Wonderful ladies shop that sells a high end line of garments and accessories of any store I’ve shopped in. If they don’t have your size they will try hard to get it for you from another store. The staff is the most friendly and helpful. I don’t shop at anywhere else. They have every size from petite, extra small, to X3. It’s a treat to shop there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to order a different size. Was delivered to my door the next day. Great service!

The staff in this store are absolutely amazing and always ready to help you however they can. Aside from that, Laura has awesome clothes.

I'm from Ottawa visiting family and had a minute to stop in for a wedding I'm to attend. The most amazing women named Suzanne took control and pulled several styles for my complicated body type. She was bang on with what she had for me to try on. She was also happy to get it delivered to my home in Ottawa. It arrived a few days after I got home I'm still thrilled. Thank you Suzanne and Laura's of Windsor!

The staff was very accommodating, when I wasn’t sure of exactly what I wanted. Show me exactly what I had described, and left with 3pairs. Even watching them wrap them up carefully was noticed. I will be back.

I don't usually take the time to rate my experiences at places, but the excellence of customer relations at this store could not be ignored.

I will not go into every detail, but to say the least, my sister-in-law and I were in a bit of a fashion crisis and we were really down to the wire.

Shopped at Laura in The Devonshire Mall Windsor today.not only did they help me find a great dress for an upcoming wedding but they went above and beyond to assist my future daughter inlaw prepare for a military banquet.a wonderful group of ladies and an amazing experience.would highly recommend this dress shop

I was here last Saturday, and as my sister in law stated in her review; we were in a bit of a fashion crisis.

I cannot express how thankful to all the ladies that helped out, and I wanted to give everyone the recognition they deserve for such superb service!

I will definitely be considering Laura for my shopping needs in the future

The employees were nice enough and pretty helpful, but the actual dress selection was disgraceful. The plus section had only one prom dress. In the prom section, the largest size I saw in any dress was 10, but with most dresses it was 6-8. It was an extremely disappointing shopping experience. If your dress size is anything over 8-10 it seems like you would have a better chance shopping elsewhere.

My mother and I were at Laura's yesterday since my mom wanted to do some shopping. While my mom is looking through the rack, an older worker approaches me and asks me what I'm looking for and I explained I'm here for moral support and to be my mom's hype woman. She says infront of my mother and I "If you were shopping, I would send you to the other side for skinny people". My mother and I were taken aback from the comment. Their customer service needs a lot of work. Hope this interaction never happens to someone else.

I am a very regular client at Laura and some of the girls know me by my first name. They even send me text messages to remind for any upcoming promotions, as I always buy stuff. I was extremely disappointed this time when I went to store and requested to see store manager Liza. I had purchased pants there a little while back and stitching came off at the waist line and waist band came off. My intention was not to return, I was just hoping to either get it fixed or exchange. She is very rude. She told me that I should have returned it in 15 days, even though there were no issues at that time. I tried explaining her my situation. She was rude & not willing to listen to help or even apologize.
I have spent thousands of dollars at laura/Melanie. They are overpriced but I always thought that I was paying for the quality and service. Laura products and your store manager both failed miserably on both areas. I am more disappointed from the service I received from store manager than the not being able to get it repaired.
I will not recommend shopping at this store to any of my friends and family.
Hopefully someone reads my complaint and convey my message to upper level management, so that Liza is given some guidance on how to deal effectively with customers.

Laura / Melanie Lynn carry nice clothes, pricey though. Some people working at Devonshire mall act strange, they follow the whole time and ask if I am looking for something many times. Or just standing right behind the fitting room door the whole time. The other day I went there to find something to get the 20% off on my birthday, same behavior, made me very uncomfortable … I decided not to buy and got out. Reading some other reviews it seems l am not alone. If I want anything l’ll order online.

Love, love, love Laura Plus. Staff are always welcoming and the clothes always keep me looking my best! It never disappoints.
