I ordered Sofa and coffee table at finch location and kudos to Raj she was being helpful.
But what a shame my coffee table was delivered and when I unpacked it, Shock on me it was damaged, I called them several times sent them emails and pictures and everyday is a new story that I will have to wait for them to decide whether they will give me a new table or not.
I feel like I wasted my money for nothing. Kindly come pick your table I don't need it!

Great service. Until there is a problem. Don't buy a mattress from them or don't take the plastic off or they will give you nothing but trouble, and you will be stuck with something that you can't use. Not impressed with bad boys way of doing business. I have a disabled wife, with mobility issues and we were sold a bed and mattress that was over 32" in hight after put together. Sales there told us to get the biggest mattress with the highest base and wife couldn't get in or out of bed and they won't take it back. Have 3 properties and was going to furnish them also but not with bad boys furniture now terrible work ethics and terrible customer experience. Beware don't buy from them. Especially stay away from Fatima the sales rep there doesn't know anything about people with mobility issues.

Poor Customer Service and Warranty Denial at Bad Boys Furniture

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service and willingness to address concerns that I experienced at Bad Boys Furniture. Despite purchasing a warranty for my couches, my expectations of peace of mind and necessary repairs have been shattered due to the unresponsive nature of their customer service team.

My frustration only grew when I had an additional negative experience with a customer service representative at the Finch Location of Bad Boys Furniture. I was informed that my warranty request had to go through the original purchasing location, leading to an additional month of no success in resolving my issue. The representative today even raised their voice and treated me unprofessionally, which was extremely disheartening and unacceptable.

From the beginning, I tried to communicate my problem with the store manager, Anjali, on May 5,2023. However, my attempts were met with complete silence and indifference. Undeterred, I made several more efforts to contact Anjali through phone calls, voicemails, and emails, but received no response or acknowledgement of my situation. This level of disregard for a paying customer is both frustrating and disrespectful.

Feeling left with no other options, I carefully reviewed the terms and conditions of the warranty I had diligently paid for. Confident that my issue fell within the coverage provided, I expected Bad Boys Furniture to honor their commitment and provide the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, their unwillingness to address my concerns has only deepened my frustration and left me feeling taken advantage of.

Reflecting on this experience, I believe it is my responsibility to share my story and warn others about the poor customer service and warranty denial at Bad Boys Furniture. Potential customers deserve to be aware of the unresponsiveness of store managers and the company's apparent disregard for honoring the warranties they sell.

My experience with Bad Boys Furniture has been overwhelmingly disappointing. The unresponsive store manager and staff at the Finch location, along with their outright refusal to repair my couch under warranty, have made this situation incredibly frustrating.

As customers, we deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and prompt assistance.

Bought a $2000 mattress last Saturday and was promised delivery this Saturday. Just called to confirm and after being on hold for 20 minutes I was told told that my mattress didn't arrive but should be on next week's truck. Should be? Inquired about changing to pick up and we would have to drive to Pickering! What kind of racket are you running? Still waiting for the sales woman to return my call, its been an hour. Bet shes got her commission!

I recently made a purchase of a sofa set from your store and it was delivered to me. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I noticed that one of the sofas was missing its leg or stand, even though it was shown in the picture I had taken at the time of purchase. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, it has been over two months and I still have not received the missing stand, rendering the sofa unusable. Each time I contact customer service, they provide me with disappointing excuses and promises to get back to me. I have also sent emails as directed by their customer service but i didnt get any response till this moment. I deeply regret not reading reviews before deciding to shop at your store. I strongly advise anyone in need of good customer service and timely product or service delivery to avoid Bad Boy altogether.

My parents purchased a couch from this company. The person answering the phone is not polite. To be honest, she is disrespectful and condescending. It was 3: 30 in the afternoon, was told the managers are out to lunch. I informed her that she has 10 minutes to have a manager call me or I’m canceling the order. She then told me to quit threatening her and to speak to her in a nicer way. I was contacted back by a sales manager and this man does not belong in customer service. I had asked to speak to Blain as this is his company to be answered that Blain does not speak to customers. Afterwards, I went with my request to cancel the order to be given the run around that if I cancel, I will be charged a restocking fee. I further responded that in business there is a cool off period of 24 hours. This man then continues to state there are no returns. I asked for a manager and not a sales manager to call me. I’m still waiting for a phone call. I no longer want this couch and DEMAND for a full refund.

Do better than I did and avoid this place. There are plenty of other shops that won't give you half the headache this place will.

Purchased a stove in February. We were told to wait for a phone call to schedule delivery, which was supposed to be in the next couple of weeks. No one ever called. When we did, we were told to wait a little longer for the stove. We did. It is now June and we were told that the stove was discontinued and to call a different number to get our money back. We called the number, and suddenly the stove appeared in their warehouse and delivery was again to be scheduled. They never even apologized once, this is business as usual for them.

Horrible customer service. Went in looking for a couch. Asked the sales associate if there were style names or numbers so I can make a note and narrow down the styles I liked better. She said no and that I could take pictures. I took pictures of a couple of them. She asked me if I was going to buy a couch today and I said no. She then proceeds to tell me that her manager told her I cannot take pictures and if I wanted to see them then I can go online and look at them all. This so called manager was sitting on the floor model couch not assisting anyone. Just sitting there. As I was walking away after what she said to me I see the associate and manager talking and staring as I left the store. No wonder this location has such a los rating.

Giving a star is already too generous.

We've ordered a twin bed and a mattress last Sept (mid-month). The mattress was delivered but the bed was delayed even until now as I am writing this review.

I've lost track of the number of times that we have to follow-up about our order. The service is horrible and frankly, I don't think any of the sales associates care at all.

I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this store or from the company as a whole. The savings you think you'll make by buying products here is not worth the agony that you'll get from waiting for your order to be delivered to you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE OR THE COMPANY.

I bought an item from Badboys almost one year ago. They sent the wrong item which I rejected. I asked for a refund but they didn't accept that. They gave me only one choice which was to accept a credit offer to buy something else from them. We bought a coffee table using that credit. It has been 5 months that we are waiting to pick up our coffee table. We contacted the store at Keel and Finch many times. They said the order is not ready yet. I went there in person. They told me the order is cancelled but they didn't know the reason why. The funny thing is that they proposed to give me another credit. (the same story to be continued.)

Badboys seems to be the adjective for this company, not a name!

Don't waste your money here, it's not worth the stress of following up your order because it takes forever to be delivered. Also, there are no returns here so you cannot cancel your order which is really frustrating. This was my first and last try of this company, never again! Very bad customer service!

This will be the last time buying furniture or anything from Bad boy finch site or any site. The sales person convinced me to get the extended warranty after I had explained the negative experience I had in the pass. He assured me that the warranty is now done directly in store instead of a third party and I will have no difficulty. 2 years later, trying to put through a claim and was denied with an explanation that contradicts what I was told. I'm still waiting for a call.

If I can give a half star, I would. And even that would be generous.

For the past few months, I have been following up with Bad Boy on my appliance upgrade order (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave) to make sure that delivery would coincide with the closing of my new house.they assured me multiple times that everything was in stock and there should be no issues. This order was made in 2021. The day before closing (11/15/22), I didn't hear anything from Bad Boy so I had to call them to find out what was going on. They told me that everything I ordered was not in stock and that there would be no delivery. WHAT?

Fast forward after the multiple emails and phone calls.

After a couple of delivery schedule mishaps and missed days of work, we finally received our fridge.roughly 45 days later. Up until now Bad Boy is GUESSING when we will receive the rest of our appliances.

How is a family of 3 supposed to carry on with daily life without essential appliances?

I have only heard of Bad Boy's terrible reputation through friends and family, but now I am lucky enough to be experiencing it myself. If it wasn't for our builder partnering with Bad Boy, we would have gone elsewhere in a heartbeat.

I purchased a couch from bad boy, the manager and sales person pressured me in to buying a warranty for the couch, the warranty doesn’t cover any thing they said it did. The service is terrible and all they do is rip people off by asking them to purchase a warranty that doesn’t cover any thing! Don’t ever purchase furniture or appliances from bad boy! They won’t take care of you, they’ll just take your money though!

I purchased the stove here. Before purchasing, the sales said that it will take 3-4 weeks for the delivery. I was not in the rush to have the stove yet. 4 weeks later, they don’t have information on whatsoever. I need to call them for the updates. They kept telling me to call back NEXT DAY NEXT Week for the updates. If there is a delay, shouldn’t the company calls and gives customers an update? This store makes the customer to call for the update EVERY TIME. I had to call them every week to FUP with the delivery. The most annoying thing of this company is keep lying to the customers on the delivery date, making fake promises before the bills and the customer reps are absolutely the worst customer service ever. If the company doesn’t have the product, DONT PUT THAT OUT to the customers. The reps have NO empathy/sympathy to whatsoever the problem/situation it is and put me on hold and silence for like some GOOD MINS while I was complaining the shipment takes forever to come. VERY BAD BAD SERVICE BOYS
We purchased a corner sofa bed with an extended warranty. They took care of it when we were having issues with it, bat when we got back, has more damage than before the repair. Since then, we conntac about 20 times in the past month with badboy's head office at the store, but lately, they don't even answer our emails.

Those guys are scammer. We purchased a sofa from them 36days ago with promise of 4weeks delivery. After 4 weeks we called them and they said another week. Yesterday (5weeks later) we went to the store to ask them for the delivery or refund. They started shouting at us and even one of the people working said shutup to me! (I have the voice recorded and trying to see what legal action I can do)
Those are nice only before the money. After they got the money from you when you want to exercise your right, they shout at you and when you say somethimg they tell you shutup!)
What we did, we stayed outside of the store and started telling people read the reviews online (I wish we had read them before). After a few customers left the store reading the online reviews, they agreed to give us the sofa in their showroom and our problem was solved.
If you have the same problem with them, i recommend doing the samething. Stay at the front door and let new customers know about their customer service. Be sure you are not physically assaulting anyone or anything and also have voice recorder (or camera) on because those guys are super impolite and unprofessional.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered product in March, no delivery, had to contact their customer service because they wouldn’t answer emails or notify of updates. They scheduled a delivery date, and I had to call to learn it wasn’t in stock. Product still not in stock at end of July. Have called every week for two months to get a refund and have not been able to speak to a supervisor once. Customer service call takers will only send emails so nothing gets dealt with. Worst company I’ve ever purchased from.

Never purchase any furniture from these guys. They promise delivery but they don't deliver before 6months. The North York location and Mr. Sam, please be aware of both of them. They never pick call and when you show anger, they shout back at you rather solving your problem. They don't know what is the meaning of customer service. I tried reaching MD but he's never available. They are just enjoying life on our money.

I purchased a sectional at bad boys from Sam at the finch location I also purchased warranty for 5 years on the sofa. At the onset of the pandemic April 2020 I contacted bad boy as my sofa was ripping at the seams, they advised that they weren’t picking up sofa due to lock down we were very understanding contacted them numerous times fast forward to Oct 2021 they finally picked up sofa for repair we sent photos of the sofas days before and pick up drivers inspected each piece I called numerous times during the first 6 weeks to get an estimated delivery date I was told they were being repaired. After 6 weeks I called back and was told the sofas weren’t going to be repaired and they weren’t them back it has been 14 weeks and numerous calls with no response and they still have not returned my fully paid for sofas… bad boy not only did not honour they purchased warranty, they took nearly 2 years to retrieve them and have essentially after 14 weeks given us no update and stolen our sofas…. Take your business else where extremely dis honest company with terrible customer service

This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced! Manager of the whole store literally walked out of us once we showed concern about a couch that takes forever to come even though it was promised December. He told us at the beginning of the conversation that the couch will be coming end of February and a few minutes later he said no only 10 are coming and you won’t be able to get it other customers have been waiting longer. Then he said we don’t know when you will be getting it. No solution, lies and different dates every time we call or come in the store. I honestly wouldn’t recommend bad boys furnitures to anyone. They promise you and let you down after 5 months. Ridiculous!

Let me tell you. My parents have bought from this specific location for years and always appreciated the service. Lately, with covid alot has changed and things havent been the greatest with orders and deliveries. Despite that I have had the most amazing person who my family and I appreciate greatly. This man has been there and taken care of majority of the mishaps that occurred and made sure that my family and I were happy. That special mans name is Abbas (Finch Location). I cant thank him enough for the effort he puts in to call my family and I even if it isnt the greatest news.but then he puts his effort into making sure the situation gets rectified. He is one of the best people they have.i hope they dont take that for granted!

Bad boy sells GE fridges that sound like an airplane when it's on. Give zero help and couldn't care less about the product sold. Bought a stove also. Horrible customer service! Purchased a sofa from them a few months ago and now the sofa has issues that need to be repaired. Bad Boy gives you the run around when something they sell needs to be fixed.

Bad Boy's customer service SUCKS! They say that they will get back to you but they never do!

Someone came out to look at the sofa and it took weeks! They also supplied the wrong phone number of the maintenance person that repairs sofas. They figured it out later that this number is not correct and its not even in service what a bunch of geniuses you have working there at Bad Boy! Its been weeks and still no answer on my sofa repair what a joke!

BEWARE when buying for them and you need a repair they will play games!

Variety of furniture like sofas, bedroom sets, dining sets are available. Some appliances are available for reasonable price. Staff are friendly. Better to order in advance as some items require few weeks to make and deliver. Most of the items are delivered at a charge.

I got a couch in 2018 and purchased a 5 year warranty with it, which they said it was always a good thing to have on expensive items.

3 years later, a spring broke and is now almost tearing apart the fabric.
I contacted the customer service department regarding claims and warrantees, and more than 5 months later nothing has changed or been done.

CUSTOMER DO NOT even think about calling them because no one will ever pick up that phone.
Only by email I got an answer saying they will review the issue and get back to me. (this was on the 12th of April) today is Sept 28th and I haven't got anything since.

Unfortunately a bad experience. Not as good as visits to other stores. Staff got in fight over whom was going to serve us. The bully that "won" proceeded to give us without doubt the worst attitude ever. The manager stepped in and helped. He was helpful. We were there to buy but chose not to deal with our rep any more. DO NOT SHOP HERE. AVOID UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Purchasing from Bad Boy has been the most stressful shopping experience I have EVER had. I ordered my furniture in early March and JUST received it about 40 mins ago, 7 months later, after being told it was waiting for me in their warehouse and delivery would happen in 6-8 weeks. Come delivery time in May, I call to find out there was never any furniture in their warehouse, and my bedroom set would not be delivered to my new house on time as promised. I understand COVID delays and had asked specifically about this when I purchased the furniture, but was re-assured multiple times the set was in stock and would be waiting for me in the warehouse. Hoping to speak with a reasonable person about this? Good luck. After MANY attempts to connect with someone, I finally got in touch with a person after a few days of repeated calls and emails. I asked why I would not be able to get a refund when they were blatantly dishonest about the furniture being kept for me in the warehouse until my desired delivery time. The person responded that that is "just the way it is" and I "will have to wait indefinitely" for my furniture. So I clarified - my options are to leave my money with you guys and wait indefinitely, or cut my losses and go somewhere else? They said yes and that I was "s*** out of luck" - this is a direct quote! I could not believe the disrespect I was treated with by their customer service department. After that I called every single week from June to September looking for my furniture. Every week I was told a different date - middle of June, end of June, beginning of July, middle of July, end of July, and so forth. Eventually, the furniture did arrive to their facility in September. I did not receive a call informing me that the furniture was there. Of course, it was only through calling myself that I learned it was now available for delivery. The ONLY good part about this whole experience were the delivery guys. They were quick, efficient, and helped me bring all pieces of my furniture directly to my room, saving me from a lot of heavy lifting. Who's better than Bad Boy? EEEEEVERYBODY! From what I've heard, at least other companies are honest about their COVID delays - some might even speak to you respectfully! Save yourself the stress and shop literally anywhere else.

The Worst experiance ever! Ordered a set of tables, waited almost 2 months for delivery, and a completely different set was delivered. I did not open the package. For many days I have been calling customer service and the store. I wait for hours and nobody answers. I have a headache from the music on my phone. Scandal, I am an elderly person and I have extra stress every day. I am worried whether I will ever get my order or lose my money. I'm calling again today and nooooobody answers!
When I gave a bad opinion on the distribution page, I received an email from social media that the swap of a wrong parcel will take place at the end of July. Of course, it did not happen, now is August 3, again I call all possible phones and nooobody answers.
On July 4th, I visited a shop on Finch hoping that they would help me there. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I can write to order support and cancel order. I did it on July 4th and didn't get any respond.
I am powerless and desperate. I am an elderly person and stress if I get my money back.

This was a horrible place to buy furniture. I regret the day we walked into this place to buy furniture. They said delivery would be on a certain date but it arrived a whole week and a half late and when we asked about why it hasn't arrived they said, "come pick it up at the warehouse in Scarborough. " What kind of response is that? Then when it arrived four days later, it was delivered WITH DAMAGES. They will not deal with us to fix the issue or return to pick up the damaged furniture. When we asked for a solution to this they referred us to some customer service and after many attempts to contact those agents there was NO response. NOOOO BODYYYY SHOULD BUY FURNITURE HERE! You have been warned! I hope this place closes down to save Canadians from what is the worst store to buy furniture. If you love your family- go buy at Leons, Walmart, Canadian Tire, Costco, Value Village, garage sale- ANYWHERE ELSE THAN HERE! Any good reviews here are highly suspicious! MY PURCHASE WAS A FRAUD. Bought a Washer & Dryer set on Nov. 3rd and as of Jan 19 (2.5 months!), ABSOLUTELY NO WORD ON DELIVERY. All I get after every third email inquiry is "Waiting on ETA of Washer". So, they happily let you pay IN FULL for products they don't have (without disclosing this), AND CANNOT SOURCE. And NO REFUNDS. This is DELIBERATE DECEIPT and an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I actually didn't buy from Bestbuy as their website actually had a properly disclosed targeted delivery timeframe which was too late for me, so I went with Badboy thinking they actually had the products available.

ZERO STAR!

This is the worst company that I have spent my money on. Purchased some furniture from this location and it was supposed to be delivered at a specific date. Received partial items and was not notified by the guys that delivered the furniture. Literally we had to figure it out that we are missing things. Talked to customer service, very unprofessional, was on hold for a very long time for several times. Kept on following up regarding to the missing item and havent heard from them for couple of weeks. If you're planning on spending your money and receive a great customer service that you know that your money is well spent, please do yourself a favor and do not purchaser from this location.

Dont buy from here. Was promised a delivery date for a fridge and they kept changing it every week that I called. Seems like they lied to me so I would buy from their store. I had to go 2 months without a fridge because of this. I wish they were honest with me.

Don't buy anything that is genuine leather. They don't sell anything that is 100%leather. You will know only when you try to claim warranty.

Very Friendly Staff never any pressure from sales staff beautiful lazy boy sofas table sets. Always a sale for what I am looking for.
Huge store shopped at the finch location before love the quality of the merchandise.

Extremely dishonest sold us sofa set for nearly $4000 saying is best quality cow lether and on the top of that Gold warranty falsely telling us it covers everything from peeling to plunging and even knife cuts. A year later the "Cow leather" has peeling and turns out it is not leather at all called about their golden gaurantee they now say sorry if our salesperson has given you false info but none of those are covered (actually saying we screwed you over a year ago you just found out but bad luck)

Awful experience. Sam charged me tax on a dining room set that was advertised as tax free and it took me 4 weeks to get it back after multiple calls with receptionists who tell you one thing but never get back to you and sales people aka SAM who spend weeks trying to dodge you. Head Office says they want to provide you with the best service possible but when you call about an issue the store is not helping you with they just direct you back to the store.

Youre better off ordering online. After overcharging me they refused to give me back the money they overcharged. Had to fight to speak with the manager who acted like he was doing me a favour by saying "I hope you know we are making an exception because we don't do refunds. " how is that a refund? You overcharged me!

Then when I asked when my ottoman was being delivered (the ottoman they couldn't deliver in the first place and never told me when it was estimated to arrive) he says it's going to be there tonight. No 24 hr email as they promised and no calls prior to the delivery. Guess what? I was two hrs out of town. Ottoman comes and it's the wrong one. Now instead of delivering the correct one they want to pick it up and make changes to it then drop it back off. God only knows what problems are to come with that.

Dealing with bad boys has been the worst experience. Oh and the couch came with a yellow stain on the pillow lol. What a battle with these people.

Delivery guys were on time, the time they told me they were coming they came. They were very professional and put the stuff were I ask them to put them.
Every thing was very good. No complaints.

The service received from Bad Boy Furniture was great from start to finish.

The Store Manager at the Finch store was helpful but not too pushy.

The delivery service was very well run.
I received phone calls and emails keeping me updated, the delivery tracker site was easy to navigate and the delivery team was courteous and accommodating.

I hope the after-sales service is just as impressive!

From my first contact, as I entered your show room on the 15th Feb, 2019, I was given a warm welcome as the first staff I saw gave me a welcome smile.
The sales representative that attended to me and my wife was so good at her job.
She made sure she gave us 100% attention and she was able to communicate very well with the Sales manager on our behalf.
To crown it all, during our second visit a weeks later, the Sales Manager was so down to eath, the man is so loving and ever smiling.
We inventually bought another product in addition to what we came to buy initially.

We purchased a100% leather couch and loveseat which was a special order from the Finch location. We had a great experience from the initial purchase to delivery. The price was great and the staff was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Expected date of delivery was exactly what we were told. The process was smooth and efficient. We will definitely purchase from Lastman's Badboy at this location again.

The customer service and the actual technician teams have a real and seriois disconnect. They left us in trouble for a few days. But we had taken the extended warranty coverage, so they made up for it by replacing the entire sofa. They also held the new sofa for a couple of months since we were moving to a new house just then. Hence kudos to their service and warranty.

These people completely ripped me off. Stay away from this business. I bought a home page King Bed on Thursday and it was delivered Friday. Athough I weigh just over 250 pounds, I fully expected it to hold my weight but it collapses on the sides. I left plastic on, called Saturday and explained it did not support my weight. I offered to upgrade to a higher end bed, they explained there were return fees involved, I said I obviously didn't have much of a choice as their super home page mattress deal that I bought meant a no quality deal. They said they would call back to address in 48 hours. They didn't. I then contacted them this am and they emailed back to stay no returns are permitted and have a nice life. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU or consumer laws. STAY AWAY. I am now stuck with a king size bed in my house that has so little support I can't sleep on it and stuck on the floor with my Canadian Tire air mattress.

These people are a scam, they sell you fake warranties. I purchased living room couches from them and they sold me a leather warranty but when I called to use it they said the couch I bought wasn’t even leather and the warranty didn’t apply.

Ordered a futon to be delivered, it was missing instructions, gave us way to many bolts in the wrong size, was short on smaller bolts, gave us the wrong nuts, and were missing ALL washers. Terrible and unacceptable

First of all they delivered 2 sofa with only one deriver and my husband had to help him. Then because the 2 sofa were big and could not get into our apartment, they made us to buy the love seats even we did not want them.they did not give our money back. In order to get the money back, they charge 25% re-stocking fee. The store manager, the operation manager, and sales persons are really rude and impolite and unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.once they get your money, they do not give sh.t. Leon's has better policy and better customer service.

Excellent customer service, great quality and selection in furniture. Mr. Sam was wonderful, charismatic and welcoming. I would recommend this particular bad boys to anyone.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Paid in full (over $5,000) for our furniture on Dec 26,2018. As of February 20,2019 still haven't received 3 tables and have a bed with missing pieces. We had technician come in on Friday Feb 15th to assemble the bed but he wasn't told to bring the missing screws. Now we will have to wait 3 weeks to get the bed set up. There is absolutely no customer service and even if you wanted to cancel your order there aren't any refunds. I wonder how this company is still in business. Spread the word please. Don't spend your money here.

Hit all our check marks for a couch; 1) Canadian made, 2) bottom cushions which could flip, 3) back cushions which were not attached, 4) reasonable price, 5) felt well made, sturdy. Customer service was present but not pushy. They went the extra mile for us getting the couch in the fabric design we wanted.

My wife and I will return for other items when we're in the market. We left there feeling like we got a reasonable deal and were treated well.

Very disappointed with the customer service at the finch location. The items I purchased couldn't be scheduled for a delivery after 5pm so i made arrangements to pick it up myself from the warehouse and I was promised a credit for the delivery charge from a rep at the store. When I went to get the credit they unfortunately denied it and the store manager made no attempts to resolve the matter. Currently regretting my purchase.
