I am dealing with the same issues as many other people who have purchased something here. I have yet to receive my order that I paid in full. They refuse to give me a refund. Their customer service at the store in regards to this issue is horrendous. I would NEVER buy from Bad Boy Mississauga ever again. I would implore all of you to never purchase anything from this store.

There customer service is so worst. We walked into this store and we were looking around to see furniture for our house. One of there customers service rep came to us directly and he just said to out face we are closing if you are not buying anything can you leave. This is not how customers should be treated. There closing time online shows at 9 and we were there around 5: 40 today and they wraped up store at 6. Even if we wanted to buy stuff from there we will never do so from because of the way we were treated. And after i told he is this the way you speak to the customers he was like i am sorry i shouldnt have said that. Worst worst worst ever. He reuined our whole experience. If i got his name i would hve mentioned it but he was wearing a black tshirt with there companies logo.

Please don't buy anything from this store. Bad customer service, Nobody answer on time. Worst customer service I ever experienced. Order 2 months ago still told me to wait for 2 more weeks.

Jeez, where do I start, I went to the store in May to get a sectional, I was guaranteed by Mario, it would arrive latest by 2nd week in April, even brought out the old trick saying, I don't want to gaslight or lie to you for a sale, I won't guarantee it if it's not true. Its end of May, and I have not received the couch.

The customer service is so unhelpful, the guy I spoke to today was like I don't know what to tell you, it can come this week, next week, if not let us know. There are no communication, no emails, I have to call to get an update.

Not happy with my experience at this store.

UPDATE: I sent an email based on the response a week ago, still no response. I have called everyday to speak to a manager, I am being lied to everytime that someone will call me back, no one has called me. Did I get scammed by Last man bad boy? Is there even a couch?

Stay away from this company if you like your sanity. 11 months later I'm still waiting for a replacement of what they delivered damaged. Including other numerous issues I don't have the time to write here. So disappointed because I spent a lot of money here. I do not recommended.

DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY
I was a new home owner and I bought all my products from them.
I was delayed 4 months for my fridge, sectional and stove.
The worst part is when I finally got the stuff delivered to my house, the delivery people said they couldn’t take it up the stairs. I had to pay out of pocket to get help to move it up.
I will also add the products they delivered are broken and every-time you call the store, no one is helping you.
I’m telling you people don’t not buy from them. They will try and give you the best price but when time comes to deliver they are no where to be found.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY

Worst company I’ve ever bought from in my life, delay after delay, multiple same day cancellations for deliveries, incompetent delivery staff. Avoid at all costs, do not spend your money, shop elsewhere for peace of mind and legitimate business practices.

2 stars was cause the millions of times I've called in Tony was super nice over the phone and the delivery guys were also nice. Here's my story:

August: purchased appliances fridge, range, dishwasher, washer dryer set. Paid in full, my mistake should've just left a deposit. Told them I would need them for November and they said call 3 weeks prior with exact delivery date.

October: called to let me know washer dryer was ready for delivery but I had no home for it and I mentioned I needed the delivery for November so I guess they sold my set to someone else.

September 28th: called to request delivery for November 8th, they said great. More than 3 weeks notice.

November 8th: no delivery

November 9th: called, they said the items were not in. From here I kept calling them every other day to get status they kept saying end of the week or month (empty promises)

End of November: went in to ask for a refund for appliances I didn't have cause best buy was giving me better appliances with confirmed delivery for cheaper. They would only offer store credit which was not useful to me at a store that didn't deliver my appliances. I should've gotten a full refund for no appliances, final sale on no appliances made no sense. So kept running after them with empty commitments from them.

December 21st: kitchen appliances finally delivered.

January 6th: washer only was delivered. Again chased after them for my dryer for another month.

March 1st: dryer finally delivered.

This was not fun for me for a home that didn't have appliances, I struggled since November to get appliances for a home I was living in. Couldn't cook, couldn't do laundry.

I also emailed this ordersupport from the replies on these reviews. Nothing from them. I reached out to customer service this guy was trying to give me appliances I didn't order saying "I am giving you a solution you're not taking it" the solution would be get me my delivery by when I needed it or a full refund. Offering me white appliances when I purchased platinum is not the solution.
I honestly think BBB helped me get my appliances delivered quickly.

I've gone to bad boys for a lot of my items but this will have to be the last. I rather go to a place where customer service and reputation matters. Take this story as you will, if you purchase please just put down a deposit you think you can afford to lose in case you want to go somewhere else.

They pretend to be nice but then dodge your calls and fail to deliver your purchased furniture. No communication and when they do call back it’s broken promises and lies. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are sneaky and only out to get your money.

Edit: see, the reply, they post the same generic reply to all customer issues. They have no care or concern for their clients.

If I could give negative stars I would. This has been by far the worst buying experience of my life. I ordered furniture and appliances in December with a guaranteed delivery date of early January. We’re now in February and I have yet to receive what I paid for. I’ve called the store daily to get updates and I’m given different explanations each time. Often times receiving “my manager will follow up with you” when in fact Rohan never bothers to follow up. I’ve also been asked to change my selections because “they are no longer available”. What kind of business is this location running? Some serious work needs to be done here because everyone seems to be clueless from the bottom up to the top of the employee ladder.

What a disappointment, I ordered kitchen table and chair and I waited for 4 month already and I haven't recieved any orders as of yet. What a scam it is. Management keeps telling me next month. I am tired of this scam. People watch out!

Really having a terrible experience with this company. We bought our couch in 2020 and paid for the solid gold warranty. The spring in the couch feels broken and I have been calling and emailing various customer service people since August to have the couch repaired, and I still have not heard back from anyone. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, my husband and I both work very hectic hours and never expected to be trying to reach customer service for a solution for over 6 months. We will not be shopping here again.

The worse service I have ever seen. They sold me a dishwasher they clearly do not have in stock about a month with the promise to deliver in 2 days. I have since been calling them almost everyday to hear again and again that "sales are final" and that a manager will look into it.

Want to buy KRFC302ESS. Needs to be carried up a flight of interior stairs. Two delivery people required. Do they connect to water? Want the instalments.

We ordered a couch at the end of December and were promised that it would be delivered within 5 weeks. This was false.

Couch was delayed until March 2nd and delivery time was slated between 8-10 am, delivery team didn’t show up until noon and then refused to deliver the couch after seeing there was a stairway up to our apartment.

This was mentioned in store before purchasing the couch and they said that’s no problem, after measuring we confirmed that the couch could fit in and we asked the delivery employees to bring the couch up. They again refused. Our neighbours with an identical layout of our apartment have a couch bigger than the one that was supposed to be delivered, which is furthermore proof that the couch can fit.

They did not even take the couch out of the truck and refused to attempt bringing it up. I asked them to measure the couch and to confirm if it would fit. They made the measurements and blatantly lied to my face about the measurements and claimed it wouldn’t fit. I know this because after they gave me the measurements I measured myself and showed them it would fit. They then said “we can’t do it in case we break something” we said we would fill out a waiver that would put all liability on us, they said this didn’t exist. Next they said they would come back later that day to “attempt” again even though they didn’t even attempt in the first place.

We then called bad boy and asked what was going on, the delivery drivers said they weren’t coming back, and that WE refused to sign liability paperwork in case anything was broken. This was a lie.

We were then told we would be charged an additional $60 for them to attempt delivery again, EVEN THOUGH they didn’t even take it out of the truck the first time. I’ve worked as a contractor, I know how to measure and I can promise you that the couch could fit. It had over 3” clearance everywhere but the delivery guys were using any excuse to get out of working. We’re now couch-less and have wasted over $1500.

I ordered a new sectional that made me believe it's a fast delivery, then I saw 3-4 weeks delivery and I'm ok with that and even offered to come pick it up thinking it's a stock unit, but then some very rude lady I spoke to says I won't be getting my sectional until MAY!? That's more than 3 months, and I was shocked asked may like the month, her response you can hear me sir i know, I asked for refund she said show me something it says stock and I will see what I can do, now here I am back on the waiting line on the phone, I mean speak about a bad experience, this is just unbelievable

I have left emails and waited the 3day they say they will respond and of course no response I call and no call back. My couch recliner is stuck out and won’t recline. The stitching is off on another chair. I email and call and they don’t care as long as they have your money. Terrible customer service and now have to take this to another level this is unsafe for my granddaughter having this chair stuck out

Do not shop at BAD BOY. I did not believe the reviews until I experienced them. Ordered a range that I was told was in stock. Was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Crickets, nothing.we call.did not know what was going on.had not be arranged. Then by chance now they cannot deliver, was damaged loading it. I suspect they lied that they never had the range is stock but wanted only the money. We have contacted our credit card company to reverse as I would not trust this outfit to give it back. They are crooks, even there advertising shows them as crooks.believe it.

Edit: Jan 24 - so I sent them an email. I will retract this if they make it right.any bets they do? I will update this with what happens.
Edit Jan 25th.guess what no response from Bad Boy.sent an email as requested but nothing back. Guess that email is a lie as well.

If I didn't actually need a fridge, I would have returned this thing so I never have to deal with bad boy again.

The customer service at this store is ATROCIOUS. I called at least 10 times asking for a shipping time so I could book the mandatory delivery time required to reserve the elevator. I tried for over a week to get this info, talked to multiple different people with no avail. The last person I talked to was a manager, who was completely useless. She told me to call back the night before the delivery to confirm the time. I did that, and they still couldn't tell me. She says, they will call you tomorrow morning at 9am. So I'm expected to be able to secure an elevator reservation within a few hours of delivery.

Next, I arranged to have someone to wait basically the whole day for this delivery at my place since these people were unable to give me a delivery time sooner than 2 hours before delivery time.and I gave some lady this person's number as the contact. She said "thanks for the info, I've made a note on the account to call a different number". Sure enough, some delivery persons calls my number THREE times in a row, while I am occupied on a meeting at work. Talk about dropping the ball.

This is close to the worst experience I've ever had at a box store. If they paid me to come and shop at their store, I still wouldn't.

Very bad customer service, I don't think the review matters for them, since nobody takes action on their staff, no seriousness.
We bought a set of dining tables with chairs altogether and paid for everything a month before, they delivered the chairs first still we didn't say anything because we thought it takes time to deliver all the items since we had ordered nearly 5600$ worth of furniture from them. One day they called us and they were saying they can not deliver the dining table since the manufacturer has ended production, we went to ask them for the options because if it cannot be delivered its not our mistake so we asked them to cancel the whole dining table set and give us a refund, we said the chairs you have delivered you can take them back.
The customer service representative Danny was over there and the lady sitting inside the office was saying either you take the floor model which was already used and stained or just keep the chairs and take the money back for the table only when we bought it in the set how can you just refund the dining table price or else force us to buy a floor model table and keep that chairs? If it's not available for delivery it's your mistake, just refund the whole dining table set and take back your half delivery of the chair. Now I have to find another table that looks good with the chairs online. Very inconvenient.

It's our hard-earned money guys you charge all money before delivering everything and one day you call us saying we don't have that item. In the first place, why did you take the money if you are not guaranteed to deliver an item? If you say it's the manufacturers but we are trusting you and paying you that's your problem whether you change your manufacturer or get it from them and deliver it to me or just take a return and refund my money

Came in looking for something specific and was quickly greeted by Andrew. Although I did not find what I was looking for, Andrew was so kind, pleasant and genuinely interested in helping provide suggestions/solutions. Not at all like the many other sharkey lack-lustre salespeople I met elsewhere that day. I will definitely be back for the 2nd part of my design mission after such lovely hospitality. Thank you Andrew, I appreciate it so much!

I had purchased warranty for a bed frame. Bad boy did not reply to me after I submitted a claim, and followed up with them 10+ times. Would never purchase from here again.

Don’t do it.
- Sales person was nice, gave a good price, scheduled delivery for a month out.
- Delivery date came and no communication, we called in and they said it wasn’t coming.
- multiple calls back and forth to get BS dates (next week, then end of month, then 1.5 months out) and tried refusing a refund because “sales are final. ”
- was ready to get the refund through my bank and have their reputation further tarnished. Got the same couch directly from the manufacturer 4 days after payment.

This has been the worst customer experience I have ever been through. We bought a bedroom set, amongst many other things but received drawers for the bed frame damaged. Not only were the drawers damaged but it a returned sticker on the box of the damaged drawers. We immediately reached out to the store location, and they advised us to send an email with pictures attached for the service team to review and they will get back to us. We sent a total of 4 emails with pictures attached as advised and they have been received but no follow up phone call or email was sent to us. After repeated attempts to get some assistance, the store had provided me with the service representative phone number and her voicemail had stated that she would return any phone call within 24-72hrs, it has been 7 days now.
The store was very persistent on making the sale, but completely brushed us off when it came to rectifying their issues with the products.
Hopefully someone can reach out to me or my wife to really solve the issue we have as we have had the incomplete product for months now without any solution.

Where to start. Came into the store with a product number I saw online. Talked to the old sales guy don’t remember his name as I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying.
I supplied the product number and asked what kind of finish it will have as I didn’t want a smooth shiny finish. Sales person told me it was not. Lie number one. First I was verbally told wait time would be 4-6 weeks then on the sales order I noticed he wrote 6-8 week. Lie number 2. Called at 6 week mark was told everything arrived and will be delivered same week. No delivery. Lie number 3. Called for a few days as the sales person was always busy and could get through. Anytime I’ve been at the store its been empty so hard to believe. Went In person to talk to sales guy he told me fridge haven’t arrived and the dishwasher was discontinued. So now the order can’t get fulfilled. I simply asked for my money back. They refused. Now apparently the fridge arrived and is shiny. Not what I ordered. Still no refund. I would run far far away from this store. Went to a different store they had everything I wanted in stock got delivered the next day.

Don't waste you money to purchased warranty. I called them many times for my sofa warranty and they kept ignoring it. Paid $350 for the warranty and they say it take process. Ofcourse it takes process and I understand but how long: 6 to 7 months? This review won't mean anything to the company/management and they won't care but please have some empathy. We Paid our hard earned money for warranty and we deserve what you guys promised. I will never purchase anything from this store in the future.
