I always enjoy going into the Laura store. Although it’s on the expensive side, the clothing is classic, stylish and generally well made. I also love the colours.
The staff are friendly and helpfUl but not pushy. Overall, I’ve had an enjoyable time there, whether it be just looking at the pretty things or buying.

Love the clothes, and Gabriel was a gem in helping me find items suitable for me. I was, however, very disappointed that I was unable to return for size exchange, an item never worn, simply because I had taken the store tags off.

Great store with very helpful staff. I have been buying Laura and Melanie Lynn clothes for years. Sizing is great and I can buy via internet as well knowing the clothing will fit. I receive emails from this store as well telling me of sales and about my loyalty points. Over all great store to shop at

On October 19th, I visited this store to return a jumpsuit I had purchased from the Melanie Lyne website. It was my first time shopping with Melanie Lyne, so I reviewed the brand's policy on their website before making the purchase. The policy explicitly stated that I could return items to ANY Laura or Melanie Lyne store. So, I arrived to return the jumpsuit I had bought online, accompanied by my 5-month-old baby in a stroller.

Upon entering the store, I encountered a lady who was training a new associate at the cash register. When she learned that the item was from Melanie Lyne, she directed me to go to the second floor to process my return because it was from Melanie Lyne. I pointed out that the website's policy clearly stated that returns could be made at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store. She insisted that the jumpsuit was from Melanie Lyne not Laura. So, I repeated the company policy twice, and eventually, she agreed to process the return. I said, "I know this might be super inconvenient for you yo process this return, but I have my baby with me, so I’m not going up and down when your web site CLEARLY states that I can return stuff to any Laura or Melanie Lyne store.

Never shopping again from this store as the people who work for the brand don’t move an inch for their customers & don’t follow their OWN policy.

Beautiful clothes, purses, etc. Fantastic staff, from salespeople to cashier, etc. It would be nice if everything was less costly, but I highly recommend Laura's at Upper Canada Mall.

Very helpful sales staff, didn't breathe down my neck like the one at Hillcrest. (I came into that store fully intending to buy & walked out because I felt smothered!) This associate helped me, went to the back looking for my size, gave suggestions & gave me my space. And I left with what I came for

I've been in the store a few times with my family and everytime we've had a great experience with one of the sales representatives Neda. She's been very generous, soft spoken and helpful in choosing the right fit. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with the greatest item possible.

I've been in here a couple of times and have had a wonderful experience with an employee that goes out of her way to make sure you.leave there Happy. The employee is Maddie. Also the cashier. Not sure her name. Kudos to these 2.
