We have been regular customer to this store for our furniture needs. Always been welcome, good customer service and huge inventory to choose from. This time shruti helped us to find us what we were looking for in store. Definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks

We had a very bad experience with badboys, customer service is so poor, they are big liars. They take payment from you and never delivers your product and when you try to call them, they keep on lying and making excuses. We went tje store thrice to reconfirm about our delivery and even the associate who helped us while purchasing, Charu herself said that she is gonna take care of it but she didnt do anything. Poor place and poor service. Lots of products in the showroom but nothing in stock.

I do not usually write reviews but if I can save at least one family from the headache of doing business at this location then I feel like this post is worth it. We ordered a stove in February of 2023, which had an estimated delivery of March 2023. It is now almost July 2023 and we still don't have a stove. We've requested a refund which this company has denied claiming that their head office refused the refund. The complete lack of professionalism practiced by this company is unreal considering they don't respond to customer emails and break Consumer Protection laws by refusing refunds for errors they have made misquoting delivery dates. My parents are seniors who had initially gone to this location to make the purchase, and they have been taken advantage of as they are less aware of their rights as consumers. We understand that manufacturing delays are a normal part of business, but not offering any alternatives until June 2023 is sickening considering a stove is a necessity. The countless negative reviews below should be indicative of the type of operation this location runs, so buyer beware! Others in a similar situation should review the Consumer Protection Act and file a complaint. I will never be a customer at any BadBoy stores and I will inform all friends and family to stay away from this company to ensure that they are treated fairly by other companies who value their customers. This is a last ditch effort to get a response from BadBoy who have now ignored 3 emails.

What a horrible experience with that store.
First of all if they don't have it in store- yes. That will definitely be a problem.
Why would that be a problem?
Because first they would lie to you, promise you whatever it is before Christmas. (Yes. The comment was left this may. Yes. Christmas is December 25th) then the week after, then February for sure.
But then February turns easily into May.
Funny tho they won't refund you so you'll just have to wait.
Even tho it's against the commercial law.
Anyway finally got the product. For sure making the government complaint too.
Maybe in the future they'll follow the by-laws and it won't be so awful. But meanwhile- beware fellow customers!

They are horrible, I purchased my furniture March 14th, and was given a delivery date of March 20th. Took the day off only to be told delivery was moved to April 30th. Worse of all, they didn’t even call, I had. They have no communication skills, no customer service skills. April 27, I took it upon myself to call to ensure they would keep the April 30th date only to be told stock would not be available for until May 15th. They will not refund my money and they cannot provide the unit. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES. Don’t shop there.

THIS PLACE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I PURCHASED A SECTIONAL SOFA IN APRIL 2022. I PAID THE REGULAR PRICE BUT THEY DELIVERED A CLEARANCE ITEM WITH STAINS AND SCRATCHES. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM TO GET A NEW ONE OR CLAIM THE WARRANTY. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THEM AND VISITED THEIR STORE SEVERAL TIMES. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I DON'T WANT ANYONE ELSE GETTING AFFECTED. THANKS

HORRIBLE SERVICE
It’s unfortunate how hard it is to get in touch with the person who sells us a product. Purchased a couch from this place and Meena was the one using her sales tactics to get the floor model out of the store for which she was congratulated by the team at front desk.
The delivery was delayed by a day to begin with using poor excuse of rains when it did not even rain that heavy to begin with then yesterday it was delivered with damage to one of the legs I called the front desk and asked to be connected to Meena who was not available so requested for a manager. I was put on hold then told I would get a Call back, I called again twice after but no response. This goes to show they were ignoring my call and now it’s been 24 hours since no call from Meena or the manager or anyone.
You are all in it just for the money, sell your product get your commission and wash your hands off.
It is truly disappointing and I am yet to hear anything back. Definitely did not expect such poor service from Badboy.
This is after I have reached out saying I am very dissatisfied with your service and still NOTHING.
Never coming back to this unreliable store.
Now we have a brand new couch with an unstable leg whose fault is it and who is supposed to fix this?

*UPDATE*
Reached out to the email they provided the below, no reply. Not surprised!

Thieves. I was given the run-around for over a month. Saying my product (that I paid for online) would come in on Monday, I would call back on the Monday and they would tell me they didn’t receive the shipment yet and would have it next Monday This cycle happened for 4+ weeks. Nothing.

They told me to call customer service to get a refund since they don’t have the product. I called and they would not refund me saying they can only give me store credit. I would understand if I was returning a product, however this is an item you had in stock online, and now cannot fulfill. My money back would be greatly appreciated. And my time back for keeping me on hold for a total 5+ hours.

Don’t do financing! Charge ridiculous admin fees extremely high interest! Employees are like vultures on you customer service is terrible after you have made a purchase. Management treats customers terrible and head office is zero help at all!

This place the most poor customer service. The longest wait times and very rough tone from the representative. Please do not buy from this place as customer service doesn’t exist after you make the payment. I purchased a queen matters when I done with payment than salesperson HARDIK told me they will deliver after 15 days. I called back today they replied me it will take another 10 days. Never ever visit this place they really disappointed me.

First store which I have come across that never sends you the items which you ordered for over 3 months AFTER having taken the money upfront right away. Still getting the runaround for where my items are. Not delivered after multiple calls and visits to the store in person.

Buyer beware. Stay away.

I called to inquire about my appliances and was told they are all busy. Asked to speak to Swetha, and was told that she stepped out of the store. Has been more than 1 hour and Swetha is not back.
Requested to speak to Priya, the manager and was told that she is with another sales rep and customer and it has been 2 hours.
Left my number to call as they were all at lunch at the SAME time (WOW) and no one calls.
There are so many negative reviews and yet nothing is being done.
What do you do when you have notified Bad Boys of delivery date for appliances months ahead and got confirmation that it will be all delivered, and one day before delivery, you get a call stating, we do not have the items! Who do you speak to? What do you do? I am sure many have the same experience.
When you call them for follow up, they refused to answer the calls when they see the same number. GREAT Customer Service. I had to call from another number and the call was answered.

Management at Bad Boys, look into this. Please stop making COVID excuses.

We've shopped way too many furniture stores, searching for bedroom and living room furniture. We had previously purchased a recliner from Bad Boy Mississauga (Dundas Str) in 2017. It was a terrible customer service experience, but we were really happy with the sofa. When the time came for a new sofa, we returned to Bad Boy, but NOT to the Mississauga location. Instead, we went to the Brampton location (Hurontario & Steeles) We had excellent care, and support. Staff allowed us to walk freely, without following us around. Any questions we had, were answered quickly, and in detail. I have accessible issues, and have specific needs in a sofa. The young lady who helped us was quick to show us the sofas that met my needs, was informative with warranty information, and made the buying experience very pleasant. A Manager stepped in with answers to further warranty questions I had, and was equally pleasant, and helpful. It was a great experience overall. We will definitely return to Bad Boy Brampton. Thank you for the great customer service, the kindness and the great help.

Worst Experience - We were told that bed will be delivered the day we requested but we found out that they don’t have that bed in stock. They suggested us to get another bed and when we purchased, it had missing parts and we are still dealing with that issue. Nobody is resolving any issues now, no email replies and long wait on phone call every time. Won’t recommend to make a purchase from here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Worst location. Puts a terrible taste in clientele mouth to even want to do business with another location. I have paid in full and still have no received my item or my money back. Managers work 2-3 days a week and apparently no one can help resolve issues expect them. Weird. This has been ongoing for 3 months…. Don’t bother spend your money here!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Shweta Gupta, a sales representative at Bad Boys Furniture Store. From the moment I walked into the store, Shweta greeted me warmly and made me feel at ease. She was knowledgeable about the different types of furniture and helped me navigate through the options that best fit my needs and budget.
What impressed me most about Shweta was her patience and attentiveness. She took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences and provided me with several great suggestions. She also offered valuable insights into the different materials and finishes, which helped me make an informed decision.
Throughout the entire process, Shweta was friendly and approachable, making me feel comfortable asking questions and expressing my thoughts. She was also responsive to my inquiries, following up with me promptly and keeping me informed of the delivery schedule.
Thanks to Shweta’s exceptional customer service, I ended up purchasing a beautiful new sofa set, a dining table set, and two Queen beds that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for new furniture. Her professionalism and expertise are truly commendable, and she is a real asset to the Bad Boys Furniture Store.

Please take your business to literally any other furniture store in Brampton, the utter lack of care and customer service is disturbing and it shows in the amount of reports that they’ve received from customers through the better business bureau.

A family member of mine ordered a set of couches and was told to expect a call in the next couple of weeks or so to schedule a delivery as it would be shipping from the states. A few weeks go by, we keep calling to be given a new date of receiving that phone call every single time. It is now approaching the third month and I ask to speak to a manager and was told that the sofa set we had originally ordered was never available to be shipped to begin with and that we should come into the store to find something else. My family member begged and pleaded for a refund to go elsewhere and was denied of that every single time. She went into the store to see if asking for a refund in person would make a difference but instead they had her sat and waiting for 3/4 hours while they ran around the store yet checking in on her every so often promising that someone would speak to her shortly. When someone did, they again denied her refund and was made to chose something else. At this point she already paid close to $3k and was left with no other option. That same day my family member sat and watched as a customer service representative gave a family a refund after being told that they have a strict no refund policy. On top of that, while dealing with this store, was faced with attitude and coldness from every representative and was hardly given an apology. We placed the order for the sofa sets in August of last year and received them in October. When we did finally received our order, the 2 delivery men were also mean, snappy and handled the items with zero care and concern. The delivery made this entire situation worse. Did not even reply when we said thank you and was angry the entire time even though my family showed nothing but softness and kindness as she always does.

I’m making this review now because this is something that still affects our lives till this day, my family member was forced to chose something that she was not in love with and has to face this awful memory every day in her living room when she could have been given a refund and went elsewhere. The management of this store have zero compassion and show nothing but greed and poor customer service. A report was submitted to the better business bureau and while in the process of submitting I saw that there were close to 400 reports made, possibly doubled by now. The hundreds upon thousands of one star replies are NOT lying to you, PLEASE take your business elsewhere for the sake of your own well-being and money. Leon’s would have NEVER treated their employees this way. Run!

Worst Customer service ever. I would rather go to any local store and but my appliances. Appliances purchased and paid in December and still today have not revived my 2 of the appliances.

I have two daughter and i am going our to my laundry in laundromat, i have explained them this till today 20 times. There answer is our manager will reach out to you and till no no call back.

I had an extremely pleasant experience at Lastman's Bad Boy in Brampton. I wanr to highlight Manbir, who went above and beyond to help us find all our furniture and at reasonable prices. In fact, all the staff here are very polite and happy to help!

They make promises on delivery dates that they can’t make. Talked to manager. She promised to call me back. Two days later no call. I called and asked for manager. Was told to call back in two days. Terrible customer service
