We had a great experience in this clinic. During my mom’s appointment, all of the staff were very nice and approachable. The clinic is very neat and tidy. The equipments were all up to date and clean. Special thanks also to the receptionists/front desk. They were very nice to us from booking the appointment to the date of the said appointment. I whole-heartedly recommend this facility.

The Technician are knowledgeable but the admin people (Filipino) are too Loud talking and they are speaking in Tagalog, so unprofessional. It gives me a headache while waiting to my son. Hoping next time if they can talk not to much loud.

The clinic is clean and the staff are professional, the only complaint is that you normally have to wait even though you arrive on time.

Some women whi working there so rude with the pregnant womens Im not recommend This Clinic.

I saw similar reviews about a rude technician and I even can copy paste them as mine as they are so real and exactly the same happened to me. But clearly the clinic is ignoring all comments and let this lady continue to harm unlucky patients.

I went for a follow up ultrasound, pelvic and internal. The technician was extremely and unbelievably rude and careless I had this done many times before and no technician was ever like her. She didn’t took the normal approach other technicians take during internal vaginal ultrasound, moving the device without letting me know in advance, she yeled at me the whole time and I was shocked and speechless.once the ultrasound was finished, she denied me to handover some Kleenex for cleaning myself and wanted me to clean with some craft paper wich was very humiliating.

I hand no issues with their receptionists.

Had an ultrasound at this place a couple of weeks back and Yasmine was really really great. She was very gentle and thorough during the examination.

I don’t usually write reviews but this is an exception. The visit and experience was FANTASTIC. Got a same-day appointment for neck ultrasound at short notice. The reception staff was warm and friendly. Helped me check in quickly and got me inside almost immediately. The technician performing the ultrasound was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Asked me specific questions and did a thorough check and procedure. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was seeing and kept guiding me on what she was doing every step of the way. Got the results the same day and even got my images sent to me almost immediately on requesting.
Definitely recommend going here

I was here today; terrified as my gp asked me to do a transvaginal ultrasound urgently. The receptionist was extremely rude. She was not even letting me finish my sentence; she was cutting me off, then acting frustrated everytime I asked a question. She told me they can't do it today, earliest is next Tuesday. I asked her when can I expect the reports; she held her head between her hands acting frustrated and making me stop midway. Then she told me "how can I discuss report without test? " I again asked her i am asking abt what is the usual timeline; then she replied 1 to 2 business days. The n she was telling to drink water before the test; after she finished I asked any need for fasting? To that she replied "why? Your doctor gave tranvaginal, not abdomen.look at the paper". A simple yes/no would suffice! I am neither a doctor nor a technician; this is my first time. I dont know the requirements and i am not required to! And why won't you let the patient talk? ! There was not like a big line for patient. Except two waiting patients, there was no one! If the recieption is like this, I am afraid how the rest procedure would go. If possible, if i find any else nearby, I wont go there anymore

Everyone is amazing! The place is very clean and new! Staff are so great and pay attention in each detail. I will definitely do all my tests here.

My ultrasound technician was really nice! She was not only kind and patient, but her skill was professional. She hear me out about painful my previous experience, and she comfort me. I was appreciate her that she displayed ultrasound thoroughly not to miss anything without giving me any discomfort. I want to get ultrasound from her next time as well. Thank you Miss Yasmin T.

I have been pleased with the service from this place - UP UNTIL NOW!

I fell and injured my wrist. I went here for an x-ray. Getting tired of waiting for the result, I went to Sunnybrook Hospital for an x-ray and assessment and was told the wrist was fractured and needed a cast.
Later that day, I was told by my doctor after she had received a call from Lawrence Bathurst X-RAY THAT MY WRIST WAS FINE - NOT FRACTURED.

I am very glad that I pursued the Sunnybrook route as I am a pianist and who knows what the result would have been if I had believed them.
I have lost faith here and would not recommend it.

One star is even more than they deserve, horrible greeting patient, terrible Front desk assistant. Very unprofessional and disrespectful assistant at front desk, the lady who doesn’t know even how talk to patients, horrible experience.

Your clinic is my to go to place if i need ultrasound and xray. I always have an amazing experience with your technicians as there all knowledgeable and very informative.some of your receptionist are great to deal with except for one.feb 19 2022i am very disappointed with my last visit at your clinic and probably the last one. I informed your receptionist that i will be 5-10 minutes late because i am stuck with traffic at the highway.she said it should be ok.by the time i get to your clinic she has a different story saying she told me IF YOU ARE FULLY BOOKED SHE WONT TAKE ME.which she never discussed with me when i called her 10 mins before.she made me looked like a liar infront of her colleagues by raising her voice and fingers pointing at me while explaining herself.i am fuming, if she mentioned to me ill be re scheduled instead I wouldn’t have come.i do not leave close to Bathurst and lawrence location but i do not mind going there to get my exam but this is out of line.i am a medical admin my self and this is not how to handle a situation.very disappointing and not coming back.her hair is short and kingki, dark brown skinned and wearing glasses.

Ultrasound technician was rude and had many inappropriate comments. She also commented on how I needed to hurry because she doesn't have time as if it were my fault following her instructions. Please treat your patients better.

My visit occurred during a snow fall that impacted travel. I share this because Nadine was extremely understanding and helped by taking steps to allow me to still maintain my appointment. She contacted other patients to see if they were able to make their appointments, or were not, and therefore allowing me to move my appointment. Given the nature of my test, I was not feeling well, and Nadine was very kind to again go above and beyond and find a creative solution to expedite my appointment. All the while I experienced a wonderful welcoming and carrying environment. Nadine embodied this, and so too did the other staff I interacted with. Equally the technicians I had the pleasure to interact with were very professional, efficient, and kind. I thank Nadine and the team at Lawrence Bathurst X-ray & Ultrasound.
