Lavish Cupcakes

My family and I had been loyal customers for many years as my sister is allergic to nuts but we recently had an experience that has lost us as customers permanently. We have always purchased the cakes and cupcakes and were happy. I even had them do my wedding cake. We decided to try the cookies for Christmas and they were quite expensive but we figured they must be quite good to justify the relatively high price. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that some of the cookies were simply store-bought Oreos covered in icing and the others tasted very low quality and stale. I reached out via email to the owner and was quite let down to find that she was defensive instead of understanding. This experience and the subsequent lack of customer service has made my family and I to decide to no longer be patrons of Lavish Cupcakes after many years.

My boss gets these cupcakes for us and I've always enjoyed them. I went today to get cupcakes for my friend and the owners were so lovely. The cupcakes are fantastic, the cake itself is moist and tasty and the icing is the perfect texture. Its hard to find a good cupcake so these are more than worth the price to me. I'll definitely be back!

Tried to place an online order twice through the online form. Never heard back. I tried for 2 separate occasions, the instagram says no DM so how to you expect customers to reach you if you don't answer your phone?

I love walking into Lavish, everyone there makes you feel like family. Always kind and helpful. I ordered, picked up and enjoyed a delicious cake with lemon and raspberry filling for my in-laws anniversary. It was AMAZING! Thank you Chris, for working along side and guiding me when i had questions! Thank you for all your hard work!

I don’t like icing or cupcakes AT ALL, busy lavish is the only cup cake I will eat, icing is outstanding!

Pre pandemic I ordered a custom cake for my husbands birthday. It was pretty pricey but with their reputation I thought it would be worth it. Honestly it tasted just like any cake from a local grocery store. The presentation looked good though. But the kicker was that they wouldn’t deliver the cake for me to a restaurant literally across the street (that’s where his party was) and they closed too early for me to pick it up. So they said they paid a delivery person to delivery it. $60 to cross the street? Come on. I wouldn’t never have order it had I known. Greedy!

I have been ordering cupcakes from Lavish for over 10 years for all my special occasions. The quality has always been amazing and customer service is always warm and inviting. Love Pina Colada!

Totally worth the hype! I used to go all the way downtown Toronto to get prairie girl cupcakes. I came across Lavish cupcakes after a friend of mine referred me to them. I will never get cupcakes anywhere else and I have also referred all of my friends from all over the GTA!
