Everything about the Laurier Optical Kemptville team is top shelf - from my first phone conversation with Tina to book my latest eye exam with Dr. Poplove, to delivery of my new glasses 10 days later. The entire team is professional, great sense of humour, friendly and very accommodating. I've been a client for many years and would never go anywhere else. I appreciate that the team on the retail side are always so helpful, and somehow find frames that I feel comfortable wearing. Never the same style twice, they help me to think broadly and choose the right thing every time. I can't recommend them enough - and as I discovered when my puppy kindly dismantled my last pair of glasses one morning, their no-charge after service is terrific too. They would not accept any payment to re-build my specs in minutes that morning. Grateful for the medical side of the house (Dr. Poplove always nails the prescription) and the retail side, wonderful people to have right here with us, close to home. Thank you all!

Today I spoiled myself to an eye exam and much needed glasses at Laurier Optical in Kemptville. The exam was thorough and pleasant and the staff very helpful, assisting me with frames that suit my needs and personality perfectly.
