She left my nails so messy and sticky after I asked them to fix it multiple times. If you want nails that look cheap this is definitely the place to go.

This was my first time getting acrylics and had nothing but great thoughts, as my nails were getting done i noticed unfiled spots around my nails which don’t look good, the nail polish designs are faded and should be more pigmented on the nail. On corners of my nails there are excess of the nail the should be filed off. I love the nails but quite disappointed.

This place has the worst service. I can in and opted to do waxing and brows.the staff did nothing but was not trained as well. Did not shape my brows at all. Just removed one or two Hair here and there. My room in which I was having waxing was left open just because the ac was not working. There was one who came and did my hands and after some time someone else came and started doing my other hand hashly which was very impatient as if they just want to complete their work. Also they accept on cash no cards. And ask people to access the atm in their. Store which charges additional charge on withdrawal

Out of all the nail salons I have gone to.not to disrespect any other but this place has the best atmosphere. The quality and and detail above 10 out of 10! The 1st time I went. Was the day of my wedding taking a risk with a new place left Me speechless with how beautiful and perfect my nails were. I had absolute compliments then and every time After I get my nails done there! Highly recommend!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and super skilled. The only place my daughter and I go.

The pedicure was nice however the man who did my pedicure pulled on my cuticle rather than snipping and it has caused a very bad infection. I will need antibiotics. I don't recommend this salon if you have ingrown nails.

Today I call I have appointment was very nice place to do my nails super recommended stuff super nice very welcome very professional.

I was a faithful customer for 2 years.
They did amazing work.best salon I've ever found in multiple cities. Went every two weeks or so to get a fill. Then one day, I got yelled at and told to go somewhere else because the one person working was stressed and overwhelmed and decided to take it out on me. I'm so sad, hurt and disappointed since they've always been so wonderful with their work and kind about my physical disabilities.

I showed up out of the blue to get a
nail fixed and they were so welcoming and fast! They were very professional and friendly as well! Highly recommend!

The service provided was excellent. There was attention to detail and my hands look beautiful, despite a simple service. Clean and welcoming, easy to park.

Smaller spot seemed to be overbooked when I went, No separated waiting area. Nice people did my nails nice but lack of colours.

Rushed service and then got an infection. Doctor said it was due to unclean tools for a pedicure. Will not be coming back

The staff at Lavish are the most detailed and proficient nail technicians I have ever encountered. My nails always look great and last until I’m ready for a trim and a change. I’ve been coming here for 2 years and will keep coming back. Thank you Lavish team!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here. Our nails turned out exactly like we wanted. True professionals! We will definitely be back.

I generally don’t leave reviews but unfortunately I was very disappointed in the service here, especially considering when I asked to pay debit the lady literally rolled her eyes at me (and I still left a generous tip)

My usual place was busy so I thought I’d try closer to home. Upon arrival I was unsure where to even go as the shop isn’t set up well and I felt I couldn’t step more than 2 feet in the door. After some direction I chose my colours and sat for pedicure, the hot towels were nice but the rest of the service was rushed. There was no removal of hang nail or in depth scrubbing of feet, which should be included. After this was manicure with another tech. Again, felt rushed but otherwise seemed ok at first, however within 2 days of leaving the salon almost half of my nails were chipped. I was out of the city on vacation the day after the service and couldn’t go in to have fixed. (Not that I should have to) Shellac should last way longer than that. By day 5 I had to remove all polish as most of my nails were peeling off and getting stuck in my hair when I washed it or put it up.
