I haven't been to this store, but called to find out if they had a style in store that I found on their website. I was told that the Oshawa Centre location does not carry plus sized clothing. This is not an inclusive location.

Requested smaller size top. Clerk checked on line & said size all sold out. Purchased top & was prepared to alter. Checked on line & WAS able to order smaller size. Took original back for refund, refused as there was a tiny spot of makeup on it. Clerk tried to remove & ground into top. Told if I could remove they might refund me. Took home, removed with only water, returned to a DIFFERENT store with no issue. No plans to shop Oshawa again. Ajax will be my go to store now.

Elaine was absolutely wonderful. She took so much care and time and attention with me. I really appreciated all of her help finding a dress for my friends wedding

The staff at this store are not welcoming or helpful in any way. I was asking for help and the lady at the front ignored me.
I’m not sure what they think they are selling? They carry a-lot of brands like besty and Adam, Adrianna P, Alex evenings etc. They sell them for double the price. Hudson’s Bay carries the same brands and sell them for half the price.
The staff at luxury stores do not behave this way. They are always very welcoming.
They must think they are something!
Not recommend! The owner should think about retraining the staff or probably replacing them with younger staff rather than having angry, prejudiced seniors pissing off people!
They never offered me any help or said hello when I worked in. However, when someone Caucasian women walked in, they said hello with very big smiles on their faces.

Went in looking to purchase a mother of the groom dress. No one spoke to me or offered to help when I was clearly looking at the occasion dresses. I find the staff very snobby.
Found my dress in another store where the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very rude and terrible service.when i asked for help with sizes cause i wasnt sure the sales lady was like very rude and didnt want to help and kinda shoved me.
