Extremely rude and unprofessional manager. We tried on a dress that was priced incorrectly along with 3 other identical ones that were also priced incorrectly at the store and we overheard the manager blame us for price changing. Absolutely disgusted with the conversation. We were willing to pay the higher price but after that conversation, I felt gross being at the store. To the racist manager on that shift, I hope you learn a thing or two on how to communicate in front of customers so that no one ever has to experience that. The lady that helped us was very kind and helpful. We decided to buy the dress online because we couldn’t stand in that store for another second.

I did not like the management of this store, everyone seemed in a hurry and when I asked one of the subordinates, she said, the manager is an unprofessional woman, and always gives such a hard time to all staff members.
I can imagine, it does not belong to me. Although, this might help their senior management to have a review of what is going on with all team members here.

I like the service offered at the Laura shop at Square One in Mississauga, Ontario. That, along with the variety and quality available, makes it my go to place.
