We visited this place today and the sales person (lady with short hair, seemed to be African national), totally ignored me and my questions and even did not show interest in answering my questions when I requested for help. She was waiving her hand as NO for all the questions without even looking at me. I felt discriminated. I am wondering why would a brand like Laura have her in the team and what kind of trainings were provided to her. I feel sorry for her sick mentality.

I do not recommend this place and I am not comfortable visiting there again.

I always shop at Laura's for good sale prices and excellent help. I usually look for Marlette at the Merivale location.

I Have been shopping at this Laura since it reopened in December 2022. The staff is wonderful starting with Leah, the manager and the two sales associates, Sarah and Rabia, who consistently provide me with excellent service. It is always a pleasure to shop there. Thank you ladies.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Merivale location, 100% due to the assistance and recommendations provided by staffer Rabia. I can't say enough positive things - and I loathe garment shopping for special occasions. But I happily walked away with three perfect outfits from that excursion. Will definitely shop here again.
