Lastman’s Bad Boy

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BAD BOY.

I ordered a bed in the spring which was supposed to arrive by June. There has been no communication from Bad Boy to me at any point. I called them in June, July, August, and September, and every time I was told that my bed would be shipped in a few weeks. I was also told each time that they would check with the manager to "see what he could do". Obviously, this is a ploy to get you off the phone because no manager has ever called me.

I asked to get my money back but this was not a possibility. I will be taking measures to get a refund through my credit card company as I don't believe Bad Boy has any intention of sending me a bed. The bed I ordered is in stock on multiple other websites so it's a mystery why Bad Boy can't get it, unless they are not trying at all, which I believe is the case.

Thomas and the crew at lastman's treated us amazing and delivered on everything they promised. The sale was effortless from the start to delivery. I will buy from them again.

We bought a full reclining leather set of furniture. It is the absolute worst furniture I have ever purchased in my life. It has been sent back for a second repair that took months for them to respond and pick up. The metal closures have ruined our real hardwood flooring. I just want it gone but their warranty sucks and they don’t listen to anything you have to say. The customer service is brutal. I would be happy to get a replacement without reclining, forfeit the warranty, not charge them to repair the flooring and be done with that place. Don’t EVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS GARBAGE PLACE. We have HUGE REGRET AND MASSIVE DISSATISFACTION AND DISAPPOINTMENT!

Not bad I only had experience on the phone with them but were very attentive to your needs.

Very disappointed from this store to purchase two price leather sofa. Please go somewhere else for furniture.

One of the worst places in dealing with customers, when you go to buy from them they laugh and joke and try by all means to sell you and when you buy from them they do not know you.
I bought two sofas, and after 20 days they received them, and the workers put them and went, only wrapped in nylon without protection, and when we removed the nylon from them, it turned out that one was broken as a result of falling from a high place. Then we contacted them and sent an e-mail with the pictures without result. We have been trying with them for more than a month and a half, without result, until we decided to claim them.

They are not trusted store, Four weeks ago I bought a dinning table set and I have been told and written in the contract they will deliver it to me within 2-4 weeks, I called them twice they told me don’t call us until the 4 weeks ended. I waited until the due date and my husband went to them then they called the wear house, then they said the chairs are not available now but on Thursday will be at store and on Saturday will deliver it to you. So I’m waiting to see what happens.

*UPDATE:
So they finally did answer my last email” #5” and picked up the living room set to fix it. After so many calls to know the outcome they returned it WITHOUT FIXING. Why? Because they considered it as an accumulation. Okay, that happens because of miscommunication from the BAD BOY side! They didn’t care, didn’t refund or exchange even with the warranty.
Again, stay away of this scammer. Bad quality, worst service ever and terrible company.
I would give them 0 if I can. Terrible, horrible and scammers. I bought a warranty for an extra fee of the living room’s set that I bought as per to the sals rep. After a few months the springs came out of the three items I got! I reached out to the store several times and they kept directing me to the customer service via emails, and all in vain. It was just time and money consuming. Just stay away of this company, the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life.

Don't shop online with them. Bought a couch but had to move so i tried to change the shipping address and was told I could not do that so chose to cancel. When I asked for a refund because i would no longer be shopping with them they issued a line of store credit. It's been 2 years and they have ignored my emails and told me they would put me in contact with someone who can help but won't call back. Over all horrible customer service and questionable business pratcices.

Product should be delivered in 3 weeks there past 5 and not a delivery time yet. Very disappointed

If I were able to put zero stars I would. But that’s not an option. Very poor service and trash quality l. Did not meet expectations and put zero effort to satisfy their customer. Scam!

I bought a 4 drawer bed-frame and queen size mattress from Bad Boys and had no issues whatsoever. First off I got both for a very good deal, the frame is great and the bed is super comfortable. When my partner & I were mattress shopping, we had great customer service and the salesman was very helpful and attentive. The only thing that could be an issue for others was that the bed took 5 weeks to come in, however they did tell us 6 weeks was worse case scenario prior to purchasing it, and I had no problem waiting. When we went to pick up the frame & mattress, the process was quick and the associate was very nice and helpful with loading it into the truck. All around it was a great experience.

I have been waiting for half a year now for Lastman's London to send me an undamaged bedroom set. Given the lack of communication I expect I will be waiting for another year and a half.

But hey, guess what!

Interestingly, after hearing nothing from the company for ages and ages, it only took them ten minutes to reply to this review with their stock message.

First and last time ordering from Bad Boy! Ordered a dishwasher online and was notified it wouldn’t arrive for two months - emailed customer service to request a cancellation and after several emails and phone calls NO RESPONSE. Every time I called I was told only a supervisor could authorize cancellations but I couldn’t speak to a supervisor and needed to email, emailed and got no reply. Finally got a supervisor who answered and she said only a manager could and she would call me back… guess what, no phone call back. Called to follow up at end of day and still nothing, yet they have had my money for over a week. Will be reporting. There was no indication of a two month wait at checkout, or I never would have ordered. BUYER BEWARE

Absolutely DO NOT purchase anything from this store. I have been waiting eight weeks for furniture I ordered. Every time I call they tell me it’s the manufacturer never have I purchased anything that has taken this long to arrive. All they want is your money and they couldn’t care less about the customer follow through. Disgusting customer service.

Updated for June ‘23 I still don’t have my stove that I purchased in October ‘22. One was delivered in December but heavily damaged. 6 months later and I still haven’t received the stove I have ALREADY paid nearly $2000.00 for. Stay far away from this company!

The customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced from any store. The salesman are at you within seconds of walking through the doors but once you have a problem you will spend hours on hold while they play the run around game. Their no refund policies are a joke and doesn’t apply when items come damaged from the store. I would give zero stars but that’s not possible… whoooooooo should shop at Bad Boys NOOOOOO BODY!

I bought a sofa a week ago online. I received an email that said they would contact me when it was ready for PICKUP. Three more weeks was the answer given by the nice lady on the phone. One month for a pickup purchase is ridiculous. Don't be naive like me, go somewhere else.

Sales reps will lie to your face in order to make sales.

Wish I could give less than 1 star, we went through a sales rep named Ryan who promised our dishwasher would be delivered within 3 weeks as we needed it in place for a renovation. Now 3 weeks later we are being told the dishwasher will be another 2 weeks which is delaying everything and costing money.
We are being refused a refund and not offered anything as a substitute.
General manager is not helpful at all and I would discourage anyone from ever doing business with Lastmans Bad Boy.

My husband and I were guaranteed a dishwasher in 3 weeks by a sales rep named Ryan for our kitchen renovation. Now we are being told after we have paid that it will take 5 weeks which is severely delaying our renovation and costing us money.
We are being refused a refund and being told we can just pay more for a different dishwasher. Not very helpful at all. Absolute terrible experience with this store
