Barely any cheese and toppings on pizza, prices are up there and quality has gone down drastically.

For one, the pizza is great, but what makes this place better is the amazing service that the team provides every day. The owner has a heart of gold, and the pizza, once again, is great.

Worst pizza ever seen in my life and they service is so bad and well done and dips are bad

Worst pizza store. The dipping was also expired. The chicken on the pizza was not fresh. Totally waste of money.

Extremely expensive, non tasty experience,

My friend took me to try their Samosa poutine. It was bomb. Burst of flavours and such a creative fusion snack. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this place. So many toppings to choose from and the samosas are VERY good.

Always have good experience with this place. Always my favourite. Its quick fast and so delicious. I usually call them in advance to let them know my order and its always ready on time with smile on their coworkers face.

Had an amazing shawarma pizza. Service was really nice, called in forward when he was about to arrive. And time was reasonable as well 30-40 mins. Amazing job

There was a minor mistake with my order but the manager/boss dealt with it for me no problem. He's very nice and accommodating.

I had a very bad experience today. I went there and ordered for a large shawarma pizza. The owner suggested me to have a desi sauce instead of the regular shawarma sauce as the base. I waited there for 20 minutes. I didn’t see any of the people preparing the pizza or the pizza coming out. From no where the owner told me the pizza was ready. When I opened the box it was thin crust and he told me that this is the regular crust. After I repeatedly complained he told me he will make a new one. He asked me to wait in the car. I came back and took the new pizza and when I reached home and had the pizza the crust was too old. I still doubt he has given me someone else pizza.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I used to work in pizza shops earlier so I realized the change. So please don’t do this to a common man. We all work hard and earn the money. This is absolutely unethical.

Very good blend on indian taste on other cuisine. We had samosa poutine and it was delicious. They offer a very good qty for the price.

Pizza took over an hour to be delivered. I live within 5 mins of the store, it also arrived cold my wife and I are quite disappointed, we Will not be ordering from here again.

They cannot handle more than one basic thing. They ALWAYS Mess up orders. The pizza is meh. They mess up they make you pay anyway. I ordered a walk in pepperoni pizza, garlic fingers and a shwarma wrap. They called back to verify. Repeated multiple times still messed up. Two pizzas and one a shawarma. They mess up everytime there is more than one thing i learned that long ago but obvi i thought they learned. They didnt. The only tome the owner cared was when i asked for a poutine and got a shwarma cause it was more money. Other times i ordered things that didn't come as my son told me but too late. They make things no return of money even if its their fault. I literally hate this junk hole. Odd time its a good pizza. Trash

Open late! Very busy late on a week night but still got my pizza made fast and good. Decent pricing. Friendly and obviously taking pleasure in providing a good pizza. I haven't tried enough places around town yet to be able to compare. But we noticed that it tasted very good like high quality ingredients and expert preparation.

I love the pizza wings are thick and the poutine is really good.the pizza is Delicious.im a meat lover guy

I love that this place is open late (2am I think some nights) because my usual shift ends at 10: 30 and by the time I get out the door for food it's usually 11 and very little is open for me to get some late dinner.
My first visit I tried the Samosa poutine concoction I saw on their site and it was quite the feast! My only complaint is that the pricing is a little um, arbitrary-i was quoted a different price than I saw on the site, which I was ok with (I think $1 more, figured site needed updating.
BUT when I went to pay, the amount was different again (yes, I'm aware there's yes, but that doesn't turn 11.99 into almost $18.00.
I was hungry so I didn't even notice until later, but I see no explanation for the $6 price jump. I noticed a few others had issues like this here.
I plan to give them another chance because my meal WAS really good.but I don't like sudden price changes either.
Get your menus and site prices sorted out if need be, but don't expect your customers to just pay whatever you feel like charging that day.

I order the pizza and chicken wings, really appreciate the service and food was mouth watering and super delicious.

Samosa poutine from this place is to die for, 1 large poutine is enough for 2 people. There is no place for dine-in so we enjoyed it outside on our car bonnet.

I been calling this lava pizza for a long time. I have notice the Arab guy charges us different amount every time. One time I have paid $25.00 just for a large pizza. Today I called he wanted $47.00 for a large pizza and wings. I will never go to this location again. I called the other location on main west the same deal is for $40.00 this Arab guy is a rip off and a thief.

This is the best pizza in Hamilton. And the only restaurant I'll miss now that I've moved away Great food Great service. The owner is such a sincere genuine person who loves all his customers

Lava pizza was good few years ago but now they change the quality of the food is not good before they use to make good pizza and put proper stuffing on the pizza now they are so cheap

Called in my order and it was done very close to the estimated time. Very good quality pizza and the cheesy sticks we're super cheesy. Definitely going back

The delivery toke way to long I had to call 6 times to ask them where the driver was. When I called I asked them the lady kept saying “I’ll call, I’ll call (the driver) ” after the six time he finally came. Once I got the food it was Below average, my shawarma poutine was completely covered in sauce. Now usually extra sauce is good but in this case, it covered. THE WHOLE THING, I couldn’t even see the fries or the Shawarma. All I saw was red and white, honestly never again will I get from this place.
