Worst Lara ever. Went there with my best friend who is a little bit bigger then me. We we trying on « petite » dresses. Mine fit (size 8). My best friend kindly asked for the next size up (12) the rude employee (a middle age Hispanic woman) looks at her up and down and says « we don’t carry nothing for your size here » my best friend, sad and hurt that her prom dress shopping experience was ruined. Took the dress off told her to be nicer to people and left crying. We then went to another Lara where a lady was kind enough just to tell us that the size we were looking for were sold out since the dress was a last season. Do better. It ruined our days and experience. She ended up getting a dress at another company.

Beautiful store. Really helpful staff. Found a lovely dress to wear to a black tie event.

I shop as often as I can at Laura, and find the staff are friendly and very efficient, always trying to help if need be, and make my shopping experience a very pleasant one, and look forward to my next visit. I love everything the store offers, and find it hard to pick one particular item because everything is so very special. Thank you for having such a wonderful and varied array of clothing to choose from.

Sales service was excellent. Prices were great, as sales in effect. Still lots of great articles to add to my wardrobe, all at great sale prices.

Everything about the store is young and white. Laura, the average Canadian woman is neither young nor white. You need far more diversity in your ads in particular.
