This is a well-established Canadian chocolate brand. In fact, their ice cream is really good, smooth and not too sweet

This location stopped providing recyclable ice cream paper cups as alternative to cones for ice cream. Reducing choice especially for people with issues eating cones isn't progressive, enlightened or woke. I'll go to the competing ice cream store in the mall until they bring back paper cups for their ice cream. This is a real world example of go woke, go broke.

Second opportunity I have given this store. Every item I bought today was the same as as my last experience.stale and old. I bought an individually wrapped buttercream Easter egg, and the centre was rock hard. I threw out all four small items by the Shoppers Drug Mart. Nothing made it home, except the caramel candies in a metal can. When I did get home, I looked at the dates. It was produced in 2021 and set to expire in two weeks. Never again.lost a customer.

This location always seems to have problems with staffing levels. There is always one person working even on busy days. There’s never a manager on duty seems like the worker can’t even take their breaks or go use the washroom because there’s no one to replace them without having to close the store. Unfair for the employees who work here alone and sometimes end up having to work all day if someone else doesn’t show.

If you are a fan of sugar-free and low-calorie chocolates, I suggest you don't miss this place, you can even buy beautiful packages of chocolates as a gift.

Used to go to Laura Secord when I was a kid 10+ years ago, so I'm glad they have a location at Markville again. The prices have remained reasonable despite the pandemic and inflation and the classic flavours are still here and remain solid options. Ordered a double scoop of Super Kid and the server gave a very good amount.
