This dental office engages in unethical practices to maximize their profit. They perform unnecessary tests or X-rays based on your insurance coverage rather than your dental needs. They schedule you for four cleanings a year but reschedule your appointment to prioritize more lucrative clients. The front staff is friendly until you ask questions about your appointment. Frieda is nice but I’m very disappointed…

It was my first visit to the clinic and all went beyond my expectations. Always welcoming Chloe and Frieda… just love them. Dr Nick is a professional and very nice guy and so his assistants.

Lawrence West Dental (LWD) Is a high tech operation. I have been going to LWD for the past 5 years and I can honestly say it’s probably the best dental clinic in the GTA. LWD is headed by Dr. Nick Babatsikos and Frieda and associates providing exceptional customer service and professional dental work. From the moment you walk through the front doors and beautiful aesthetics you’re greeted with a friendly warm welcome by Frieda and Chloe at the front desk. I should mention that they’re very good at keeping the appointment time because it’s very important for us customers getting on with our busy day which is a plus. The dental hygienist (Alexa) is always very meticulous and attention to details cleaning, polishing and waxing very friendly and talk with you to make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Nick has performed some very professional dental work for me over the years such as fillings, root canals etc.his dentistry is second to none. Not only does Dr. Nick perform very professional dental work with care for his patients, his office is equipped with very high tech equipment brightly lit with white paint throughout and very clean. You can actually feel and smell the cleanliness. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and respectful. I will definitely recommend LWD.

I’ve been a customer for years and couldn’t think of any other dentist that I would trust. I travel for work and my schedule is all over the place and this guys go above and beyond with their flexibility. They sure love what they do, and it shows.

I’ve been coming to LWD for the past couple years. I was terrified of going to a dentist…. HOWEVER they made me feel so comfortable now I enjoy going there, it’s like a family environment… they make you feel so comfortable going there and don’t JUDGE YOU! They explain everything to you before they start and just make sure you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for an amazing dentist Dr. Nick is the dentist to go too. 5 stars is definitely not enough for this place. Highly highly recommend…. Don’t wait call them!

The minute you walk in you feel at home. Staff and hygienist is really nice, loving and respectful. Dr. Nick is the real deal, he restored my teeth to perfection. The ladies at the front are amazing! My husband couldn’t make it home in time to watch our kids. So I had no choice but to bring them with me which is never an easy task. With a 5 month old and 3 year old, off I went. The ladies at the front were so understanding and helpful. The one young lady turned on cartoons for my 3 year daughter. Then Frida watching my son and even helped feed him while I was getting a filling. She even sent “updates” on the computer to the Dr and his assistant to let me know my kids were ok. The Dr assistant was also amazing in reassuring me “hey these things happen sometimes”. Truly amazing experience for this momma to have some stress taken off of my shoulders.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nick's for 30 years and have always received excellent service and very polite staff. Many of my family members and friends are patients of Dr. Nik. Thanks to the family run business, they will treat you like family as well 10/10.

My family has been coming to Dr. Nick for almost 20 years. Always such great courteous service. Everyone is always so kind. Great with children! My kids are now grown but this was their first and only dentist. They were never frightened. This is because of Dr. Nick's and his staff's patience and care with children. Bright and clean facility. Love being able to watch TV during procedures.

I’ve been going to Dr Nick since I was a child and I absolutely adore this dental office and staff members. All covid protocols were followed and I was 100% comfortable the entire time. They’re efficient, helpful and have you walking out feeling like a million bucks. Thank you guys! ️

Booked an appointment as a new patient. Had dental cleaning but didn't have any feedback on findings. Dentist didn't even bother to come in to introduce self or discuss further treatments! Very disappointed - Paid $175 just for cleaning - out of pocket/no insurance.

Terrible place. Stay away. When you leave a bad review the Dentist's wife calls you up and harasses you to leave a good review. Now a few years on all the work they did has to be redone.

First time visiting this dental office and I must say I was so pleasantly surprised! It's the nicest dental office I've ever been to. From the warm greeting, cleanliness and beautiful aesthetic of the office, to the super friendly and knowledgeable staff, I can't say enough good words. My treatment was top notch from start to finish. Everything was explained in detail, and I felt cared for. Can't wait for my next appointment in November for some bonding!

Recently, I had a crown made for my front tooth (which is notoriously difficult to match), and when it came back not quite right, Dr. Nick and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my smile. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating with me throughout the entire process. I highly, highly recommend them.
