Allow me by saying, my experience has been mixed with this location. I am a vegetarian who's never had meat before. Today I ordered their "student special falafel wraps" along with some fries. The cashier took the order as usual and passed it to the person preparing the food. They had made a mistake preparing the order and gave me chicken wrap instead. The moment I realized it was when I opened up my food and found chicken bits. I went back to show them what they had done. They agreed that they had made a mistake but wouldn't refund my order. After insisting they only refunded a portion of the order. After such customer service, I'm never stepping foot in that place. I will be reporting them to the local health authority and food safety for violating the rules and feeding meat to vegetarians and then on top of that stiffing the customer.
Warning for customers: just keep an eye out on them when they make food or you might end up with a surprise.
Also a note for the owner: I understand refunds to customers on food items isn't viable and frankly would never need to be done but in cases where i literally showed them proof that it was a mistake on their part, full food should have just been refunded. I should just be filing a lawsuit for making such a huge mistake.
Disgusting food. I ordered on uber half and half chicken rice with greek salad. First chicken was very hard to chew and totally dry seems like they gave me left over chicken. Second rice was cold and it smell so bad. I wish i could sent back this food to you guys. I spent $25 on that food and you guys seriously ruined my dinner.

Hello there i ask for falafal garden salad and i forgot to ask change gloves before make because i am vegetarian so i ask her before she start making it also i apologize to her because i was little rude at that time but the way she answred me and behave it was so daam bad i ask her for her name but she did not gave me her name but yes she ware round glasses also i will not come back to lazeez again also let my friends know that what happends with me even smaller store has good service then that make sure to verify staff before hire.
I thought this lazeez was clean and neat but then I had the worse experience here. I wanted chicken on the sticks and they gave me chicken on the rock I kindly said I can’t have rice as i am allergic too it or else I would have taken it and they said no and than I said let me get a refund now I know you can give refunds or make a new order for it as I also have worked at lazeez and fast food. They simply said no and one of the girls was extremely rude and speaking in a whole different language and she thought I didn’t understand but I did. She also had the rudest tone and cussed at me when I WAS BEING EXTREMELY KIND.however they ended up giving me it and you won’t believe what they did they didn’t put any sauce and little to no chicken. I had asked another customer if they had for the same and they showed me there’s chicken on the sticks and it was filled w sauce and chicken. I was so upset not only from the rude behaviour but the quality of the food. People here are dying to get a job and the people who do have one behave and act like that.
Shift manager is very rude. I told her to give the chicken in just small pieces. She said sorry its already made. We can not do it again. Poor staff.egoistic person she was.
Unprofessional employee talk so rude, she don’t make proper my order, I did not ask anything extra, but she don’t make even two line sauce… I’ll not ask extra just to put regular, but this is how to make money……. If customers pay full amount like $10.16c she has too make the proper, order, she needs to get training done…not polite…
Too much waiting time everytime at the time of lunch and dinner.waited 15-20 minutes for just 1 falafel wrap. It happens everytime regardless of weekend /weekday.
PS: Very bad service they didn’t put enough rice and chicken in my meal then I asked to fill more girl replied that i have been working here for three years I know the quantity she was not at all humble, they ruin service of the location plz owner should have to take the serious step….
Last night i bought two chiken sharwama, no taste, chiken is not coocked well and no taste.according to me they are losing the quality of lazeez sharwama.other branches has good taste, i request the guy put chiken from grill, he lie and said that chiken on grill is not coock, even though we eat other lazeez sharwama branch they put that chiken from grill.which is too much tasty.this location need to teach the worker to maintain the taste quality.
Today was the last time I'll visit. I've been a regular customer for a few years now, and have always ordered the same thing. From time to time the staff will prepare my order a little differently - I can accept that there will be some variability when human beings are involved.
Today I ordered two large chicken salads. The other came in containers that appear to be medium sized. I told the staff there that I ordered large, and the response I got was that these containers were the same size as the previous large, as they are much deeper. That may make sense of the containers are filled to the full height, but if they are also filled less than half way up, then there's no way I'm getting the same quantity as before. I wish I had checked in the store instead of getting the surprise when I got home.
They are charging full prices for smaller quantities. I'm not interested in arguing with these people. I'll take my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else does as well.
I had very bad experience. Staff is very irresponsible. Customers were waiting in the line to order and they were just laughing and throwing jokes on each other.
I tried the shawarma for the first time and I just didn’t like it. It was really not good the falafel balls were to hard and a weird flavour and the sauces were I don’t know what. I am really grateful and thankful for staff’s cooperation but the shawarma is not good really. It is flavourless and I really didn’t like it. I hope you guys improve more on sauces and flavours.
Called so many times, no answer. Even happened this before so many times, they never pick up the call i think they don't wanna work more or something. I called 10 times but no answer and when i went there they are open. Very disappointing. Such a bad customer service.

Ordered delivery late night. Absolutely Terrible Hummus. Got a refund for it from delivery app but ended up going hungry, bad experience. It tasted like ground up expired chickpeas without any seasonings.
Love this spot. Foods always great. They make it right. The taste always blows my mind. Also the customer service us great! Very polite and fix any issues on the spot.

Large Chicken Shawarma Wrap is toooooo huge for one person (speaking from an Indian Diet) perspective. Taste is great. They can customize it as per your needs
Went in and ordered a simple meal, they told me to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes so that other people could come in and place their orders. When I got back inside, everyone that came after me was getting their orders and even big orders were getting made before mine. They made me wait 30 minutes just for some fries that was not even that good. Never going back

Im a regular at this Lazeez usually ordering once a week. Very happy with the service and meals provided. Especially want to recognize Sonya who has realized I am a regular and knows my order when I walk in. She always prepares our meals very well. Thanks Sonya!
Worst place to order food from using ubereats. If you do feel inclined, just remember to write your 'special instructions' in Arabic, Punjabi and Hindi for them to understand. You will not get far with written English at this place. This happened for the 3rd time btw. I feel like an idiot for keep giving them another chance. It will never happen again!
This place is has nothing going for it. Before I moved, I used to go to the lazzez at 10627 chingousy road, and they were fantastic. They have great portion sizes and they were always generous with there sauces and when I order from them through Ubereats, they would follow my notes I provided. However at this lazeez, when I order a large and regular half-and-half, the quantity of food in the large was equal to a regular's, so I'm paying for two regular half-and-half instead of a large a regular. Also, I noticed that when you ask for a suicide (like I do) they would give me a lot less garlic sauce then the other lazeez. Finally, if you order from an app for pickup or delivery, they will get your order wrong— they always mess up the spice level or forget to add Philly sauce when I ask for it in the notes.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a falafel platter and fries for pickup using SKIP and it showed that the order would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived there at the pickup time, it was a little busy and upon inquiring about my order I was told it will be another 5-6 minutes. I assumed they wanted to make it fresh so that's fine I waited by the side. The girl preparing the food had no idea what she was doing. While I was waiting 2-3 other skip drivers were waiting for takeout orders too and she had to be reminded a few times by the other employees to give them their orders too. She prepared the order of the people who ordered much after I did and throughout all this did not acknowledge me at all. When I asked her 15 minutes later where my order is, she said what is that? The man working with her said I told you to prepare the skip order for pickup twice and she looked clueless. I told them to forget about it because I can't wait anymore - 45 minutes for a falafel platter that I'm picking up? That's absurd. Especially when it was not busy. Very disappointing. I was happy to get my refund from SKIP and I most certainly will not be returning.
I visited today with my family. The food was awesome especially their customer service is quick and awesome plus the food. I got the falafel platter which was so yummy so as the chicken wraps. 100% recommended to all!
