My wife and I bought our new Brinkley Z3100 (one of the first in North America- ser #000018) from Wil at Layzee Acres and couldn't be happier with the Service that we have received (and Wil's patient demeanor)! Not only are we ecstatic about the Brinkley fifth wheel coach but we are pleasantly surprised at the high level of Service received from Lucas and his Service Staff! The trailer has been brought in multiple times for warranty work and each time, we have received top notch Service from a group of knowledgeable people who have worked very hard to ensure that we are 100% satisfied each and every time! I understand that these folks move a ton of trailers but the after sale support (which is what I was most interested in) seems to be bang on with Luc overseeing Service operations- they are lucky to have him! It seems there are multiple family members now involved in the day to day operations of the Company which has clearly raised the bar and created for a better overall experience. Because of this, we can honestly say without reservation that we would return to Layzee Acres again in the future to acquire our next trailer. It seems these "big boy toys" have become more expensive than ever before and as such, it is especially important to make the right decision from the get go and align yourself with an organization that can confidently fulfill, support and Service the acquisition. We are thankful we found Layzee Acres earlier this year!

Overall the deal was good start to finish. There was great communication throughout. The salesperson, Will was very good in answering all our questions and showing us around to different units. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because the unit was delivered to our park dirty. Inside had muddy footprints, that is not what we viewed and signed for when we did our walk through, and the outside of the unit was not clean, so that should be addressed for a full great customer experience. Thank you for providing the rest of the experience, we hope to enjoy our unit for many years to come. I will do an update if our unit ever needs service or warranty repair as we have an extended 4 year warranty so I will review about that experience if/when the time comes.

Absolutely the worst place to deal with…. They are great and pushy when you want to purchase from them, but the moment the paperwork is signed, they don’t care anymore when issues arise with the trailer, days after you buy it. They definitely got the name right…. Layzee! Buyer beware! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Wonderful experience. We went in with a wishlist and Josh was able to show us several different options to meet our needs. He took his time explaining all the various aspects, and we did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He was happy to answer all of our questions. It was a simple, easy process and we ended up with exactly what we were looking for! The purchase process and follow up has also been quick and easy. Thanks Josh and team! Highly recommend.

This is the second trailer we have bought from Layzee Acres and both times have been great. We have bought both trailers from Will. Will is always following up with any questions we might have and not pressuring us like most sales people. We are very excited to pick up our new Jayco Eagle. We purchased an Alliance Paradigm 382 RK trailer from Lazyee Acres in the beginning of October and the sales department was absolutely amazing with us! They are ordering us a new 2023 model and a delivery date of late October! Kelly our sales rep was always very prompt to return our calls or emails us any and all information. The service department is keeping us update on warrant And extended warranty options and answering all of our questions! This purchase has been a great experience with Layzee Acres!

I thought it was going to be impossible to tick my boxes on a trailer and keep the wife happy. Being able to freely roam their lot and go in and out of trailers 5 and 6 times without a sales person tagging along led us to settle on a unit that we are both happy with. When we had a question Cornel was very helpful. Now the wait to pick it up and store it for the winter. Layzee Aces loses one point for the high down payment required (2000) which causes one to use a credit card.

Brandon was extremely helpful throughout the process of choosing a travel trailer to suit both our needs and our restrictions. On our first visit, he spent time walking around in the rain showing me various trailers and explaining their relative pros and cons. On the second visit he recalled the limitations without prompting and advised in a thoughtful and professional manner. He was willing to take the time required to both offer suggestions and to explain what was most suitable for our stated needs. Once we finally selected the trailer, he quickly drew up the paperwork and we were on our way in mere minutes. Thank you Brandon for providing us with a positive experience at Layzee Acres RV but remember that I will be back to haunt you if anything should go wrong. LOL

Absolutely horrible. This place has the worst customer service ever. Bought a top of the line trailer from them last year. Used it once, because it's a seasonal gig.and then came to this year, had a malfunctioning touch screen that controls all of the levelling system, with no manual capabilities. Reached out to them 4 days after the 1 year warranty, which is a joke to begin with, apparently expired and they won't warranty it. They want a service call issued at $140 plus HST an hour. What a joke. Go where they actually care about their customers and value their continued business.

We received a recall notice for our 2020 Grand Design for an electrical issue. I contacted the Service Department and was given a service appointment for the following week. The repair required the refrigerator to be moved forward 18" to inspect and replace / repair the 110 volt wiring if necessary.

I dropped the trailer off at 8 am and was notified at noon that the inspection had been completed.

Thanks to Layzee Acres Service for a job well done.

We had a great experience buying our new GD Momentum 5th wheel at Layzee Acres. Everyone was super nice and the process was quick and efficient. Upon pickup, we ended up not being able to have our hitch installed onto our truck due to a manufacturing issue with the truck frame, so they hand delivered it a few days later. They've been in communication a couple times asking about our experience, and any missing parts or broken items found during PDI were addressed quickly. Thanks Layzee Acres!

We are very disappointed with Lazee Acres, from time of purchase until now with poorest service I have experienced in a very long time. And they don’t seem to care. We should have left when they didn’t have time to see us at our scheduled time, we waited in the cold for 45 min!
We purchased our New Grand Design trailer in February and we’re “guaranteed “ delivery for May long weekend. This of course didn’t happen, we were then given the run around being told it was in Priority shipping parking lot, well not very high priority as it took a few more phone calls, trailer finally available end of June.
4th day of use the fridge/freezer stopped working. We took to the service dept.they confirmed that it needed to be replaced! But we would have to pick up the trailer or pay $30 per day, now 3weeks later they have a new unit for us but they can’t install until September 11! How is this even considered acceptable on a brand new unit.
I will never recommend this company to anyone. 1 star is being very generous!

Everything went smoothly. We bought our new trailer without seeing it. We thought the whole process was well organized from the paper work to actually picking it up. The young man doing the final inspection was very polite and considerate. We left with the trailer and by the time we got home there was a message on the phone that he had forgot to put the sewer and water hose in the trailer. If we could not come back, they would mail it to us. I emailed them the next day and got an early morning call saying it would be shipped the next day. We would recommend Layzee Acres as a must to vist.

Very unpleased with Layzee Acres services. We heard all sorts of bad reviews about their service but I had also read a lot of good things so we decided to go ahead with purchasing a trailer from them. We purchased a brand new 2021 jayflight and picked it up on Friday August 6th. What should've been an exciting a fun day was nothing but disappointment and anger. When we got to the pick up yard, we were told due to COVID the techs could not walk thru with us and they had already done a walk thru to make sure everything was in working order. The techs proceed to tell us we were welcome to take a look and ask with any questions. When me and my spouse had questions we were told they could not show us how it works as they were not aloud in the trailer but that there was manuals in the kitchen drawer for when we get home to help us. Their Tech Jeff was the one that walked thru and signed off everything was working. We hooked up to the trailer and homebound we went. 40 minutes later, we were home setting up the trailer with all our essentials as we were planning to using it for the weekend, turned the A/C however it would not work. From 10 am Friday August 6th to 11am Monday August 9th, neither one of us could get ahold of anyone. Once we finally got a hold of the service department, they told us it was NOT a priority to have A/C and we would have to wait until September to get it in for service. I would understand this if it was a used trailer or if we had the trailer for a few weeks but we literally picked it up and it did not work. The trailer tanks were full of coolant still and the trailer was no cleaner than it was when it was at the sales yard. I don't understand how a trailer could be PDI'd and have a full walk thru by the techs yet the A/C doesn't work. Save your $60,000 dollars and go to another RV store. So disappointed with the service we were just provided, kind of a slap in the face after spending $60,000 on a brand new trailer and $2,500 at their store buying supplies and a generator.

I would like to take the opportunity to amend the below posted review. Felix Geisser the General Manager of Layzee Acres reached out to me and was an absolute professional gentleman. He was completely understanding and very apologetic regarding our situation. He very quickly offered an acceptable resolution to our problem. Not only did Mr. Geisser financially compensate us for an RV power cord that was missing; he compensated us for our time spent cleaning the trailer after delivery. This was a very fair and acceptable offer. Mr. Geisser also extended the offer for me to deal with him directly,
should there be any other issues. Thank you again Mr. Geisser, you were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Based on this, I would have no problem recommending Layzee Acres.

My wife and I purchased a used travel trailer from Layzee Acres RV Sales on May 2,2021. At the time of purchase we pointed out how dirty the interior of the trailer was along with the outdoor kitchen. We were assured by the Sales Representative that this would be noted and the trailer would be spotlessly cleaned as part of the dealer preparation. We took delivery of the trailer on June 5,2021. The interior and outdoor kitchen had not been cleaned at all. There was sunflower seeds that someone had clearly spit into a storage compartment, "Goldfish "crackers stuffed behind the pullout couch and pet hair all over the sofa cushions. Given that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, we thought that cleanliness would be a priority. I contacted Layzee Acres 3 days ago and left a voice message. There has not been a return call. I sent a detailed email to the Sales manager and Sales representative 2 days ago. There has been absolutely no confirmation or any acknowledgement of our complaint. It certainly appears that Layzee Acres RV Sales is only interested in taking your money. We are completely disappointed and dissatisfied with their terrible customer service. We would never recommend this business to anyone.

Not recommend.
I put deposit on a Open Range 20MB April this year with ETA Mid Jun to pick up. On Mid Jun I didn't hear any update so I sent email to Josh my salesman, he didn't reply but just forwarded it to Thomas another sales person. He told me the RV will not come until Fall and the attitude of Mr. Thomas is so rude and doesn't want to help, he just wants me to cancel the deal as they can sell the RV with higher price (>$3000). But I want to see if I can switch to another model so I tried to search by myself. Last week I saw a Springdale 1760BH and went there to view it. He told me it was delivered in this Summer but I found many rusty spot under the belly and the manufacturer sticker is missing. I tried to ask Mr. Thomas these questions but he just said "if I feel hesitate don't buy it" and not answering my questions. So I gave up and ask for refund my deposit then he kind of relief.
Experience is really bad and seems like I am begging for a trailer.
So I would not recommend this dealer.or I would say I would recommend you to stay away from Layzee Acres.

Terrible coordination between park and the RV sales. Useless communication. Can't pick a trailer until you find a site to put it on and by the time you got confirmation of a site the trailer you wanted gets sold out from under you. Plus wayyy over priced on trailer sales. Not recommended especially since they can't deliver your trailer until summer if over (which is contradictory to what the campground says) sales says one month and campground says two weeks. Can't even get paperwork emailed by sales person. Totally ignored it. If a response was emailed I MAY have gotten the trailer I wanted. Guess a cash sale means nothing.

We had an issue with our patio door screen from the day it arrived. We scheduled 3 service calls in the next year through messaging of course because no one answered the phone. None of the service calls could be arranged for when we were there because of scheduling we guess.
Anyways, by the time my wife and I figured out the actual issue was the key, the year warranty has expired and we were forced to pay to have it corrected properly. Our fridge water line let go and water was everywhere but we corrected it ourselves for fear of another year passing before that would be corrected. We suggest another dealer since our experience has been nothing but negative. Sorry Jayco but they are not representing you well at all.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.these people won't service anything not sold by them. Interesting they don't specify this on their website while they brag about their great service to any make or model. I didn't realize they sold every make and model.but obviously they must.how else could they service them if they didn't sell it? I guess if you stay in their campground you better hope you don't need service if you didn't buy from them. BEWARE

Very poor communication following the purchase of our trailer. Waited weeks to hear from someone about pickup date. Waited even longer to hear back regarding questions on warranty and other items.

Unit was filthy dirty on the day of pickup. Keys had been lost. Items in trailer were not functional. Thanks a lot. NOT!

Our experience with Justin our sales rep was excellent but after that it was terrible. We did buy a used unit but still there is no excuse. There was little communication from them in regards to our walk through and when we got there we were just told to go and take a look and make sure everything worked. For people that are new to trailers I am not sure how we were expected to know if everything was working and also got no explanation on any of the hook ups, the tanks, etc. The unit was pretty dirty and full of dust and cobwebs and we found lights outside the unit not working, and the cushions were ripped and had been ignored during their inspection. Yes they did rectify these issues but they should have been done previous to our walk through. We then had to call and email them to confirm our pick up time as they had not contacted us I was told that we had not booked a time and that they were only offering 2 times. This was untrue and I gave them the name of the lady that booked it with us a few weeks prior. Eventually the service lady agreed to our time that we had booked weeks earlier as we also had an outside company doing our pick up and delivery and had confirmed a time with our park. We heard nothing from them again with any direction on what to do the day of pick up, who to see, how to get our ownership and keys. While we understand things are very different with Covid and how they cannot do certain things because of it and the lockdown, communication is something that should have been the same before and during Covid. They used this as their excuse. The sad part is our family member who also bought through them when we did but a brand new unit received a very different walk through, was given explanations and how to use and hook up properly, etc. The final straw, while we know it is coincidental was one of the tires on the trailer went flat on the way to our park. When we tried to address these issues we got an email response that they were sorry we felt there was not enough communication. They took no ownership of how poor their service. I am not just on here to complain as I believe in acknowledgement of both good and bad. Never again will we purchase through them nor would we recommend them to others especially of buying a used unit.
