Amazing customer service. Andrew is the most friendliest worker. Waited a while but finished in an instance.

This is one of the worst offices I have had to deal with. Many staff members I have spoken with have bad attitudes. They seem to be annoyed that they had to answer the phone. Do they not like their job? I understand that many people in this office are overworked, but that does not justify being rude to vulnerable people who are in desperate need of support. I commend those who work hard and do not let the toxic attitude of others bring them down. I hope leading by example can rub off on their colleagues. I feel some people at this office need to learn how to communicate better, especially when dealing with vulnerable people.

One of the workers I was given was terrible. They never returned calls or emails. They did not show up to phone appointments, nor did they answer when I called. They took away financial benefits without explanation. They spread misinformation, one of which was that "clients who have addiction issues and disabilities can not go to school. " This is not true. Multiple people I talked to in the area have similar or worse stories, so I know this is not just a one-off.

I can not blame my worker for the hardships in my life, but they definitely made things worse when I needed support. I have had to ask for a new worker a half dozen times while on assistance. Each time, it has taken a while, but eventually, I end up with a good worker.

My new worker is great, a complete contrast from some previous ones. A great attitude, and they return calls and messages in a timely manner. They do a great job even though they are overworked.

I hope this review can be taken as constructive criticism. I am grateful for the work and support that goes on in these offices. I understand that some people on assistance can be quite difficult to deal with, but it is not everyone, and it goes both ways. I just felt like sharing some of my experiences. Ya you know those bad reviews you're reading. They're all true. This office uses uncleaned equipment from the 1970s. NEVER expect your calls to be returned. Want to go into the office to talk to a worker? Hope you brought a book and 2 hours of wait time with you. Have an emergency going on? Hope you brought a book and 2 hours of wait time with you.

This is the worst location ever, if you would like to be disrespected by workers, front desk workers and super visors then this is the place for you. I will be contacting Human Resources for what happened here.

Front desk has a brown guy there with messy hair from time to time. Dude is like superman, a true hero for the people.

This office has been a great help to me, specifically my case worker A. George. She has been tremendous in helping me with my career and more. Always ready to help, answer questions and offer any kind of support. I also want to thank her for inviting me to join the library program where they offer support with a laptop and internet. This was such a HUGE help in helping me get on the right track. Thank you A. George!

When you call them they are always rude they can't transfer u. I called in the lady was rude she just put me on hold for 5 min she never get back to me called back she never picked up my calls. Worst place

Case worker A. George a need to train again, she doesn’t even know refuge people can’t go out side of the Canada, and there is a lots transporting jobs in the Canada
