The Aquafit classes helped me get mobile & in condition to do more intense workouts after 3+ years of the sedentary plandemic

Josie is a wonderful instructor (aquafit & various fitness) in any class she leads! She's enthusiastic & fun.has good music choices & shifts things so it's never boring! She clearly loves what she does & cares!

Patty the Zumba instructor is sooo fun too! Great music! Gets my energy & mood up every time! My only & FAVE social dancing in this town! I look forward to it every week!

I have some joint issues from past injuries & find it easy enough to modify for low impact in any class-even the Step n Sculpt & Zumba & I still get a good sweaty workout!

The 2 hr limit for parking is a drag.if I do aquafit & some laps.there isn't time to squeeze in a sauna session nor a shower.unless I wanna pay extra pkg / get a ticket just to fit in a shower post workout

Speaking of the sauna.the sauna is never hot enough despite numerous member requests to increase the heat

Would love it if at least one of the studios had a big tv so we could do some of the Y's virtual classes when there is no live fitness classes!

Not the nicest looking building (super sterile cold industrial brutalist style-inside & out) but it's clean, most of the staff is friendly & welcoming & makes you feel comfortable no matter what shape you're in!

The Y has become my 2nd home & I'm grateful for that!

Amazing Gym for students of Conestoga Brantford campus. I got to use it twice and I enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna. I however don't find it convenient that It's free during the semester (when u dont use it much as your busy with classes all day). And we have pay during our 4 months summer break (when we are free and have nothing to do) it would be great if we got to use it during our break as well

I love the pool on the weekends, playing fun music and a good community feel. The change rooms are nice and the gym area has lots of youth but still respectful culture and a good variety of exercise machines.

Well maintained equipment and nice staff, however they will close the family change rooms without notice for summer camps.the only notice given is on the online schedule, which only notes a pool closure rather than changing room closure in the day.not so great if you and your family left stuff in the locker prior to closing.please just put a physical sign outside the family changing room that says "closed from 1: 00pm to 5: 00 pm" on the day of closure or something.otherwise this would be a four or five star review.

Was alright but very expensive even under a subsidy, now you have to take your parking ticket in for tokens, I usually leave it in the car so it doesn't get lost. Ridiculous policies

Black mould drain flies urine stains in premium change rooms equipment in need of repair for 2 months now!

The place is a great facility for all ages. As a new parent our son can enjoy all the different amenities from the time he’s 1 till he’s 18. With a pool, sauna, and gym it’s an optimal place to relax and enjoy yourself.
They are even promoting one free weeks trial to assimilate yourselves within.

Monique at the help desk helped me register my son for a membership. She was very kind, patient, and super helpful! Thank you for the pleasant experience:)

Amazing new gym not even 5 years old at the time of writing this. Has been closed through the entirety of covid and can't wait for it to open up again

Love going to the gym. Staff are so friendly. Covid restrictions are great. Feel very safe going in.
