No Email Either) My family is living uncomfortably and without a stove which is also under warranty. Not to mention the long weekend is coming up and I have no way of cooking dinner. So if you want your family to suffer, this is the place to go because once they take your money.you no longer matter.

Waited half an hour in line on boxing day, there were only 4 people in front of me and they said they are sold out of a TV. I guess they were waiting for 8AM to sell it on higher prices. This place is and its manager is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

EDIT: My order has been cancelled and refunded. It's sad that it took a bad review, a BBB complaint and so many emails to get that done.

Sure, it looks like they have great deals on their website, EXPRESS SHIPPING and IN STOCK. But it's all lies. I ordered a bed and side table, both listed as EXPRESS SHIPPING and instock (and still are!) but a week after I placed the order I received a call telling me it wouldn't be here till MARCH! 5 months is EXPRESS SHIPPING? I told them to just cancel it, nope, "All sales final", which is garbage when they mislead you with the information on the website. Will never purchase anything from these crooks again. Really, what did I expect, their logo is literally a guy in a jail house uniform?

If I could give a 0 rating l would. Manager at Kitchener store very rude and very unprofessional. I would never buy from Bad Boy again. I finally got in contact with service manager and regional manager for this area after three weeks trying. They promised me that they would make it all good. Well they fixed half the problem but not the rest. Tried to call, but no answer, tried to leave message but you guest it right mail box is full. They love to take your money but they do not like to fix what they sell. Very bad customer service.

They were extremely helpful and generous. We told them our budget and they found what we were looking for and gave us a really great deal on a queen mattress and box spring. Both were very good quality for excellent prices.

Received wrong appliances and was charged same price for lesser options. Also restocking fees for not having product on time and have to go somewhere else. Have called and emailed head office with no response. Now sent to BBB. Also the dishonesty from sales people are outrageous. The response email from reviews on line are standard and would recommend going to Better Business Bureau to get resolved.

Do not buy anything from them it’s a scam! I bought a dining room table from them in January that was only supposed to take a couple weeks to be delivered. In March they delivered the chairs for the table. Now it’s been almost a year and I’m still waiting for this table that I already paid for. They refuse to reply to any of my emails. If I call them or go to the store in person they either tell me the table is out of stock but they can’t refund me because “all sales are final”, or they give me a delivery date where they fail to show up. At this point it’s obvious I’ve been scammed out of $600. Not even the Better Business Bureau was able to help me get my money back. And before they reply to this review telling me to contact them, I’ve been in contact with you for a year and you refuse to help me!

Buy anywhere else but here -! You can spend $10,000 here but God forbid if you need service, customer "care" or any "warranty" response. Worst place ever! The associates have little to none customer service skills especially when placing an order. There were so many errors! Unbelievable! I waited over 11 months for my purchase and store manager Tom did nothing to compensate for my order and waiting time. Also “all sales final. ” What a complete scam! Who doesn’t offer refunds? I don’t want any store credit to continue shopping at this tasteless store. What a waste of time and money. I am extremely frustrated! This is not a business that appreciates their customers. I would never ever shop with Bad Boys again! I would never recommend this horrible place to anyone!

Mila understood our budget and provided us guidance to get the right furniture for our needs.

I always encourage by giving good ratings, but not in this case. As I don't want someone's hard earned money ruined!

Further, I am about to file a complaint. I paid for Sofa and for extended Warranty additionally.
Sofa was picked up for repair in less than a year of purchase due to bad quality and I was told it will be back in 15 days. Today it is more than 4 months.

After so much follow up, I got manager's contact number. Who gives commitment of returning Sofa by next week and that next week never comes.

Multiple times need to call without answer. If you get lucky you get reply to email with again wrong commitment.

Not sure if they are Cheating me and not providing my Sofa back. Worst service ever I had so far. Don't ever go for Bad boyz!

I will be surprised if I get it back.

If someone from Bad Boy reading this, can he take action pls?

We bought a sectional couch in 2019 with extended warranty (comprehensive care) which is full coverage I.e, for material, functionality of the couch. After a year we couldn’t able to extend bed section because springs under cushion broke and pierced into bed, so that part screwed up. Wood looks solid but the quality of the fabric, cushion and springs are not worth. Anyways, called badboys gave all my info and they didn’t even care about sending tech to inspect my sectional. The person I spoke to was really really rude. Don’t even try to get any stuff from here, if you get it please pay more attention to the extended warranty. Obviously which is not worth it at all.

Spent over 3000 on fridge and dishwasher plus got a 5 year warranty.not even 1 year old and dishwasher started leaking.took almost 1.5 months to have repair done and boom next day leaking again now they say we have to have repair technician back out. 3 days lost work because of this.they also say that warranty is repair only so boom will have to buy new dishwasher. I do not recommend Bad Boy for any purchases as warranty sucks.very little help from store and warranty people

Ordered two tv's online as Christmas presents on November 24. Was informed by email three days later that the tv's were not in stock until the end of December. I called and asked for a refund and were told the products were final sale and no refund could be given. FOR A PRODUCT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED! Avoid this company at all costs.

The customer service is almost non-existent. I ordered a bedroom set online that finally arrived but with a damaged night stand and missing bed rails. They don't respond to emails or online chats. You can expect to wait on hold on the phone for over 30 min. After calling the store and getting specific email addresses to contact the rep told me my night stand wasn't a night stand. Ummm which it is so where do I begin? I've clarified and they've since ignored all my inquiries. I'm told I need to wait another 3 weeks for the bed rails, which were somehow missed on their end when putting SKUs in the order? Will not purchase from them again. Extremely disappointed with their lack of effort to communicate or resolve any issues.

It's a shame zero stars is not an option. I ordered a fire table in June 2020, which was delayed, but arrived in September 2020, damaged. I started a ticket for exchange in October 2020 and am STILL waiting for resolution. I have been patient due to COVID slowdowns etc, but there is no reason why I should still be waiting for a resolution a year later. I was last told that I would receive a refund if the replacement wasn't on the scheduled truck on July 31st 2021. NOONE has replied to any of my communications since. I have emailed, called, and submitted a BBB complaint (to which they have replied that someone would contact me. They haven't). This is the first, and only, experience I will ever have with Bad Boy. Their other merchandise may be fine, but if you ever need customer service, they will ghost you and hope you'll go away, while they keep your money.

Very poorly organized company. Apparently my order was on hold because their website took the shipping address as the billing address and that triggered a hold. Strangely though, the charge has already gone through on my card, so I'm not sure what they are talking about when they reference a hold. In any case, I keep getting transferred to people that cannot help, or to voicemails that do not get returned. Canadian Appliance Source said the item would have been at my door by now, and this company can't even get my order processed correctly. It is a shame. Go to a more organized company, do not waste your time here, especially if you have a timeline to meet.their 'express delivery' service means nothing if they can't even process an order correctly.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Badboy. I ordered a TV on October 31,2021 and 3 weeks later there's no time line of when it will get delivered. I submitted an enquiry to only get automated response. I'm surprised with all these negative reviews Badboy hasn't gone bankcrupt. I do not recommend ordering anything from Badboy period, and shop else where.

It isn't able to be fixed because of the type of damage.
The damage has to be completely replaced if they don't want to live with it, and noone would.

Horribly place to buy from. They are all nice to you when you want to buy their products. Once you've paid in full they will keep delaying your order or better yet they tell you that the products damaged and they have to wait for another shipment to come in. Now i have to wait at least another month to get what ive paid in full for. I said that i would like to take my money back and get it somewhere else faster but they only do in store credit and theres nothing they can do for me. Sadly this is the last time ill order from them. Buyer beware stay away from this place.

Absolutely the worst store ever. And I mean Bad Boy in general. I ordered a stove online during the lockdown. After 7 weeks still no delivery date given. Called in and they told me they have no idea when it will come in. They offered to get me something else for the same money that was in stock and would have the salesperson call me. No one ever called. Went into our local store they said they could get me a stove in two days. Was a little more expensive they wouldn't budge on the price but gave me an extended warranty. Thought all was good. It was for a tenant so was at least making them happy. Stove got delivered as promised, however got a call from the Tenant and they were refusing to take out the old stove. I had paid to have the old stove taken out. Spoke over the phone to the delivery guy, he said it wasn't on his bill to take it out. I told him to call into the office and have them check it and not to leave. He refused and said I can't stop him from leaving. When I called in to Bad Boy they tried to blame me saying the tenant should have had the bill to show them. They said they were going to refund me what I paid for the removal. Took my card but oh no, their internet was down. Will send me a receipt by email when it's back on line. Wonder how long that will take? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. WHO'S BETTER. EVERYBODY!

Bad Boy? Worse Boy! They sold me the worse quality three sets during lockdown, they had to change it 3 times. First it came partially discolored, dust all over. Z second ripped and after two weeks it started ripping again, it shaded too. Customer service is horribly addressed. It took them over two month for store credit, guess wut? They would take 2/3 product and cut down promo by over 600 cad.
Q. Have I payed them 2/3? What am I suppose to do with the one they wouldn't take? They are cheap, selfish and unethical, most importantly they don't value customers, I was just a number.
I am very disappointed and would never go back ams make sure noone I know purchase from them.

I ordered from the web site due to the pandemic situation. It took a few emails to understand that the unit ordered after three weeks waiting, would take many more weeks to arrive. I requested a credit to select any in stock unit. It cost more money and I could not get the 5% discount, but the sales person did take $30 off and delivered it the very next day. It's installed now. It had a battle scratch right out the box. We had the delivery guys open the box because it was ripped and damaged; and water was running out of the box. Why 4 out of 5 stars? Well, I got a dish washer. Good Job Bad Boy; and I hate to hand wash my dishes. The dishwasher runs surprisingly quiet; WOW!

Purchased a KitchenAid mixer January 2021 under the impression that it was in stock and I could pick up within a few days. It was not in stock but rather "available". Waited on hold forever to request a refund, was told that a refund wasn't possible (what?). I was then told I could request a refund that would have to be approved by a manager. Wasn't contacted, about a month and a half later I emailed and asked if I could either cancel or if it would be ready soon. I was told it would be in by the end of March. Cool, I've waited this long, whatever. So March and April come and go still no mixer. It's now May, called again and was told they'll ship it to the Kitchener store and should be ready in a week or so. We'll see if it comes before June. Really bogus return policy. Poor customer service. Shouldn't take 6 months to get a mixer that the website implied was in stock.

I ordered a sectional couch on Jan 2,2021. Expected delivery date was Feb 28,2021. Delivery date was extended multiple times. On May 19,2021, Lastman's Bad Boy called to ask if I had received the couch yet. I don't understand how they don't know this on their end, but I reply that I had not. They stated that they had units available and would deliver them Saturday, May 22. I was to call that morning to confirm delivery time. I made arrangements to remove my old couch from my house the day before the delivery. I called the morning of Saturday, May 22 as instructed. The first customer service employee I spoke to immediately put me on hold and did not return to the call after 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and someone picked up immediately. I was informed that there were no units in stock and expected delivery wasn't until June now. After almost 5 months of waiting for the delivery, I have had enough of Lastman's Bad Boy, but can't even cancel my order because all sales are final.

Also, after reading the many other negative reviews posted here, it seems they are all responded to by the same copy and paste response. This company lacks organized product procurement and delivery tracking systems and customer service is abysmal. Buyer beware, I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I have had a similar experience to most of the one-star reviews on here and my original review was one star as well. When I got in touch with the right people (replied below), we had a positive conversation about what is going on on both sides. The pandemic has affected this business a lot more than is evident and they are deserving of a bit of slack during this time. I would say, if you are considering a purchase with bad boy online, call them first and inquire about the item you're interested in so they can help with any potential issues that might arise. I do think they have a genuine interest in doing right by their customers.

Ordered a sofa and loveseat from this store April 11 2021. Was told then that it would be in by the end of May. Ok we gave our deposit and left. A few days later we got a call that the loveseat was available to be delivered and could have it on Saturday (a few days later) we said great, It was delivered on time and the delivery men were very friendly and set it up and even took away the packaging. Have had the loveseat for about 2 months but still no sofa. Called the beginning on June and was told it would now be the end of June beginning of July. Well it is now June 28 and still no sofa, will give them one more week and then will ask for a refund. We are not impressed with this company stay away and go elsewhere. Terrible customer service, take our money and make us wait.

Today is one of those days that I have to let all furniture shoppers that be aware Badboy do not care once they already sold you something, there will be no follow up with your product that will be delivered on time.
I have purchased an L shape couch last week July 3rd and confirmed that must be delivered today July 10th, I have to take a dayoff from work just for this delivery, I have to call and follow up what's the ETA and they told me that will not be delivered today. Disappointing that a company such as Badboy that customer needs to call to find out the delay instead of them letting us know ahead of time so we can plan on our end and can't even fix this simple problem, they have plenty of time to fix this issue today, they could've easily get a truck to go to their warehouse and pick up my product. I told them I can send my own truck to pick up but they need to pay me a full rate cost of $500 and they responded only $100, I shook my head and thinking I'm trying to help you to save you a bad reviews, cancellation of what I bought and compensation of my daily rate but instead Badboy still thought about saving freight cost instead of saving loyal customer. Hopefully this will not happen again to other customers.

Horrible service! I've ordered an appliance online from them late January of this year. No where on there website that mention the product is on back ordered. Called the store that's when i found out it was on back ordered. Their customer service mention that it was will available in March. Ok, i waited patiently. March came and went. I kept following up with them in April still no sign of my product. Today is May 11,2021 still no product or any communication from them. When i placed the order online they charged my credit card right away. They have no issue of doing that. This was my first and will be last time will i ever order/buy anything from this horrible place. Poor service, poor communication, just overall POOR in everything!

Disappointed in the service. I had ordered a bed frame as we had just purchased a new house. I had ordered the bedframe back in December, I hadn't heard anything in regards to my order until I had messaged customer service, they had let me know the expected arrival of mid march. Mid March had come and passed and I had reached back to customer service two weeks ago to see a new expected date, no one has reached back out to me since then nor have I heard anything about my purchase.its very disheartening to pay so much for a product then have this type of service. I wouldn't recommend purchasing, I will not be a returning customer.edit: still waiting for the product I had purchased mid June when the order was made December

Terrible experience so far! I ordered one chair online, Dec 31,2020, did call in prior to making the purchase & was told there could be a delay due to covid, very understandable, however after a month & no updates I reached out by email to be told ETA showing another month.this date went by no chair, no update, I reached out every month only to be told it should be arriving in coming weeks. I called in 2 weeks ago and again was told the end of June, it's now the end of June & 6 months since I purchased & paid in full for one chair, I asked for a refund was told cannot get a refund, she would have a manager or supervisor call me, still waiting for that call. Covid or not this is totally unacceptable! First & last purchase from this company!

I’m sad I can’t leave a positive review. I read other reviews and disregarded them because Badboy has been my “go to” for years. I purchased a microwave in late Dec for curbside and was only advised after the purchase I’d have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for it. They didn’t want to refund my purchase so I disputed it and was able to get my money back. In March, I purchased a chair and was told there were almost 40 in stock and delivery would be 1 - 2 weeks. I called 3 weeks later and was told mid June. I called back mid June and was told there was a delay but should have it by the end of the month. It’s now July and I called and was told by the end of the month. I demanded my money back and they argued their “no return” policy. I argued they blatantly lied to me to make a sale. I’m so very disappointed because had they just been honest, I’d have waited knowing what kind of time frame I’d be looking at. I understand businesses are suffering with the ability to get stock but dishonesty is not acceptable. After making my argument, I was finally able to get refunded and purchased a chair elsewhere. Hopefully, this one comes when promised.

Had a most wonderful experience at Lastman's Bad Boy Furniture on Victoria Road in Kitchener yesterday. We have been shopping for a king size mattress and box spring for sometime and have a special situation. A king size mattress will not fit up our stairs to the second floor. We had been told by numerous sales people in different stores that 2 Twin XL mattress sets will be our best alternative. The funny thing is that by the time these two sets are purchased we end up paying $500 to $700 more than a king set, this was a bit frustrating and no one seemed to concerned about helping us out until we met David the Sales Associate at Bad Boy. David took the time to walk us around and try out a number of mattresses, he directed us to the Bassett brand and happily this is a Canadian manufacturer! He did explain that this would be a special order as the Twin XL size of mattress is not a common size, the availability would be 14 to 20 days (I will review again when we have received our bed!) David then wrote up a quote including 2 mattress covers and a delivery charge, I explained that we would pick up as we have a truck and that we also have mattress covers, so did not need these extras. He took the quote to his Regional General Manager Tom Olchowecki who happened to be in the store that day. Tom met with us and asked some questions about our situation, he wanted to make sure that the Twin XL was the best solution and that there wasn't some way to get a King Size into our home, we explained we could not. He came back a few minutes later with a deal that we couldn't pass up! He included the mattress covers at no charge, and also included two #1 pillows new to Bad Boy. He also waived the transfer fee (even on pickup there is a fee to bring items from the warehouse to the store). The price was better than any of the Boxing Day prices we had found at other furniture stores, but what sold us was the service, the price and the genuine friendliness of the staff at the Kitchener Bad Boy.

I leave many reviews, good and bad simply to be sure the consumer is aware of the service they will receive.

I do not recommended that you shop here. The sales team are pushy and only out to make a fast buck. They will say anything to make the sale. This includes miscommunication regarding warranties and what is covered. Once it comes time to make a claim on that warranty they will always find a way to fit it into the exclusions. One of the exclusions is "plastic". Just "plastic". This would essential exclude 75% of all appliances components and 99% of the components that would likely break. I bought one of the most expensive appliance sets they had to offer with their worthless warranty. I was told that as long as the fridge has some form of cooling capacity there is no claim to be made. According to them the fridge does not need to support the food within. Apparently the drawer and shelf support are non-critical appearance items. The knob or handle fell off and you cannot get to the food
? Not important. The warranty large print states "parts and labor" under inclusions, but remember these are only the parts they want to include (ie none). Two kitchen sets and a laundry set is enough for me to part ways with this company. Save yourself the hassle, TA appliances is just down the street. Bad Boy has made it clear they do not stand by there warranty or products.

Be very careful dealing this this company they don't treat customers very well. They don't stand behind their products or services. I have had an appliance damaged on delivery and they will not resolve this issue. Offered a miniscule credit 75. On a 2000 dollar appliance. Be very cautious. While the selection and sales staff were great, I was told my tables would require minor assembly and they took two people six hours to build.

I say build because the instructions were a one-sided sheet of pictures that were incorrect, some of the pieces that were sent were incorrect (two tops for three tables) and some pieces were improperly made (holes were not countersunk far enough, tracks were not wide enough and had to be sanded.) Needless to say I was very disappointed with this and contacted them instantly - I have yet to hear back. That was two weeks ago. Won't be shopping here again.

My Wife and I have had the worst shopping experience with Lastmans’ Bad Boy furniture supplier. In April 2015 we purchased a 3 piece bonded leather living room sofa from Bad Boy furniture supplier. Since we were not sure about the product’s quality and durability; although, the sale rep assured us of product’s high resistance and quality, my wife and I decided to obtain their “5 year Solid Gold” warranty for and extra fee of $500. It has been 2.5 years; the surface of the set is cracking and peeled off in many spots. I have opened a claim file for this problem with the company and provided them with all the information needed. Including a copy of their own warranty brochure passed on to us at the time of purchase. Lastmans’ Bad Boy support team surprised us rejecting our claim and closing the service ticket without any resolution nor product inspections.

In their Warranty brochure, section 3.00 confirms warranty coverage for accidental damages and stains on bonded leather furniture. However, Lastmans Bad Boy rejected our claim stating that “Accidental damages on the bonded leather is not covered”. If that is the case then the Sales rep who was selling us this warranty package misrepresented the service product. He told us this warranty package specifically covers all types of accidental burns, cuts, bites marks from pets and the material durability itself. I feel we have been misinformed and what we purchased was completely misrepresented to us.

We have no idea how the bonded leather top skin is peeling off. There are no deep cuts or holes. We have no pets and there has been no impact to the material. We have not moved this set an inch since its initial set up. To me this is an indication of poor quality.

If I were you I would stay away from this company. My first bonded leather sofa set lasted us over 10 years. We bought it for $1200 from some private furniture store on HWY27, Finch area. This company has many complains on Better Business Bureau, BBB. Their products might look good with fair prices, but don’t trust your eyes, read the complaints.

Bought a Range on Oct 1st 2018. Still waiting on delivery. They said delivery usually takes 2 weeks.

Their delivery department called and we negotiated that they can deliver on Sat 27 october 2018.

We got rid of our stove for the space on Fri 26.

Sat reaches. Delivery department calls and said they can't find the stove. Delivery truck has to leave.

Devilery department calls back later in the day and said they cannot deliver and they will notify the store and ask the store to provide loaner. The store will contact us.

No call from the store.
Visited store 1hr before closing time. Store said the cant do any thing. No one at the head office. The will make arrangements and call us back Monday.

No call from store on Monday 29.
Visited store after I finished work.
Spoke to manager who stated the order was never placed and will get their ordering department to place the order and send a truck to pick up and deliver before the week finishes. Manager said tbey will call us back the next day before 10am.

Next day no call from store.
Evening of Tuesday 30
. Called store, we had to explain, recollect, tell the saga.
They kept saying we just need to wait for delivery when it is ordered.

Sat 3rd nov. Still no delivery, Now we are told by mid week.standing by.

Meanwhile we are buying 3 meals per day for the family. Bad boy paid already.

No loaner. Still waiting on delivery.

Remember a promise is a comfort to a fool.

We were looking at electric ranges and refrigerators and comparing prices. We went into bad boy and they were quite aggressive. I inquired about the range for $898 and they said let me show what we can do in a pkg with a refrigerator. Ok. I said I like the fridge that's $1598 but home depot has it for $1398. She says let me make you a deal. She comes up with this "deal" and charges me $998 for the range and $1598 for the fridge. No thanks. What a joke! And this is the store manager! We definitely will not be returning!

My sofa was delivered with a torn arm rest on Feb 8. I was told to contact them within 3 days. I sent them a message on Feb 10. It was upsetting but mistakes happen. The process trying to get this fixed since then has been a disaster. My 'new' sofa is still busted and I feel that I'm no closer to getting it fixed than I was over half a year ago. I've talked to 5 different people and they keep passing the job off to someone else and it never gets done. The sales staff I worked with was nice (Mila) but the aftercare while polite has been brutally slow, stressful and embarrassing. Particularly for me when I have people over and they look at my sofa with one arm rest and I have to explain to them about Bad Boy. Save yourself the trouble and just get something off Kijiji. It's just not worth the risk when we're talking about hundreds and thousands of dollars of your money on the line. While they were one of the cheaper places in the area if I could do this over again I would. Buyer beware!

Beware, badboy does NOT stand behind any guarantees
We have spent thousands of dollars at this store, and in the past have been quite satisfied. Recently I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer, that was highly recommended by the sales associates.
Having now used these machines for two months, they neither wash well, or dry efficiently, intfact clothes remain dirty and still damp after two hours of drying.
When we contacted badboy, they simply snuffed us off, saying we signed a no return policy. Great, so now I am stuck with a crappy product, that doesn’t do as good a job as my old set.
Just be aware that anything you buy from this store is final sale, no exchange, refund or store credit. I will definitely be finding another store to buy my next purchases, and will not advise anyone to buy from here either.

Bought a sofa and loveseat in May The loveseat was damaged. I called and they had a repair man come and two weeks later they showed up with a new one that was damaged. The delivery guys where still here when I was calling. They left it and I was told on the phone they would bring me a new one next week. Which never showed up I called and was told they had no record of it. I asked for a manager to call me which never happened so I called the next week and was told a manager would get back to me in 48 hrs. Again lol. That also never happened. So last week I called again and they told me they where sending them an email ASAP. And I’m still waiting to here. They gladly tool my money and for the gold service also. Doug. LaBeouf. 519 -498-2579. So I guess maybe I should go to the store?

Where do I begin.ordered online all fine good prices, free delivery on our new spiffy slate Maytag washer and dryer what could go wrong, well everything, got the call they are in great, set up delivery date with Marva at customer service she was nice, we get lots of automated calls about our delivery day wow they are really organized, not.
Delivery day arrives, we are the 8 th stop ok we set the day aside, moved everything had it all ready, get the call 20 mins away, an hour and half later show up, he “slowly”drops the appliances out of the truck no gate lowering device used, ok, un box scraps the dryer bottom on the asphalt driveway, great they take out the old bring in the new I hear a lot of banging, My husband says be careful it’s a tight, oh yeah we are used to this, they just leave no do you want to check them nope, get a phone call right away how was the delivery we hardly had a chance to breathe, I was looking at the appliances, the washer is all scratched along both sides one side worse than the other, the dryer bottom side all scraped also, plus the driveway bottom scraps, not happy at all, get customer service, no sorry, nothing rude, well we will send new ones, oh ok, this wasn’t a hassle, now do this again, thought we would keep them and get compensation, very low amount offered and no help, so send us new again, both, very upsetting, another week of no laundry have to pay to go to a laundry mat, 3 loads not cheap.
We were going to have someone come out and repair the marks if they could some were very deep, but was told if we did that any compensation was null and void, we would have to accept as is, what, that’s crazy they are new expensive appliances I don’t think so, your guys scraped them not us made us feel like we were to blame.
We end up calling to see if the replacements are in yet it’s been a week oh yeah they came in yesterday, oh ok. Thanks for calling, we set up delivery yet again, move everything once again, they come nice guys, friendly different delivery guys this time, they are careful, my husband watches he did not want to, to make them feel uncomfortable but what can we do, we did not want the same issue again,
Well, you ask does this long review have a happy ending, noooo, as Mel would say, a big dent in the dryer kick plate, unbelievable, more calls waiting much friendlier customer service rep Franca? Much more helpful, but we are still not thrilled this has happened yet again, send a new one no we can’t take this stress, so now we are waiting on the part to be replaced, no rebate for all of our issues nothing,
So we wait still aren’t using them, must say Maytag/whirlpool was also very helpful but it was not really there issue.
So here we are no dryer, the waiting game once again,
Will probably not shop here again after this experience. From the other reviews I should have went elsewhere, but they get you with no tax, free delivery, don’t be taken in.
This story is still not over until we get the call to have the plate replaced so will see how that goes fingers crossed, or there may be a continuation to this this lengthy review, and nooo, one wants that.

Never buy anything from them, I bought a dining set from them, the table was a desaster, the legs are made from plastic but painted to look like wood, the top of the table is started to peal after a weeks I called and they changed it but after 2 months the table legs started to peal and I couldn’t do anything it is too late to ask for replacement. And I bought the set on clearance so Nothing I can do with it just wait for another year to buy a new set from Costco where the price are cheaper and the quality are so much better and it’s %100 granteed

My husband and I were driving down victoria street when we saw bad boys we just spent all day shopping around at every other furniture store in kw. When we went in we were greeted by a most excellent young man named Jake he was very polite wasn't pushy and very down to earth we ended up buying our sofa from them the quality and price was roughly around the same as every other place but it was the service and selection as well as have it in our house the next day that really sold us overall 5 stars I know we will be coming back to see Jake when we start our reno.

Terrible place, everything their is very bad starting from the product and finishing with their cutomer service, I will not recommend this place to anyone. I purchased sofa from them with Golden warranty for 5 years, I had tear in the cushion and I contact their office more than 4 times, I sent thousand emails to the service department and it is more than 3 months nobody contact me. They are cheating, you will pay for the warranty and they will not spend 1 dollar for any damages. Be careful and don't trust on them.

Absolutely terrible. The sales service was great to ensure i love the furniture. Once you pay, it went downhill. I told the sales rep i might have to change delivery time. She said message her personally (before i paid).

Next day i text her i want to change delivery time. She said to call the warehouse number. 10 minutes hold 3 times and i get through, they couldnt help me at all. Ended up having to reschedule. I absolutely feel that they did not care at all. Last time buying furniture from Bad Boys unless i can take it with me home.

Avoid delivery from them. Over 5 calls to their warehouse number, either at 9am or 2pm, my total wait time was over 60 minutes. And in the end the conversation i had did not help me. Wasted 90 mins.

After cancelling my online order 2 days after it was placed, I was told by Mike (online support agent) my only option was to have a store credit in its place. However, that was not the only option, my money could have been returned to my credit card. Without knowing I could have had my money returned, I had purchased a love seat using the store credit, and tried to buy a TV. For the T. V. I was given the run around, and sold something they didn't end up having in store. I asked for a refund of that and was told I could only be refunded the amount that was greater than the store credit. It is illegal to take someones money without providing a product, and I am now currently out $500. Thanks Lastman's, last time I'll be doing "business" with you.

I purchased a dinning set from Bad Boy, and they also offered to buy the Gold warranty. I don't usually buy warranty even for electronics, but the salesperson talked half an hour about its advantages until she finally persuaded me to buy the 130-dollar Gold warranty. After a few years, all six cushions started cracking very badly, and I called the customer service to use the warranty to fix them. Surprisingly, they told me since my cushions are faux leather, the warranty doesn't cover damage. When I told them the warranty brochure specifies it covers faux leather as well, they said the warranty covers cracking on real leather and acccidential rip/tear on faux leather. They said since the damage is cracking in my case (I don't know how they found out on the phone) so it is not covered. What a scam! BTW, when I was explaining the terms of warranty to the customer service, she hung up on me! I have never experienced such a rude behavior from a customer service in my whole life.

We had a very positive and satisfying eperience purchasing our new appliances. Our sales associate, Nate, was very knowledgeable, and helpful without using unnecessary pressure. We will definitely consider Bad Boys for future purchase

Horrible staff that they have for delivery service my poor 70 year old grandmother ordered a couch and they couldn’t help her take it upstairs to her apartment, my grandfather mentioned something too them as they were cursing at them and they locked the sofa back into the truck would not take it off and left. She called the store in Kitchener. Said they’ll have to wait another week now for delivery for other items they had bought and won’t return items so they can take their business else where.

I recommend this company to all my friends and clients, I worked with a very intelligent and patient young man named Jake smith he gave me all the product knowledge I asked for and then some he wasn’t pushy and he was confident in his product as well as the pricing after doing some looking around I realized that nooooo body beats bad boys, with a very professional sales team I’ll be coming to see Jake the only disappointment I saw was how the managers treated employees
