I had an eye exam by Dr Lim, she was amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. Then Noora assisting me to select my frames, she was very professional, kind, and very helpful. She made me have a seamless experience from start to finish. Well done Noora.

Amazing service. It is my entire family's go to place, for all their eyeware needs. Very friendly, and Samar is an excellent person to deal with. He has looked after my baby daughter to my 100 year old father. He is very easy going and knowledgeable.

What I appreciated the most in this clinic was the quality and care for the customer. In addition to that, the price of my new glasses were reasonable compared to other clinics, especially for the elderly. I highly recommend visiting this clinic.

Got my eye exam here with Dr. Bashir Hussain, Dr. Bashir is always great, clear and concise, patient to answer any questions you may have. All the staff here are amazing. I lost my pair of glasses in Montreal and needed new ones. Alex helped me out with choosing one out of the two pair of glasses I bought and I couldn't be happier with the selection. Can't wait to wear these.

I have been dealing with Laurier optical for the past 5 years. The staff team is a pleasure to do business with. They ensure that your glasses are a perfect fit to your face and answers any questions you may have. They are patient, knowledgeable, friendly and always have a smile when serving my family and I. Yesterday April 25,2022 when visited this store I had the worst customer experience. I'm a senior and needed progressive glasses. There was 2 salespeople on the floor. 1 quickly exited to the back of the store and the other pointed me where the men's glasss were. Then I was left totally on my own.no help eextended.they totally ignored my needs.they also informed me that no opticians were available until Tuesday. I really was left on my own. Shame Laurier Optical for this poor client service. These employees (guy and a girl) should be reprimanded and offered better training. The guy who disappeared to the back should be fired as he left his colleague alone on the cash. And left me alone trying to figure out my eye glasses needs.

Exceptional service! I went in for an eye exam and within seconds was greeted by Erin. She was so lovely and personable. Sam later helped me choose a new pair of glasses. He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my selection. If you are looking for a great selection on glasses which are also reasonably priced and friendly, knowledgeable staff I highly recommend this store to anyone.

This location is honest in regards to pricing for glasses. My sons' and I get our prescription glasses in a timely manner. The staff is very courteous towards us anytime we visit for a new pair of glasses, they do not try to upcharge for features already included when you purchase lenses. They will not give you those additional features you have to pay extra for with your glasses unless you ask for it.

The entire team is fantastic. My eye exam was top notch, and glasses came back promptly. Staff went the extra mile getting them adjusted well and they look and fit great. Thank you!

Awesome shopping and purchasing experience. Staff was great and recommended lots of frame styles for the perfect fit. The best price of any store I checked too!

Abhorrent customer service. Issues with administration staff and management. The manager ‘could not confirm my appointment with the optometrist’ via the phone, so when I showed up for my appointment, I updated my contact information for this to not happen again. I then booked a contact lens fitting appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to be told the manager (the only person in the store with the ability to do a contact lens fitting) had ‘left the store for two hours’, because they were unable to reach me via phone to confirm my appointment. I explained that I had already updated my contact information two weeks prior. The receptionist called the manager, and ‘passed the phone to me’ so I could be told directly that I would have to wait until 6pm when she returns back to her workplace to do the contact lens fitting. Unfortunately, since I had made my appointment at 4pm and booked a babysitter for that time, I am unable to stay at the mall for two hours to wait for the manager to return to the store to do her job. I will not be purchasing anything from Laurier Optical in the future as a result of this, and will urge anyone looking for sane customer service to do the same.

Save your money and avoid this place. The customer service is beyond rude and not welcoming whatsoever. Was so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service that I left the store and went across the mall to purchase my frames and lens from one of Laurier Opticals competitors and I received superb customer service! Frames are not cheap and to receive such poor service i’d rather spend my money elsewhere and as someone who works in retail I’m disappointed with how this branch is run. Do better.

This store is the closest to my house and u must say this store the awesome compare to other stores in the area. Reasonable pricing, the staff is very down to earth and the doctor is very professional and friendly. I recommended many family members to this store.

Absolutely loved everyone here! I had a lot of trouble finding frames that worked for me and they searched through every single pair, eventually finding a pair of sunglass frames and popped out the lenses! I highly recommend this place.

Their selection of cute and fashionable glasses is beyond compare. I've been customer for over 6 years and have never been disappointed.
