I waited 15 minutes for a cold shawarma wrap that was falling apart, waste of money, disappointing staff, do not eat here

I stopped going this location a year ago. They are expensive dirty and not polite at all. I wish I had the option to give them -10 stars.

I've ordered chicken on the rocks three times, and the rice is always undercooked. How can you operate a Mediterranean restaurant, but not know how to atleast cook rice? Chicken flavour is slightly bland and could use more seasoning. Garlic sauce is your typical garlic sauce, you can find at other shawarma restaurants. The garlic sauce is the only somewhat redeeming part of the chicken on the rocks. Overall I would recommend just going to other shawarma location and getting your money's worth.

Very rude server. I went there second time and He behaved very rude. So I ended up not ordering any more from this place. Food is bad, chicken was burnt and over prized. Not recommended.

Online says they close at 11 went there around 10: 30, and the ladies working says they are closed and claims they close at 10 on Sundays!

The chicken was overcooked, it was burned out and that spoiled the taste of chicken rice…. I ordered it for my son, he couldn’t eat it at all!

Fabulous shawarmas, they adjust the spice level from no heat to as hot as your taste buds can take. Tried their 50-50 bowl with rice and half French fries with the chicken. It sounds strange but absolutely delicious! The ladies running the store are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Enjoy their Mediterranean hospitality and food!

Overall I would recommend just going to shawarma corner and getting your money's worth.

Worse lazeez Shawrma ever. They Have unprofessional staff. While ordering i am waiting for order but the lady was on her phone.

The customer service was so bad. 2 brown girls were wearing airpods and using phones. Spoke so rudely. Food was good.

Shawarma are really lazeez We had chicken shawarma, beef shawarma and chilli fries with mango juice. All were delicious. There are option to add your own spice level. One suggestion to all who are planning to visit any of their branch after reading my comment would be that if you are someone who usually like spicy food but still don't go with "spicy" level, opt for "medium spice". The spicy level will make your tongue on fire Still great taste, highly recommend

I agree with other reviewers. Chicken is bad it smells looks like they feed the leftovers. I strongly recommend not to choose this location

When i took sharwma on the shawrma day, the rice was not boiled properly even the chicken was not cooked well

Half my chicken was raw. Not going to lie. This place isn't bad but quality isn't this stores top priority

No seasoning on chicken, no salt nothing. I respect food but this was a piece of junk. Fries were loaded with tons of oil. Never come here.

The food of the place is Amazing. The taste, quantity is just superb. The Only reason I am giving the, 3 stars is because the Furnace right on top of Food Preparation Counter is Super Dirty. The dirt and Grime is visible, No way that isn't falling on the food. They should be careful with the Cleaning and specially get that cleaned up.

It always satisfies shawarma cravings and still too but feel that the taste has come down a notch.

The service is super slow despite of 3 girls working at that time. I ordered one flafal wrap and waited for half an hr. Also one of the girls had earphones on, this is their professionalism. Overall it wasn’t the best experience i had. Management should pay attention in the kitchen.

They put wayyy wayyyy WAYYYYYYYYYYY too much sauce on my order!

And the beef shawarma meat was so sour!

I was so upset and just threw it on the trash.
And I swear to myself I will never ever go order to this place again, and I will warn my friends and family to never ever try this restaurant.

Love their food. Freshly made and proper instructions followed. Veg.and non veg.both are up to the mark. Love ordering again.

Told them fries and rice twice.no one in the store and they still made the order wrong. Didnt feel like driving 20 mins back.

Asked for two platters, one with rice and one with fries. The lady gives me two on the rock dinners. I told her I asked for platters and she starts telling me the platter doesn't have fries, but she didn't tell me this before just making me two on the rock plates. Ok then so I asked if my fries platter has salad and she says no. What? !? She then says she will see the price difference to add the salad! It should be free after YOUR mistake! This was my first and last time going to Lazeez.

Bought chicken Shawarma this evening and found this in my bite. Its too dangerous if someone swallow this bone. So make sure when you eat next time.

Worst customer service ever. You prefer not to add some toppings and they add everything they have if you aren't watching them. This happened multiple times at the same place

Worst place ever, never coming to these robers, they make wrong orders and don't even bother to make it correct or refund it.

Something has changed in either your sauce recipe or supplier. Both garlic and hot sauce have become- " tasteless"

Better take care of it, had horrible experience and literally had to throw food away since last 3 visits. Tried multiple items and same results.

Nice food quality. Their salads with chicken on top are just amazing.

Don't order from this place! Some of their food is uncooked.they sure don't know how to cook rice.it was very hard and chicken half cooked.never gonna order from this location at Lisa street in Brampton. STAY AWAY people or you'll be sick from uncooked food.

I just bought a chicken shawarma and told.to.keep it mild and instead they loaded it with hot sauce, I went back to them to tell its way too spicy and they replied we can give u extra garlic sauce with that, end result they keep both order and money, beware stay away.

Never coming back here again the food did not taste fully cooked and they ripped me off on what I ordered. I ordered a chicken on the rocks with half rice and half poutine. The poutine half is more expensive then the rice so they filled it with mostly rice and made it look like half and half by putting some fries on top of the rice. I complained BC I saw what they did to my order and the manager was playing dumb and did not want to fix my order or give me my money back. Never again.

Avoid if you can, and always get the reciped when you order because they charge you different price from what is stated on the board.

They don't let there server gain any 0f the cash or debit tips.which is ILLIGAL! What a selfish company. I will not bring my business back here that is disgusting.

I wish i could give zero stars, I heard crunches of sand in the 8" Shawarma and very hard cartilage/bone. Never ordering from this location again.

I tried chicken on the sticks first tym it was good but when we went second tym it was really bad me my friends go through food poisining

Zero stars, overcharged, less meat, service with attitude, order beef on the rocks, plain rice with little beef and cost $15, next time will go SUBWAY

Ordered Beef Shawarma plate, they delivered something NOT Near to beef.more likely made out out of vegies or lentils. When I called the store they said it Donair! Why? I didn't order that.
I ordered the same Shawarma I eat in the store, not this Donair. Very disappointed.

Today’s challenge - can you decipher between the 8” and a 12” shawarma? Is it the top or bottom, please comment which one you think it is.

My guess is that they thought the prep was for two different orders - ripped off for 4 bucks. My last order with them I didn’t get my hummus app either. Stay away from this place, it’s a rip off.

Ordered the fatoush salad with chicken.it was swimming in sauce like it was fettuccini alfredo.the chicken was as if it was boiled. Disappointing

After my first and bitter experience, owner asked me to visit again with a free 2 falafel wrap offer. I am happy that I took a chance. This time I had a far better experience. They talked to me and that was mainly I wanted. When we go to a restaurant we expect good food and respect. This time both was there and I am glad. Thanks for the offer and I ll again visit the place. Also I asked to pay but they denied.

It taste so bad, nothing is fresh rice are smelling chicken smells nd sauces too

Terrible experience, seems like new management. Pita bread was stale, fries cold, napkins cut in half. Doing an awful job representing a great chain. I'd be sending a franchise rep there for sure!

Lisa St location. Horrible service, Horrible food! The entire staff is RUDE!
Go to Ozmos you pay a bit more but you get more food for your money (that taste way better) and less attitude.
