I spent a lovely and relaxing morning with Waad. She spent so much time listening to what I wanted with my colour and cut. She works with so much attention to detail. We both commented on how it felt like we had been friends forever! Super easy to communicate with and all around just a fantastic stylist. Thank you, Waad!

I just got underarm waxing done from this place yesterday and the waxing lady significantly burned my left underarm and it hurts a lot even today. I have attached pictures. I tried to apply aloe but it is stinging a lot and I had to remove the aloe right away. I can't even work out because my burned underarm is quite painful.
I am pretty sure this red mark will turn into a burning mark/leave scar lol.
I have never had such a terrible underarm waxing experience and I regularly get underarm waxing done from other places.
Edit: I spoke to front desk and got the amount refunded.

Waad was just the best! I have super long hair that I've been really nervous to cut and she was amazing! She had me washed cut and styled in an hour! I usually leave hair salons in no less then 3 hours and just exhausted by the whole experience but Waad was efficient and so lovely. Can't recommend her enough! Photo does not do it justice.

Waad is a talented hairstylist. She gave me a beautiful haircut that suited me well. I had a great experience with her although it was my first visit.

Waad was educational and advised me the right tools on how to take care of severely damaged hair. She was genuinely concerned and made sure she told me what proper masks to use and how often I should come back too make my hair healthy again
She was extremely helpful! I will definitely have her as my stylist over and over again

Worst service everrr, never coming back. Don’t waste money coming here guys lady who was doing my hair “looked Indian” actually have cut my skull that’s crazy.

I have thought that this place was good until today; came with my boyfriend and a total failure.
If you don’t know something just simply say you don’t know, don’t waste my time and ruin my mental health. The manager needs to keep track of their staff. Save yourself some time and money and don’t prepare your self for a failure.

The manicurist was absolutely amazing. She was so kind. She was very gentle. Nails came out healthy looking, very beautiful.

I am from out of town. Didn't have time at home to get my hair cut for the function I'm attending. I went in for a wash cut and blow dry. Paid 80.00 plus a 20.00 tip. Now my hair was long and one length. I now have a mullett. Yes a mullett. Went back to correct it. Was told nothing they could do and I have to grow it out. Wasn't offered my money back or any type of compensation. My suggestion is run away from this place and fast.

I get my eyebrows waxed here and I’ve had a few different girls and they have all been amazing. They take their time and don’t rush anything super relaxing

Worst makeup and hairstyling ever have, the hair stylist was Indian I asked for curls she did it with straightener so she can finish fast, literally the curled last one hour and she kept telling me my hair made her tired. For The makeup service she was a white girl I dint remember her name. Just save your money the eye make up not blended and limited options, a drop of foundation no concealer, no highlights, not even brush my eyebrows and I was charged 55$,

My first time there and what a great experience Ariel did a fabulous job, best haircut in ages. I will be back. Super friendly and helpful st aff

The worst saloon ever experienced. U guys can shut down the store and go home. If there was an option for 0revirw I would put it. Not professional at all and value customer satisfaction. Manager is not professional at all. If you want to keep my money you can, but don’t keep say anything you don’t know. The stylist know the mistake and she asked me to take money backs and can talk to manager. I recommend these guys to at least show ethics to their profession and read how worse their service is from the reviews. Hardly few nice review may be from the staff itself.

Just make sure you know who is cutting your hair. Experience is worth paying for, and you should always ask how long have you been a stylist?
Haircrafters is cheap because they most often have new grads. Senior stylist/ hairdressers are worth their weight in gold. Just my experience.

I dont recommend the place! My haircut was almost ruined! I totally regret coming in to this place! NEVER AGAIN!

I went for a cut with a east Indian stylist on a weekday my hair cut was done wrong the layers done wrong she did not know how to do the cut from picture Im very upset about it my friends said it didnt look right I would like a master stylist to fix it and correct her mistakes and I hope this is possible

Front desk lady (blonde) refused to service two of my friends whom are POC.stating "We don't do your hair type. " And "We don't serve your people. "

It's 2022. Get over your racism and perhaps educate your hairdressers on black hair types.

I will start by saying i have had past hairstylists here that were great. My experience yesterday was terrible. I made an appointment a week in advance to try someone new Aaron for a colour and cut. The girl who made the appointment was very nice. No complainrs there. When i arrived for my appointment i was looking at some of the products at the front and was offered no assistance whatsoever. Then i was taken to a seating area and told the hairstylist was just finishing up and would be right with me. I was not offered a coffee or water or anything. The hairstylist himself never came over to say he was running late. Half an hour later i was still sitting there. In the meantime another customer came and sat down, was offered a drink and then was taken almost immediately to have her hair done by another stylist. I got up went to the front took off the cape. The receptionist, what i believe was my hairstylist were at the front talking away with another customer. He was in no hurry at all to get to his next customer (me) who had already been waiting a half hour. I put my cape on the side counter and I simply walked out. I would not go back here ever with such poor customer service.

Fantastic owners they makevypu feel welcome and part of their family. Not to mention they do hair the way you want.

Went in for tape in extension removal on a last minute booking, as they were the only salon with an available stylist on short notice. I appreciate the time slot. Samantha was quite kind and personable, and knowledgable about her career. But that’s about it for positive comments. This salon charges over 100 dollars for removal of extensions and does not wash or retape the extensions, i had to request and pay extra for retaping. They did not come back washed. Nothing was done to them to improve quality. Quite ridiculous as other local salons only charge only 50$ and retape, wash and recondition the hair! Extensions were removed then i was told the overpriced cost! Would not step foot in this salon again even for a bottle of nail polish. As these are probably not the employees prices and ways she would like to treat her clients I would suggest to her to find another salon to be employed. And to potential clients looking for a salon, keep looking, this is not the place for anyone.

I can honestly say, there is no other salon that Ive let colour my hair. They're always willing to talk me through my colour choices and set real expectations. Love this place! ️️️

Do not go here. They cut my hair so uneven it was laughable! Wish I could add the photos to show. I went back to get it fixed and it was still uneven. (Not to mention I paid almost $60 for this cut) I asked for a refund which they would not give me, all they gave me was another free hair cut.like I would ever go back. Usually I am not too picky with haircuts but this was INSANELY uneven

The service from Carrie and Amanda was excellent. They went beyond what was expected to make mine my niece's and my nieces daughters experience pleasant. I have been seeing these ladies for a few years now and it is no wonder that as long as they are there I will continue to go to L'Attitudes.

Very disappoint with my service! I went to school for hairstyling and told the stylist that. Also asked her to use a 30 volume developer as my hair is red and will end up yellow if she uses 20 volume. I am a white blonde and wanted my regrowth to match my midshaft and ends. I also told the stylist I didn’t want to use toner as the last time I had toner put on my scalp it left me with scabs. Usually a 30 volume developer and my purple hair mask gets me to my desired colour. My hair turned out a dull yellow (like I knew it would) she then put a toner on my hair to try and get me to my desired colour (still didn’t achieve it) When it got to the cut I asked her to cut it straight across on the top as I have an under cut. She decided to angle the cut. I asked her to cut the fly always off and she left them. Everything I didn’t want cost me $118 before tip. Which when I went to pay I had 5 stylist huddled around the cashier and when they saw what I tip I heard them say “that’s all he tipped”. Was very unhappy with this and had no time to fix it as I was flying out the next morning for my vacation. So I wore a hate the entire time. I’m not even willing to go back to this salon to have them fix it as there is no point when they didn’t do what I asked for in the first place. As a stylist I now see why people are afraid to go to salons to get their hair done because sometimes the stylist just does what they want!

I just happen to be bored at the pen and went in for just a wash and style. I was so blown away by how down to earth and friendly my stylist (AYNSLEY) was and of course how my luscious locks looked. I immediately booked a follow up and that was about a year and a half ago.i've been goIng in ever since. Aynsley has done wonders for my hair. From darker to bright blonde she's perfection and truly knows what she's doing. I have had only pleasant experiences with the girls at the salon. Sam is another wonderful hairstylist, she's great with extensions and made mine look awesome when I had them in. Overall GREAT place and GREAT girls to go to.

Firstly, I am not giving credit to the salon, I am giving hands down credit to their wonderful stylist; Stephanie! I have very curly hair and finding a hair dresser who can cut and deal my hair was VERY hard! I have been going to Stephanie now for the past 4 years and SHE is worth every penny that I pay for her service!

Always leave satisfied with my hair. Shout out to Naomi who I have had cut my hair for almost 10 years.
