Amazing middle eastern food and very large portions! I highly recommend the pizzas or maajanat. Chicken shawarma is also delicious.

I have been going to this restaurant for the past two years and it was really good and very reasonable, in the past few months they increased their prices. Today I went with a friend and we ordered:
1 hummus ($10)
1 tabuli ($13)
1 kebbah (3 little pieces maybe two bits that used to be big)
2 shisha ($22 and $23)
2 americano ($6)
2 diet soda ($6)
It bill came to $100 like really, hummus for $10 why? Soda for $3 each why. It was such a nice place to go and relax I guess not anymore, I could get a lot more for $100 somewhere else so very sad. We had to look and the bill as we were shocked.

Food was so bad and not fresh at all, it seems like reviews are fake, it was a very bad experience

We visit every now and then for shisha and food. The food is very creative and delicious. Tonight Laurine helped us with our experience and from the moment we entered the lounge I could tell our experience was enhanced because of her smile and fantastic personality. Very polite and nice. Lovely place to hangout n chill. Thank you Laurine:)

The food was awesome but the service was very slow it took to forever to all of us get their own food

The food was priced really affordable and the quality is amazing. Me and my friend ordered the dip trio, sweet potato fries, poutine, along with a beef shawrma wrap.

-The shisha I got was Gum mint with a milk base add on and the smoke was really think and it lasted very long. Phenomenal quality shisha!

Great food and service from the laymoon team, we like the trio of dips with bread a lot along with falafels, Lekaa from the team was awesome

My favorite Middle Eastern to go place as of this moment here in Canada. Great staff, delicious food, amazing shisha selections and reasonable price. Highly recommended!?

Worst costumer service ever. I was waiting for charcoal for over 20min while I asked for it from the staff 3 times

Could not wait to eat, apologies for the picture. I've been driving past this place and finally had a chance the other night. The pizza and the mix plate was. Delicious!

Went to Laymoon with my sisters tonight. Pretty empty, just a few people sitting at the tables and a whole bunch of young servers. We got a server, she took our appetizer order, brought bottled water, then disappeared. No one came to our table unless we called them. We sat there and waited and waited and no one came to take our main order. We called someone they took the order and then we didn’t get our food until 50 min later! The meat was good but the rice was mush and very over cooked! Again no one checked about the food or us. Had to get up and go ask for the bills and even that took forever! Very poor customer service! Will never go again or recommend! What a waste of time and money. A Len hour meal turned into a 3 hour meal. Never again!

We visited here tonight and the manager is so nice, he care about his customers a lot, the staff are really friendly but the food quality is normal, I’ll definitely visit this place again…

We asked for many plates they don’t have it they put it in the menu very very bad service the food we tried we can’t eat they have good manger he tried to change the food put we can’t eat their we travel 2 hours to eat there and we go to different restaurants don’t go there for food

This place is great. The staff are very friendly, and the food is amazing. You must try the charcoal grilled wings, so juicy. The service is fast. The shisha is also amazing. They use coconut charcoal which is great, and most importantly they keep changing the charcoal free of charge. Most places charge extra for coconut charcoal. They have both indoor dining and a patio. There is a big parking lot right in front of it. Don't forget to try the mint tea at the end.

Saba and Aru were very kind and funny. They made our experience a very great one. They were on top of everything and they made our night. The food and shisha are very good and vibe is great. No youth and teenage stuff. All patrons are mature and nice.

Laureen was my server for today I’ve been coming here for months and the service has always been a 10/10 the manager is super friendly along with his entire team the food is really good and their gum mint shisha is amazing I think I’ll always be a regular at this spot

Dear: Management, Staff And Customers, Let me start by saying I have given the restaurant a 5 star rating for all the good I have experienced their Alhamdulillah, and the love and respect I naturally have for Mahmoud the owner and his dear father and all the hard working friendly staff, in the past few weeks that I have come across an issue that I wanted to mention and it is very important for Management and staff for the customer service of the restaurant, I noticed few weeks ago I went to use the washroom and came back and realized the table had been given away, I informed the staff and said how can a customer leave without paying, specially a regular customer, and they told me it was a mistake and I gladly accepted that from them, Today I went their during the day it was not that busy and after being shown the table and sat for 30 minutes I realized noone is coming to take the order, I went to use the washroom and came back and saw the table had also been given away like last time on top of the 30 minutes wait and went to another restaurant close by and had a wonderful experience.
This type of service will only have implications on the business and not the customer, because the customer can always go to any other restaurant but the business cannot go to the customer, also the contribution from the customers goes towards cost and staff that is why customer service is such a great asset in any business, in no way does this reflect on my relationship with Mahmoud the dear owner which i have deep regards for or the great experiences I have had there, but definitely it does allow management to know what is happening with customer service.

Extremely salty food.we ordered 5 different foods. They were all extremely beyond standard use of salt (I am not sure if they used MSG)
They also made mistake for my order and gave my food to another table. I can understand mistakes. Extreme Salt I can not accept. I will never got to this restaurant even if they change their name, I would never go to this address.

So the 1 star is strictly for service. The food here phenomenal. Have no complaints about the food. However, unless you are Arab or friends with the staff you will get very poor service and that’s unfortunate. This is a place I would go back to or tell others about If it wasn’t for the poor service. Some of the staff can be rude as well. But that might be because we were not Arab or their friends ‍️

I came here to get a shawarma for takeout. Service was rather slow at 20 minutes to make a single chicken shwarma wrap. But, it was dinner time, so I guess that's understandable.

However, I was shocked to find that these people put no ingredients inside of the wrap except for chicken and a few measly pickles! Not even tahini or garlic sauce, making the already very dry chicken exceedingly dry. I can't say if this is "authentic" or not, but I much prefer the dozens of other locations that I've tried.

Ordered take out at the restaurant non rush hour time. While the food was prepared fairly quickly, the amount of food given was very little and was underwhelming. We were also given 5 breads and 4 knifes (no forks) - we ordered one salad and one dinner plate. Probably won't go back again.

Food is great, service was good to a point. Shisha is not good at all. They have one person full time running around changing coconut coals that are half lit. People do not understand when using these coals they have to he fully lit. Also we waited 30 min for a shisha which was ridiculous again one person running around (should be 3) the workers are amazing, very friendly.

We truly enjoyed everything! The service! The food! It was very authentic! Made me miss home! The Music! The Fresh baked bread! All was excellent! If you like middle eastern food you'd want to give Laymoon a try.

This is a middle eastern place, The food was ok, there is shisha and it is a smoking restuarant, food is mostly in small portions, salad each for 7$, beef skewer was good but very very small in portion for 8$, the pictures are from pizzas, they called it pizza but it was sort of a wrapped naan with cheese and beef, the shisha was good though, we had tea as well, the stars were for the service, they were late and forgot to bring bread for the skewers and we had to wait for a while and tell them again, changed the coil themselves once, there is buttons on the table for call the servers, mostly Arabic music was being played, overall not a bad experience except I think the place needs better air refreshing system and more careful servers.

Very good place and good service. Finaly a place like this on this side of town.

Sheesha was the best.knafa was great just needed more syrup.service and staff are super freindly and quick. Loved the atmosphere.felt like one of the cafes/restaurants in the middle east.
They also had a live singer.he was amazingggg.great voice.only thing he needs more song varierty from diffrent Arabic countries.he was singing one style of songs only.but overall loved the place. Would definitely recommend it.

New place. Attended as a fairly large group and we were accomodated very well by our servers. The service was quick and efficient. Excellent food & even better shisha. Plus AMAZING service! Will definitely be heading back!

The food is ridiculously delicious by Chef Ibrahim. The environment and atmosphere is incredible. The staff are courteous and polite. The owners are experienced and are fantastic inspirational individuals that serve as excellent role models for future entrepreneurs. Well done.

I would say, this place is a surprise for me. I came all the way from downtown Toronto to meet one of my friends, and I could say comfortably that I will come over again and again. Service is very friendly and food is a big nice surprise. Manakeesh beef and Manakeesh cheese is something that made very nicely, authentic taste and I'm very very happy with taste and presentation. Shisha is served with food where makes you having all options at one place. The restaurant itself is a nice place to spend time at.
Mahmoud, the owner is very welcoming and great hospitality.
Recommended place indeed and deserves more than 5 stars. Please keep it it up guys at the same level.

Staff very friendly. Food very fresh and delicious. Pita bread freshly baked. Owner promised to start serving whole wheat pita at our next visit. Plenty of parking. Definitely will return.

What an lovely menus well presented but it come to the taste try every items they are amazing taste and presentation.severs are so attentive and care for us although we are a group of 6.
Real shisha taste you feel and taste all the spirit such mint and double apple.

We came here by accident and decided to give it a try, the food was really good and the service was fast and friendly. Maybe it wasn't an accident but fate instead.

This place really impressed me. I came here from Mississauga because I heard good things about it, and they’re all true! Food is amazing. I tried the chicken and beef shawarma mix plate and it was so good! Very family friendly and 100% would recommend!
