Lax Shack

We live in Saskatchewan and have order multiple times on line and have also visited the Store on a couple of occasions when we are visiting family in Toronto. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they have an excellent selection of products. They are always willing to help where ever they can.

Purchased a pair of cleats from the Lax Shack online. The Lax Shack said delivery would be 1 business day and gave me the delivery date so I paid for the expedited delivery.
The next day the delivery date got bumped to the next day.
The day after it got bumped to 5 days later.

Had I known it wouldn’t have been delivered i could have gone and picked it up myself.

Already an unpleasant experience before I even received the product.

Drove two hours. With the season right around the corner, it was busy. ONE person working on a Saturday. They had no field helmets in stock. You wouldn't know that from the website. So we tried to order one and the guy had no interest in helping. All he said was order it online. A massive waste of time and money to go there. Service sucks, and the stock is no better than your local store that sells hockey and baseball. The place is a joke.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great place for any thing Lacrosse related.
