I’ve been to see Sarah a few times now and she’s become my new go-to for men’s long hair cuts. Incredibly kind and does a great job! The reviews here are right, she’s great:)

If you are a man and care about your hair don’t even thing about going to this place. It was a first and last time.

Very disappointed with my entire experience. Staff only spoke to each other during my entire appointment, loud and obnoxious inside jokes/banter. I had to interrupt to let Sarah know what I wanted to have done.
I paid $300 and couldn’t see a difference in my hair.
I have thin, fine, shoulder length hair
and paid $300 for a trim and half head of hilights…. Who do you think you are Sarah, really!? !?
The worst part is I left my glasses there. When I called to let them know, they located them and told me they would put them aside.
The girl on the phone asked if they were readers, to which I replied yes.
This stuck me as an odd questions.
Went back a week later and they didn’t have my glasses. Very shady and unprofessional place!

I think the pictures speak for themselves loved my hair, I got a wash, cut (layers) and blow dry. Very satisfied!

It was my first time doing anything to my hair and it was the best experience ever. Highly recommend going to Sarah!

I went to this salon with my boyfriend - he got a trim and I got a haircut and blowout. Sarah worked on both of us and she is the best hairstylist I have been to in a very long time, she is incredibly sweet and talented. I’m obsessed with my hair now lol. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Each time I have a service with Mini I am always happy with the results. She is always very professional and very friendly too.

I went to sarah for the first time last month with damaged, unhealthy and an uneven haircut from before. She gave me the best layered hair cut I have ever had, listened to all my requests to know exactly what to give me for my brown balayage, and was extremely quick, friendly and a positive energy to be with. My hair is the healthiest and thickest it’s ever been in a long time. Highly recommend going to Sarah for any hair services!

This is a great place - everyone very friendly and place is full of fun and laughter - Mini is my go to person for facial (amazing - you will love it) and waxing. I will also recommend Mini for laser - she is professional and just a great person! For hair I will highly recommend Sarah - she is magical:)

I have been seeing Mini for a number of services (laser hair removal, eye brow threading, shellac mani/pedi and waxing) for years now and despite moving downtown Toronto 2 years ago, I still come see Mini for my laser hair removal, waxing and eye brow threading. Before seeing Mini, I never felt comfortable enough with anyone to do laser hair removal/ waxing. Mini has a way of making you feel totally comfortable and I always trust her suggestions /recommendations. I couldn't be happier with my laser hair removal results from my sessions with Mini. Stay patient /persistent and you will be so happy with the results!

Mini does an excellent job with eyebrows. Highly recommend her, always polite and professional.

My 18 year old daughter went into have her hair coloured, she has been to this location before. Lindsay was her stylist, she wanted a certain colour; sadly she did a very poor job, the colour wasn’t even, very poorly done! My wife went into try to get some of the $200 she was charged, my daughter in tears during this exchange. Lindsay took no responsibility or offered no apology or compensation. We have written a letter of complaint, this too has gone with no response. I have had to spend $200 dollars at a studio in Toronto to fix her hair - even the staff at Concepts Spa were surprised at how poorly done the colour was, patchy and uneven - I would stay well away from Lindsay, she is clearly not very talented!

Been going to Mini for years for facials, threading and laser. She is absolutely amazing and will only suggest what’s best for you. Highly recommend.

I had my colour stripped and then re-dyed. My hair looked good at first, but after a couple weeks the colour faded to a light orange colour and my hair became banded. Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed

I was there a couple of days ago. For whatever reason there was a group of girls eating tim
Hortons inside of the salon. They seemed to know people working there. One of the girls kept looking and staring at, making me uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure they sent me to someone that was inexperienced in cutting. They told me to go to one of the employees there and that they would see me shortly after. Next thing I know, he was cutting my hair. Maybe they didn’t want to take me in, so they sent me to an apprentice. But as a customer, who’s been there before. I wouldve loved the heads up. The vibes at this time, we’re just off. Unpleasant and unwelcoming. My hair wasn’t cut the way I had wanted either. If they want to be a reputable salon, maybe don’t have a stack of girls not working there eating, staring down at your customers. And maybe a bit of transparency. The only pleasant one is the guy that was cutting my hair. The star is for him.

Sarah is absolutely an amazing stylist and makes the experience very comfortable. She also takes the time to understand what style suits you the best! Thanks for my lovely highlights, cut, ans style!

I went to Lattitudes at the PTC today to see Sarah! I booked her based on the reviews she's received and let me say she did not disappoint.
I booked myself for highlights because my hair was wayyyy too dark from a previous booking. I knew that my hair had damage and wasn't sure she would even be able to do anything with it.but after a decent consultation we agreed on what could be done and she was able to put in a few highlights and even tho it's not the ideal end result (that will take time as my hair is fragile) it came out looking fantastic. I wish I took a before and after.she was a sweetheart and you can tell she's very passionate about what she does. I look forward to seeing her in the future! THANKS SARAH!

I had the best experience as a first time client of Sarah's. I was nervous about getting a perm but from the moment I walked in, I was given so much attention and care from Sarah and her team. Lots of laughs and a fun time and I left loving my hair results! She takes pride in her work like an artist and her many years of experience show up in her skills and speed. I will easily choose to go to her again.
