Poor quality food, no meat in the platters just pile of rice
Did not feel good after eating this food

This food is not edible, avoid at any cost. It doesn't matter if it's 3 am in the morning and you got the munchies, eat a piece of gum. This place will only end in disappointment. AAAC - Avoid At All Cost.

The portions are definitely worth the money. Both beef and chicken plates were great- the meat was a bit dry (mainly the beef) and it was a shredded beef, but the flavor was nice. I'll order again!

The customer service was horrible. Plus when I asked them to make food mild no spicy they made it extra spicy.

Just moved into the neighbourhood and was glad to see a Shawarma place nearby, until i went and realized it was the worst Shawarma iv ever had! The service was horrendous, the counter lineup was backwards, and they seemed to care about uber orders first before actual customers in the store. I basically paid $20 for chicken and rice with garlic all over it, no other toppings where offered and were an extra cost. I wouldnt mind standing in line with that awful smell of washroom pipes if the food was actually decent, but all i got was dry chicken and cold rice with garlic splashed everywhere, what a waste. Id give it a zero stars if i could. Avoid Lazeez Shawarma please.

Chicken tastes so dry and smells like its been sitting there from days. Don’t recommend eating here.

I went to Lazeez on Mavis until this location opened.
For years I came to this location 2-5 times a week as this was the only place open regular hours during covid. They have good food and good staff.
The large shawarmas are now half the size they were in 2020.
The regular salads are also half the size they used to be AND have almost doubled in price since the store opened.
My last visit I paid $19 for a regular salad with chicken ($11.49) +fatoosh chips. Wrap your head around that math.
Now, when I'm craving lazeez, I drive another 2 minutes north and get 2 ALI BABAS shawarmas for the price of 1 Lazeez salad.

Very meh in food portions + prices. Lots of fake reviews that come from the same people that review that same restaurants. Lots of better shawarmas out there

One of the worst shawarma joints I’ve tried, I don’t even know if you can call it a shawarma joint, firstly meat is not at all fresh, tastes like over cooked beef stir fry in Asian spices, garlic sauce was all watery and as a result when I reached him to open the wrap it was all messed up, the pricing was ridiculous for this garbage, I think the person who started this started this as a mock to Middle East cuisine. The people making the wraps there as soon as I walked inside was chilling on the seat with his phone and had terrible customer service which did not make me feel welcome and I should have walked away at the start. Do not recommend for middle eastern food save your money.

How freaking Canadian is that right! And not to mention that the people behind the counter are awesome they are so super friendly.

I still think about this shawarma almost a year later. I've had shawarmas across the country and nothing comes close to Lazeez.

This is the worst location they refuse to cut fresh meat for you they instead wanna give u chicken that is all mashed up like dog food this is false advertising take the pictures of nice fresh cut meat down if you guys are gonna sell ppl chicken scraps that video I seen on tik tok was right if you are gonna sell shawarma why cut it all up no other shawrma place I have gone to do this pita land been in business very long they don't pulverize your chicken other location serve you nice fresh chicken if you have to give people scraps with cartilage it is not right I buy this food for me an my children I am not one to complain but enough is enough the person running this place is a joke at least hire some people who have respect an customer service not some stuck up snotty nose kids the chicken is as chopped up as the rice I u derstand cutting a little but tea h your employees how to cook the meat appropriately so it is ready this is not shawarma

Staff is always friendly, attentive and efficient even when very busy. They have great menu choices at a very affordable price. I will definitely go back.

I have been coming to these place since two years, yet same delicious taste, same quality and nice environment.clean space and good food.must try is - lazzez on the rocks.

OMG~! The Lazeez (Chicken) on the Rocks was SOO good~! The rice was SO juicy, and the garlic sauce was just perfect~! Will need to come back and try out the other items on their menu.

Wonderful people working here the food is amazing and employees always meticulous with their orders!

The people who work here are extremely rude? They fully obliterated my wrap.like the bread was broken, sauce was dripping all over the wrapper.it just looked so unprofessionally done.when I asked her to please make a new one she just said "this is it". Ok.like go here if you wanna burn your money and throw out the food you get.fr.

Its 2 am and they locked the washroom, i am not saying it just because i wanted to go to the washroom but they have specially mentioned on the washroomdoor that "washroom for customers only " and iam a CUSTOMER who eats daily here. If the owner is reading pls note the date and time that is exactly when these girls refused to open the washroom. If u cant open the lock with the key just add one more note "WASHROOM NOT EVEN FOR CUSTOMERS"

Nomnomnom —I decided to try the 12” Mixed Shawarma Wrap. Absolutely delicious! & it’s shareable. Highly recommend this place:). I also love the Westwood Mall location as well.

Found perfect lace for having shawarma. The team makes all the effort to make your shawarma worthy!

Do not order the chicken shawarma wrap it tastes like a tuna wrap. Very little spice and seasoning to the chicken.

The chicken is not cut off the spit and has little to no dressing, tahini, hummus, garlic.

If you want half and half on the Rocks just go to Osmows

Never again my kids got food poisoning after. They have very bad rice. They just put lots and lots sauce to cover it but it doesn’t work guys. Use some good quality ingredients.

Beef shawarma ordered - meat is a paste not meat strips so that was a let down.

Hands down the worst shawarma wrap ive ever had, the meat was mush and looked like cat food, and the taste wasn't good either.

Worst place to get shawarma. The staff working there are rude, ill-mannered, arrogant and very unprofessional. They are ruining the name of the franchise. I don't understand why owners don't invest in employee training and development. Owner should consider educating the employees. Food is below standard once again I noticed the employees are very stingy with toppings. I will never come to this location again. Good luck to anyone who goes there.

My one stop for all cravings! Delicious food and ambience! Just love it! Very friendly staff! A great place for a vegetarian like me. Falafel and poutine are my go to items to have. No doubt that I recommend every other person to try the poutine from here. It's indeed Lazeez! <3

Their meat looks like dog food.they do not cut it fresh, it is dry and this has to be the worse shawarma i have ever eaten

This place is not even worth it any star, charged $12 for regular rice/chicken really less quantity of the chicken also the quantity was only 60% compared to box size. Other you will get full quantity with rice/chicken in $10. This place is over rated and over popular, not worth it. I will not visit this place again. Also staffs are not good listener.

I asked 2 times (to make sure they didn’t mess it up) “please label the shawarma with no onions”. And in the end my wife got the “no onions labelled” one which was rammed with onions and I got no onions?

I initially had a bad experience with this location (based on a miscommunication error with the staff). Lazeez Kipling accepted the mistake and did an excellent job at making it right again! This demonstrates that overall, they have great food and service.

Before it was a full 5 stars for me but when I went back on Aug 31 in the afternoon the cashier was so rude to me. She showed me attitude and stuff and because of that I probably won't come again because I don't have time to deal with their rudeness.

I been to Oshawa location. They are far better than this location.

The food is good. However, the serving area totally not clean. Specially when they are serving sandwich. Not clean at all. Go learn from Q's shawarama 1075 martin grove rd. Please don't put the pita in the table. Use paper between.

Not your average Lazeez Shawarma they make the best Shawarma i love how everything was so fresh and properly cooked and staff is amazing cares about the customer. Highly recommended

Finally a good place to eat in this area. Nice staff generous portionsand I love the fact that they have three sizes some places just have small and big. Also the prices are really good too finally open till 2 a.m. Everyday

This the best shawarma and rice shop hands down I recommend anyone who is looking for something filling at a affordable price to come visit them the staff and owners are very friendly and the best thing about this is they serve halal food

Shawarma was cold with no taste. I asked for fresh clerk refused and said it's not ready which was a lie.

I wanted to give lazeez 5 stars for its taste and quality of food but unfortunately today I got a falafel wrap and i had a nail in my bite. So i just want to request the manager or the owner to take care of hygiene. Thank you.

Good food, very similar to oszmos. Near identical menu. The staff were a bit disorganized but I thinks it tuff for everyone trying to adapt to covid right now.

Usually it's a good experience here. But today around 8: 30pm I ordered a large Chilie fries and paid $7.90. When I got home the fries was half full, so basically they charged me 7.90 for a size of McDonald's fries. At least give us what we pay for, your food is already overpriced for this area

Me and my wife really enjoyed the food. The chicken platter was very good. Although I am more of a beef guy, the platter is definitely worth trying! Definitely a great place, would forsure go again.

The quality and taste of the food served here is amazing! The portions are huge and the value is great for the money. My favourite is "the Chicken Lazeez on the Sticks (fries) ". Can't wait to go there again.

Delicious tasting food in Etobicoke 4sure. My fav. Chicken on the stick and some extra garlic. Been waiting for this place 4A while. Went to eat there yesterday. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Super clean place.

I had no idea a Lazeez opened up in such a central part of etobicoke. There was plenty of parking in the plaza. Food portions were generous, staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. Everyone was (customers and workers) wearing masks and the service was quick so I didn't have to wait long. My husband is a chicken on the rocks fanatic trying all the locations and says this is by far the most flavourful and most fresh. I ordered the fatoush salad and it was also very fresh and well done. Highly recommend, and will be going back soon:)

Best shawarma around hands down. Their on the rocks hits the spot. It's a very clean and well maintained location. Staff is friendly and service is amazing. Only thing we missed is not being able to sit and eat there but that's because of COVID-19 restrictions. Next visit I am trying their platter as it was reccomended by their staff.

This restaurant is one of the best places to eat because of its amazing customer service, the exceptional food and the nostalgic food. The options and amazing style and taste of the food is some that I recommend to anyone looking for a good place to make there go to. Overall I think everyone should check the place out.
