We ordered a King bed set (and extra bedside table) only to be told that our set had been damage in transport and the manufacturer no longer makes this product. We were not told of this until we called 7 weeks after order date looking for update on our product. We were told we were not eligible for a refund due to the “strict no refund policy" although we never even received our product we paid for! Mind you we only ordered this set because it was on sale. They told us we could have in store credit for another purchase of same value. Of course nothing else was on sale (or in our budget) at this point. I was directed to go into the store to speak with sales. I went in store and picked out a new set and was told I was going to have to pay an extra $450 more. After I informed the sales manager I would not be paying more they agreed to give it to me for the same price I had already paid for a full set, however, they could only provide one night stand which would not be able to be delivered until September. Flash forward to October 10th 2023, I was awoken to a call at 7: 30 to confirm my delivery between the hours of 10: 30-1: 30 that day. I also received an email At 9: 00am to confirm my delivery for same day, which I confirmed. At 2: 00pm I celled Lastmans to find out where my delivery was as I was going to be late for work. It was at this time that I was told that they did not know where my nightstand was and they could not locate in the order in the warehouse and my order had been cancelled unknown to me. As of today, I have still not received by nightstand (or the extra bedside table we had originally paid for. I will not recommend Lastmans to anyone nor will I be back for any of my future purchases. Nothing but a scam of a company, it has been issue after issue. How they are in business is beyond me… very disappointing.

Was looking for a new sofa and had Ranbir Singh help us out at the whitby location. I was a little skeptical on quality and pricing but Ranbir gave us a good deal and delivered on time. I've only had the sofa for a few days now so really can't comment on the canadian made quality but Ranbir made the experience a good one. Thanks again Ranbir.

Horrible experience. They keep delaying the delivery of our couch. I don’t want to hear your stupid apology Bad Boys. You have given me like 4/5 different delivery dates and still I have no couch. We paid in full back in July and were told that we’d have our couch by September. Now the end of September and you are now saying it will be delivered by mid November, and it’s all to do with your shipping company. Then when I mention a refund you state that you only give in store credits. As a company you should be embarrassed about the fact that you are doing this to your customers. I have worked in customer service and have treated my customers with more respect and dignity than you give me. I don’t get how you add a business are still open when you make promises and don’t keep them. Knowing my luck I won’t even get my product come mid November as you like to play games. You have promised me that I would have my own, and you broke that promise.you as a company should either deliver on your promises or go out of business.

Give this business a better review. However, I found it to be rather dumpy. The sales lady kept following us a round like a vulture. In fact, it was to the point where she was inhibiting is from going towards the back of the store. A number of times, we clearly stated we where just looking if we had questions we would ask. Nope! The most horrible experience ever! From the looks of these reviews, they don't even really care as all of the 'responses' are generic, automatic responses for every complaint on here. I have spent almost $10,000 on a couch set, fridge, and washer/dryer set. I ordered these items on August 9th, and am still waiting on my couch set and washer/dryer. I have not been contacted by them at all to keep me updated on the status. I have had to call them for updates, as the dates I am given come and go, with no items. Again, they don't call to let me know they are delayed for the millionth time. I also purchased a protection plan on the fridge, washer and dryer. By the time I actually receive the items, I'm sure the 5 year extended warranty will be expired (mildly joking, but looking more realistic as the time passes). I will never, ever buy any items from this company again. I can appreciate delays, but I appreciate communication also, and good customer service.both of which this company lacks. The last time I called them, I asked about a refund, to which I was told all sales were final. Asked to speak to a manager, and of course, manager is 'not in'. I asked when he would be in, so I could call and speak to him/her. Dude actually told me I would have to physically come in to speak about the issue? !? ! I guess the phone is difficult for the manager to operate? Terrible, terrible, terrible. Save yourself time, energy, and sanity. Shop somewhere else!

We ordered a bedroom set fall 2021. It's days from being 2023 and we've still not recieved the bed from the bedroom set. Staff refuse to refund us, they also can't promise us it's coming. We've been told to pick something else from limited stock and pay the difference, none of what's in stock is even the same stain colour. Horrible service. Will not purchase from this store evee again. We will continue to fight for our money back.

It’s honestly ridiculous this place. I purchased an 85 inch tv last year July… along with a $370 warranty just incase.
1 year later the tv stops working, so I reach out to be honoured in the warranty program that I PAID for. It’s not like it’s a free warranty program. I literally paid almost $400?
It’s been 3 months and my tv is still sitting broken in my living room. I reach out once a week to hear the same nonsense “call back in a week we sent another email”. Like what kind of business is this actually cause you had no problem taking my money for this supposed “warranty”, why offer warranty if you cannot fulfill it. That’s literally a scam.
If they don’t reach out to me soon and resolve this I will be contacting a lawyer cause never in my life have I been scammed out of something I literally paid for.and please don’t respond under this comment your email and tell me to reach out BadBoy because i’ve emailed every email and called every number and still nothing has been resolved. I’m giving you guys 1 more week to resolve my issue or I will be contacting a lawyer and yes I have my receipt and warranty proof.

It has been over a year that we have been waiting for our couch to be fixed as it is covered under warranty. It took months to get someone to come look at it, but they finally came and said that they will fix it or replace it as the inside fabric is falling apart and we would be hearing from them soon on next steps. It has now been almost 1/2 a year. We have called and emailed and we are not hearing back from anybody on what is happening next. At this point, we will be needing to turn this in to a legal matter!

Worse service. Ordered bedroom and livingroom furniture on February 25th and was told that it would be a few months before delivery. That was ok with me not moving till June 1st. They called May 24th and I asked them to hold till June 8th. I was told no problem. I called after June 1st and was told that they gave my livingroom furniture to someone else. I had to wait 4 more weeks to get the furniture. When the bedroom furniture was delivered 1 night pptable was damaged and there was no bedframe. As is September 15th still no bedframe and they gave my night table away. Stay away from this store if you want any furniture in a decent time period.

My New dryer thumps like you have size 13 running shoes inside. It has a major dent on the side, that I noticed after the delivery guys left because they had a delivery in Cobourg. Am I a satisfied customer hell no, paying for a new product and getting this seriously banged up stock is not right. No wonder there reviews are so low.

Very poor service, I have received a damaged recliner sofa and when I sent the pictures to service team none of them replied back unless I call back and check, when I went to whitby store to check the same they were very rude to say the timeline and just asking us to sit and watch till they solve our problem, I never recommend anyone to buy any product fro here, very poor staff and bad quality products get delivered to customer.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The employees are not knowledgeable and love to pass the blame from person to person. The manager? A joke. Won’t even come to the phone to speak to their customers. I ordered bar stools in JUNE and was advised I would get them in July, I called in July they said the start of august. Called in august they said end of august, then end of September, now end of October. They don’t check in with their customers at all to let them know what’s happening. They don’t call back within days. This place should be shut down. I will be going to the BBB because they simply don’t know how to do business or treat customers. Please take warning and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience with extended warranty! We purchased a new Maytag fridge at Whitby Bad Boy and the door is broken. I have now called several times and continue to be told that someone will get back to me. This is the only fridge in our home. We are very dissatisfied with level of customer service and the extended warranty that we paid for!

When ordering on line please have how long it will be and please don't say at this time or this time you can guesstimate but 3 times. Well they said they will refund me the money for the chairs I ordered but have not received that. I bought my furniture from them and had no problems bit now I will no buy anything from them again. I had to buy chairs elsewhere due to them pushing back the date all the time. I had to get chairs so we cod sit and eat at the table. I would like my money back please!

We purchased a table set in the fall of 2021. Upon delivery we noticed one of the chrome legs was tarnished. On December 28 I contacted the store. I was given the number for customer service. I contacted customer service and was told to take pictures and provide other information and they would replace the item. That was December 2021 and we have not received the replacement. I have since called customer service 5 times and the store 8 times. Each time I’ve been told they will look into it. Each time, nothing is done. I have also contacted the Better Business Bureau. Earlier we had ordered a sofa and chairs and told the sales person the measurements to get the sofa to the basement. He said no problem it would fit. When the sofa was delivered it wouldn’t fit. We went to the store and they refused to give us our money back for the sofa. We instead bought the love seat (because we needed something) and they charged us almost as much as the sofa itself. If I could give less than one star I would. I’m not sure how they’re averaging over 3 stars. They must have employees that do reviews.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. It has been a complete nightmare and if I could give them zero stars I would. No idea how they are still in business. Ordered a table online back in April 2022. Completely understand the supply chain is pretty delayed, however it's August now and we were originally given a delivery date of early June. Every two weeks they would just bump the expected delivery date a another two weeks and customer service really has no idea what is going on.ordered other furniture from other places the exact same time and received everything from those orders by June. This has been the most disheartening experience and will NEVER shop here again.
When asking about getting a refund if our item never comes they said that maybe they could do a store credit.is that a JOKE, we never got the item.
DO NOT SHOP HERE, lower prices ARE NOT worth never getting your item.

I’ve had a horrible experience with this store. First they tried to sell a damaged table, which took four months longer than they said it would. And after waiting an additional six months! Badboy finally had it delivered and it was missing a chair and table leg!

Worse experience ever. After waiting 12 weeks, I still did not receive a call so I followed up. The couch had been ready for delivery but since I didn't call sooner I had to wait another week because they only deliver to my area once a week.

Then the couch did not come with feet, so I had to call for support. I got a ticket number and was told to follow up with customer service. I have to constantly chase them and waste MY time meanwhile overpaying for the couch that I still do not have feet for!

They only care about the sale.

Completely dissatisfied and highly recommend going elsewhere. They say they pride themselves on high standard of service but proof is in the pudding!

I would give this company -STAR if it’s possible. The wait time for their warranty call centre is minimum 45 mins to 1 hour. There’s a recurring issue with the microwave / oven combo i purchased which is still under warranty but they keep sending me different repair companies. The technicians are not aware of the history of the issue. A technician came to see the issue early last week and they still don’t have any updates for me! I can’t use my microwave because it’s fire hazard when i turn on the microwave.save yourself from stress! Buy appliances from another company.

Horrible customer service! Waiting on a refund since damaged item was received back in Februrary. Received an email in May saying that my return was being processed but no follow through since. Even when I called the whitby store to escalate, they opened a case in September, followed up in October, now it is November and when I call to complain, that there is no way to follow up, all I am told is you have to be put through to customer service and managers extensions have no names for reference on follow up.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a dishwasher on August 7th, on the 12th they called and said my order was delayed so I ordered a different dishwasher which was supposed to come the next week! I have called everyday since and have got no where other then sitting on hold for hours! I finally got thru and cancelled the new order and went back with the original order because after a month of waiting it was the one that could be delivered first, after all the changes and issues I still have no dishwasher! 7 weeks of waiting, wont order from here again!

We bought a product online that the website indicated was available, however we received a call the next day saying it would be a few months before the product would be back in stock. Needing a product quicker than that, we cancelled the order. The agent on the phone advised it would take 7-10 days for the refund to appear on our credit card. 14 business days later. I follow up with customer service and get told that the request was forwarded to a manager for approval. How hard can it be to process a refund for a product you cannot provide.

Ridiculous company to order online with. Ordered back in June and they have sent me on wild goose chase and keep saying next month I’ll have my order every time I call or email. I’ve asked to cancel the order and they won’t, they won’t answer any questions. They just say it’s not there problem and it’ll be there when it’s there. I find it’s unfair I ordered something with specific pick up date and it keeps getting pushed and pushed. I call the store and they say I have to reach out to order support that they are unsure which I get. But order support won’t even help you. Will never get something with this company again.

NEVER BUY FROM BAD BOY! I purchased a bed set online for a Boxing day sale (yes Boxing day sale). I was patient and understood that there would be some delays due to covid, but I started to send follow up emails and phone calls asking about my furniture in the spring (well past the 4 to 8 weeks as stated). I was bounced around a bit and no one could give me an answer. FINALLY IN JULY, after I contacted Bad Boy, I was given a delivery date. Too good to be true. One dresser was never delivered. I called and they said the account was closed. After being bounced around again to different numbers and sending numerous emails someone finally got back to me. I have sent my receipt, the confirmation email of the items that were shipped (which did NOT include the missing item) the website code and a picture from the web site of the missing item, yet I am still waiting for a response. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere, even if the price is a bit higher at least you will get your furniture. Unless you enjoy handing out interest free loans and then having 'noooooo body' respond to you, then purchase from Bad boy.

Dear Bad Boy, save your automatic replies telling me I am a valued customer and have someone actual contact me. After receiving your automatic reply, I sent all the information AGAIN, and have heard nothing. It's been almost two weeks since my original review. The only way you stay in business is by keeping your customers money without providing an item. I want a refund, not a store credit forcing me to I choose some other item that will never come.

I knew what I wanted, took at least a hour of the sales person in the office just to finalize my purchase. That and why red tag sale a TV if it's not in stock and on back order? The sales girl was great, the rest of the process was the worse experience ever. Rather watch paint try then wait for God who knows? Every single time I called to contact this store they mistook me for someone else, couldn't find my bill (I put a deposit on a sofa). A family member of mine also put a deposit on a bed, they have been calling her for MONTHS asking when she is coming to get it. She paid in full and picked it up in MARCH. They are STILL CALLING (Its August). This store is unorganized and their customer service is HORRIBLE. I was hung up on multiple times. FYI I placed my order/deposit in March.never got my sofa and it was TORTURE trying to get my refund, they kept telling me store credit only. I will NEVER support this business again. End of story.

This is the worst store in Canada! Save your money and buy somewhere else. I had to purchase TV from them in May of this year as the first one they delivered in Jan 2021 had a cracked screen. There’s a good possibility it was broken during delivery. However due to lockdown/restrictions, I couldn’t open the 85’’ TV box on my own right away and I ended up waiting until April to get someone to help me. This company gave me the runaround and said they can’t do anything after 3 days of delivery. I lost $5000 on the 1st tv. I was able to negotiate and get another TV in May for less than the original price and my previous extended warranty was transferred.

I purchased this TV in May 2021 and I still have not received it. When I asked for a status update, the Whitby store Sales Manager was highly unprofessional and rude. There was another employee at the Whitby Store who was also highly unprofessional and extremely rude, asked me insensitive questions such as whether I am educated when I asked for my money back (deposit + extended warranty) This whole interaction with them caused me anxiety and mental stress. I am not sure why a company like this still exists and taking people’s hard-earned money. They should be sued for fraud.

It seems that when they ACTUALLY have the product in stock things are good. But when they say the product is in stock, their website states 3-4 weeks delivery, yet everytime it is close to when the item is to be delivered they delay it another 6 weeks.
Ordered a couch December 15th 2020 and kept getting delay messages for more then 6 months! They just kept saying it was the warehouse supplier. They would not give us a refund, even though we did not have the product. Just kept saying we wait for what we ordered or can order something else. Um how about NO! We ended up going through a credit protection company and our bank to have the money returned. Our account online still shows that it is processing and we should expect our couches. Get your act together Bad Boy! Don't even bother leaving your computer generated response to this. All that comes our of your mouths are lies and lines. Do not spend your hard earned money here! Ashley furniture is way better with amazing customer service and quality!

This is the most horrible experience ever. I have waited MONTHS for my purchase and every single time I call they say another month another another month. I am outraged and the service is horrible. I call they make me wait at-least 25 minutes on the phone for them to tell me it will be another month. I moved and I literally have no couch in my home for the past 2 months and now they’re telling me end of June. It’s ridiculous and I recommend to anyone save your money and time and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I got a kitchen table in the time frame I was told. Not the right on. A week later they picked it up and brought my right one. Six weeks later I got my recliner. The men opened it and there was z hole in the side. Was told if I reordered the chair again I would get a 50$ in store credit. I cancelled a recliner couch wit only a I n store credit given. Now i have to go back and get something i dont need, to use that money in store.

She answered all our questions patiently and helped us find the right furniture for affordable price. The furniture were delivered as promised. We had paid and ordered a stove from Home Depot and they were giving us the run around for about 4 weeks with the delivery. Eventually I got sick of it and cancelled the order and requested a refund.
When I called Lastman’s Whitby I was in touch with Abby, who was so so helpful and took care of everything over the phone. Our family is so happy and grateful to Abby for her commitment, we got our stove in less than 24 hours.

We bought a Dining table, a Sectional couch and a Gas range. I was recommended by the sales rep to get their insurance on the couch and was told any damage will be covered.
1 year after the purchase, my couch started breaking apart. I called the insurance department and spoke with FRANCA, it took them a month to send someone to pick up my couch and another 2 weeks to bring it back. It looked like they fixed only half of the problems we reported and returned the couch. Now I have the same issues again. Unfortunately it was FRANCA again on the phone. Asked to send us pictures of the damage and this time did not get any response from her for a month. We call again to check the status and she comes back with a story that she never received the pictures. We send the pictures again to her and waited for her call back. Never contacted us back for another two weeks. We called again to escalate the issue and left a couple of voice mails with someone called a manager who never returned our calls and we are here still waiting. WORST experience ever and to mention, At any cost avoid FRANCA. I would give a 0 for their customer service.

My partner and I needed a bedroom set and a washer/dryer for our new home. We were comparing prices online and found that Bad Boy, hands down, had the best prices.

We were apprehensive going in, knowing the sales staff probably work on commission. We didn't want to feel pressured into making purchases, however, we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted when we walked in but then left to peruse on our own. When we seemed to linger on a specific bedroom set, Schosset noticed and asked if we had any questions. She answered all our questions, looked up prices several times for us and was over all very professional and helpful. She put us at ease and didn't pressure us into buying anything.

We ended up walking out with a 8 piece king bedroom set and washer/dryer. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and the amazing low price we paid. We plan on returning for our other furnishing needs, and we definitely will be shopping with Schosset exclusively!

There should be a "no star" option. I have had the worst experience ever buying a couch from badboy, I will be sure to tell EVERYONE I know NOT to buy from badboy. I had a broken couch and I actually had to go through the Better business bureau to get it fixed. I've only had this couch since the end of April and should have just been refunded my.money but instead I'm getting a fixed, broken couch thats 3 months old. I'm disgusted and would never advise anyone to deal with badboy. I will continue to #badboysucks

Also, from reading other reviews it appears to me that I'm not the only person who has had bad customer service from FRANCA.that rude woman should be fired. FRANCA is the worst thing going for the business.kudos for finding a nasty customer service specialist! You should be ashamed!

Sales people just trying to make a sale. I told him it might be a tight fit into my basement and he assured me of a standard size sofa should fit. Sofa arrived today and did not fit. I called the store thinking I'll just choose a different sofa. Manager and same sales staff that sold the sofa were very unhelpful this time around. Because they claimed it was a "custom" order their was a restocking fee of 25% and even when I had accepted that I no longer wanted to deal with them but they said the remaining amount cannot be refunded and must be used as store credit. Ridiculous! Don't shop here, sales men are still just that looking out to make a buck and bad boy still has refund policies not conducive to the likes of Wayfair, Walmart etc. Buy elsewhere. They deserve to go bankrupt.

I don't even know where to start. We purchased a leather sectional and also included the extended warranty. Sales representative was very nice and provided great customer service. Of Course! Why wouldn't he. Told us that the warranty covers everything. Lies, Lies, Lies. There is a black leather strip that runs across the seats where your knees would typically be. All of theis pealing off. We have had the middle section piece break. It was the back support which had snapped. Also we had incurred some minor scratches (kids, but that's why we purchased the extended warranty) I place a call to get these things fixed. When I called I was told that the black leather strip was not covered, but they stated out of good will they will do it this one time. Ohh geez thanks, why did I buy the extended warranty. I was told everything was covered. Guess they missed that part. Technician comes out to assess the couch. Then went back to report his findings. Receive a call that a tech will be out on this date and time to retrieve the center piece of the couch, but don't know when the tech will be out to fix the scratches or black strip. Fast forward now. Center piece is done and ready to be delivered. Get an automated message stating they would be here on this date at this time. Well the time they proposed was not going to work. I called them back and rearranged for them to deliver in the 5-9 slot. 2 days later (day of delivery) automated message stating delivery arriving from 8-12. This was incorrect so I had to call them again to change the time. The lovely girl that I was dealing with told me to bad it's going to be delivered, after I had a discussion with her and she was not helping me I asked to be transferred over to the Manager. She then hung up on me. I call back demanded to speak to a manager right away. Was dealing with the delivery supervisor who was just as much help as the assistant. She told me that they would get a hold of the driver and have the piece transferred to the 5-9 shift, and that she would contact me to confirm. This phone call was at 9: 00 am in the morning. No call back and it was now 4pm. I then had to call them back to see what the hell was going on. Long discussion, but was told 5-9 the couch would be there. Get home and just after 4pm I get a call that the piece will not be there till after 8pm. Ok fine. 10: 03pm I get a call from the delivery men that they were on there way. We told them they had 15min to get here or lights were out. 10: 20 pm is when the delivery men decided to show up at my door. I proceeded to ask them if they had a cell phone and do they know how to use one. As he stated yes, I then started to ask him why he didn't call to say he was going to be late, its common curtesy and respect, not to mention customer service. He made the excuse that he was the night crew. Yeah 5-9. Who the hell delivers furniture at 10: 20 pm? Anyways, after I lost my S***, slammed the door. Next day call the head office, to only get connected with the supervisor that I was dealing with the day before. Had some words with her and told her that I wanted to speak to someone that actually is a manager that knows what they are doing. I am still waiting for that Manager to call. Absolutely the WORST Company ever, and I will ensure that I tell everyone NEVER shop there. All they care about is getting their money and as soon as you are out the door, they don't care.

Product itself is great. However the in-store price versus the online price are not the same. The in-store prices are marked up higher and used as a bargaining method from the sales rep.to make the customer think they are getting a discount, when in fact they are just getting the online price.

In addition, if you purchase the product in-store there is a $75 delivery fee. Buy the same product online and delivery is free.

The customer can just go in-store, look and feel the product and just buy the product online after and avoid the sales talk. There is no incentive to buy in-store at this point.

I will never again spend money at Bad Boy.
Such a horrible experience. The sales lady who helped us was amazing.super sweet and that is how they get you. She assured us. Sorry gauranteed us their products would never be delivered to us in bad condition. Well it most certainly arrived in bad condition. Chips out of all the drawers and the head board was actually cracked. When I told customer service about it and what the sales lady said. I was told WELL SHE SHOULD NEVER HAD GAURANTEED THAT. Wow goes to show right there that even they know they sell poor quality furniture. We ordered a white bed which apparently was a special order yet they happened to have an exact white bed on hand that they could send out the next day. We agreed to that and it too arrived in just as bad condition as the first. Delivery guys were less than kind or helpful. My husband and I literally frankensteined a bed together in our driveway to get a decent bed. We now have a decent bed for our daughter that is missing 4 drawer handles. No response from Bad Boy and well needless to say they will never get a referral from me and if a friend says they are thinking about buying furniture from them I will give the extra cash and tell them to go to Leons or The Brick

Shameless store. We had purchased furniture for a full 2 bedrooms apartment. Our first experience at bad boy and our last. When they want your money they will provide you with the best service and experience. Once they got your money, you just become a customer. No after sales care. We had issue with a couch, call the store spoke with lady who was very rude. Present our self to the store, the sales manager that was their never took the time to listen to us, answering is cell while we were talking. He never took the time to try fixing the issue. Letting the lady know to have us purchasing more stuff. We had a table back order, which we wanted to cancel, due to the horrible customer service we were getting, yet was told if we cancel the order our money would be refund but will be a in store credit. The sales manager was clear to us they are all over getting people's money by being dishonest. We learned our experience at BAD BOY and will never do business with them.

I ordered furniture in Stoney Creek to be delivered to my mother in Oshawa. The furniture was delivered with the chaise lounge cushion missing. I've been 2.5 months trying to get this cushion. Burlington store said they would deliver to the Whitby store. The professionalism of the customer support staff is horrendous both on the phone and email. The minute they take your money and walk out the door you are no longer their customer. The onus is on you to track down and correct issues. Terrible system. Noooooobody means Nooooobody is focused on the customer.

Not good! I bought a sectional only to be called 3 days later and told it was discontinued 4 months earlier! Why was it still on the website then? They had no answer for that other than to blame the online department for not updating the website. They tried to offer me another sectional of a higher price and nothing like the one I wanted.

This store is appropriately named, as it is BAD. From their floor sales staff to their truck driving delivery men they seem to only hire one particular culture or type of person. They also have two very distinct ways of treating their customers. The first way is before they have your money and the second is AFTER they have your money. We paid them to deliver 3 appliances and to REMOVE 3 appliances. They can't count very high as they did deliver 3 appliances but only removed 2 of our old appliances leaving us with an extra old stove sitting in the middle of our kitchen. The whole experience was right out of a BAD 'boy' BOY movie. If you are planning on shopping there, prepare to be used and laughed at from behind the curtain. They only show a smile up to the point they have your money then their attitude becomes, "Get in line". Believe me its not worth a moment of your time, just shop elsewhere or you will go through the hell we did.

Wanda is an amazing sales lady. She really sold me on the couch! It is very comfortable and it comes apart so it is easier to get into the house. I would go back for more furniture anyday as long as Wanda is there.

Never purchase the warranty. Tried to make a claim and got denied asked for refund for warranty purchased refused to. My table is only a year old.

Great location, we had been searching for a kitchen table and we got lucky here; not only was it one we both loved but it was comfortable and a great price. The staff here are fantastic it isn't like walking into another furniture store they let you roam without following you around, they let you know they are there to help and check back on you. Very excited about our new table!

I was very pleased when shopping at bad boy, I had been to a few other furniture store that week and just couldn't find something I really liked. Ann Marie or "sweet Marie" was very helpful, not at all pushy and answered all my question. I found the perfect couch within budget. The only take away was the ottom was out of stock and I had to wait 3 weeks to pick it up.

Bought a sectional set I was told it was leather paid $1,900 dollars for it within 6 months the so called LEATHER STARTED TO PEEL now the whole chair lost most of the top layers it's actually a leatherret vinyl that looks like leather THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT The chair being leather this COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD LIABLE FOR LYING TO THER CUSTOMERS I WILL POST PICTURES OF MY CHAIRS I HAD TO COVER IT WITH BLANKETS THAT HOW BAD IT LOOKS
