Laundry Concierge

We use this company for Laundry pick up/drop off. They are extremely professional and informative. I did not know what to expect but the whole experience was easy, fast and very pleasant. The person who I spoke to is very kind and easy to talk to. Will be using this company again.

With a busy schedule it's hard to find time for necessities like laundry. This service has been perfect for me as it's reliable and hassle free.

Where have they been all my life! I wish I'd found Laundry Concierge sooner!
I've had two awesome experiences with LC over the last month. No more will I have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get laundry done in my building's 3 machines that work questionably at best!
Now I just need to learn how they fold so perfectly!
Looking forward to having time back every week!

First time user. Well done. Signed up at a locker location using text message. Shirts were dropped late Sunday afternoon and ready Tuesday mid-day. Would use again.

Horrible. The last 2-3 months has been atrocious for service. Late on pickup and drop-off. Final straw is losing 2 dozen sheets and being nonresponsive, disinterested and over promising. Never again. Do not recommend.

Customer service is outstanding. Alterations-perfect. Clothing cleaned and pressed beautifully.

Laundry Concierge barely cleaned my laundry, i was double charged One time for my subscription and then again when I got my laundry.
I have emailed them twice since mid February and I have no answer

I’m using them through the Hudson’s bay concierge, at first it was ok, then i started to find half a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us, in our clothes, very often (how dirty is that)! Then my kids mittens and socks would come back incomplete, or school pants, would turn up missing. Then just last week thursday, i sent a bag under 10 clothes, they returned my clothes without my hat, how? It was only a few clothes… Worst part is i tried to reach them, and after saying they would look for it and get back to me, it now seem like they’re avoiding me. They damaged my son’s hat the last time, no apology, nothing, never did get back to me.

Terrible customer service, they absolutely do not care about their customers or even being careful to safeguard clothes that were put in their care.
Please look for my hat, that’s all i ask, you can keep the other items you’ve lost or given away.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Patronize them at your peril.

So i did get intouch with the bay again, and it was infact the bay who gave me a phone number to reach Laundry concierge, (that number is on the laundry concierge site) to try to trace my missing item. I was even told days ago, that the owner would be informed of my issue, by one of the drivers who pick up my laundry. There seems to be only one laundry concierge. I’m not posting screenshots and names for privacy reasons.

If i see anything about not doing business with me, i’ll post screenshots of all communications i have.
How does a laundromat lose a customer’s item, offer no apology, doesn’t even try to look for what’s missing? I mean several times, not just once. I mean this is the height of it.

Laundry Concierge barely cleaned my laundry, double-charged my subscription fees. Last stream? They stole a pair of $100 linen pants I sent in for hemming, never giving them back and completely ghosting me after repeated emails requesting they be returned, over months.

Pants sent in mid-May. No response as of September.

Unbelievably poor service. I do not recommend. Laundry Concierge, if you have my pants, contact me now and return them immediately.

A great, easy to use service. I put my clothes in a locker, place my order via the app and in a few days my laundry is back, clean and folded! I would highly recommend them! Why do laundry when you can pay someone else to do it? !

These guys have saved my life as a mom. I legitimately like my family members more because I don’t have to wash their undies. I never have to worry about that overwhelmingly huge pile of laundry building up. Plus the delivery guys who correspond are polite, punctual and hilarious. If I haven’t sold you yet, picture this: I came home from a 7 day vacation with all of my kids and dumped our luggage into a laundry bag that night and it came back within 48 hours washed and folded. WHAT! Think about what your time is worth and do yourself a favour. Thank you Laundry Concierge!

I am working with them by email bit it appears that they are claiming that their monthly plan offering are not correct on their website.

I purchased the basic plan with 25 lbs rollover and I noticed on the bill they were only offering 5 I emailed where the rep apologized but still said it was incorrect and they can offer me only 15 rollover.they also charged 1.99 per item instead of the 1.70 on the plan. Will post further

I came out of the hospital after being there for 11 days, I called Laundry Concierge and they picked up my laundry bags inside the apartment, they were not supposed to come in the apartment and they came in and helped me out and I did not have to carry them. I really appreciate them helping me out.

Great customer service. Personally expedited my delivery because I needed my order before I left for a trip!

I used this company 4 times and had no problem but now I want another pick-up but there is no answer and I leave a message no reply? Have they closed?

Dropped off my clothing in their Colgate Ave locker and placed an order using their app for dry cleaning over a week ago. My clothing is gone from the locker and the order has mysteriously disappeared from my account with zero updates. Already reached out via email. Starting to think they just stole my clothes.

I unfortunately got a case of bed bugs in everything that I owned, so I had to call a laundry service to help me get rid of them since I didn't have the proper equipment to do it myself. I gave then my clothes, blankets and pillows to wash and disinfect. The pillows and blankets were an extra charge which I didnt find out until after they had all of my belongings. I received all of my belongings back in about 1 weeks time with everything clean (thank goodness). The pillows and blankets were fine, but most of my tops had either new stains on them caused by the washing machines (or some other type of equipment they use) or they shrunk.which means I couldn't wear more than half of what I sent them. I reached out to them politely with this information and was told that they could rewash whatever was dirty. I agreed and waited for a response for a time for them to pick up my ruined shirts. They didn't contact me again and now I'm stuck with stained and shrunk clothes.

If I knew this was going to happen, I would have just garbaged everything.

Riz and Laundry Concierge are helpful, reliable and professional. Pickups and deliveries are convenient, consistent and on time. I used their services for all my laundry needs for a family of 4 for 8 months! Clothes were clean, organized and folded. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

We ordered 2 coats to be cleaned. As a result 1 is cleaned really poorly, and has a tiny rip on it. The 2nd one was cleaned well but also has a small rip. The delivery and pickup is great.

Dry cleaning pick up and delivery. Riz is very professional and reliable. He was a life saver during Covid and I look forward to going back to his storefront when I am back at the office.

My 90 year old mother has been without the service for over a month and they have half of her belongings.

I placed my order and locked my clothing in a Laundry Concierge locker on Friday. It's now Friday the following week and I still don't have my clothing returned.

After getting no response via email for 3 days I wrote an email in all caps that got a "we've been trying to call you" response.

Needed laundry in a pinch during COVID, these guys picked up and dropped off! Folded better than i could ever do.will definitely use them again!

Laundry Concierge deliver true to their word. They are responsive, reliable and deliver clean and neatly folded laundry in a timely fashion.
We have been using Laundry Concierge - Colgate Location for a number of years. This past year provided us with more than wash and fold services, they have given us peace-of-mind through Covid as ns we have been able to minimize health risks by not using our communal laundry room.

We’ve been using Laundry Concierge for our dental offices and their service is excellent. The laundry is perfect and they are always on time and quick to respond! Very happy we found them!

I just had an awesome experience with Laundry Concierge! I just discovered these guys online. They laundered two of my big duvets. The cost was way cheaper than getting the service done at my local cleaner's (and they picked up and dropped off at my front door). Owner was super friendly. I'll definitely be using their services again.

The laundry cleaning was fine but as it was somewhat expensive, I decided I could no longer afford it. I called to ask that my jacket be returned (it was washed instead of dry cleaned in error) that they were trying to fix and to reverse the last payment from my bill as I was double billed $73.83 for my last order. I called every other day for two weeks to no avail. No one returned my calls, returned my jacket or reversed the payment which I assume was double billed in error. Finally I went to Paypal which is how I paid Laundry Concierge and they got my refund. I'm guessing I'll never see my jacket again. I'm very disappointed in the business practices of Laundry Concierge.

Kinective Physiotherapy (and now Kinective Health & Performance) has been using the Laundry Concierge for our linens over the past 5 years. We are incredibly thankful for the excellent, friendly and reliable service provided since the new owners Haf and Riz have taken over. We highly recommend their services.
