Very good service they had very good employees with excellent way of talking to the customers not only me but i have seen they are same with other customers to which gave me a positive impression. Moreover, they serve mouth watering foods with respect and honour.

It has very good environment with friendly staff and a very tasty food. I mostly like the chicken shawarma that was awesome. You guys also should try that it's amazing.

Ordered half rice half salad. The girl put so much rice less salad. She then sprinkled some chicken on top. She sprinkled less then a scoop. The guy who was in charge said that’s the amount they alway serve. But when I go to Lazeez they always put two full scoops on top. Which left me eating pure rice which didn’t look like the original rice like not cooked properly. Very disappointed with their service and changes that have been applied to Lazeez. This Overlea location not a good one to go to. They got stingy and cheap on their portions. Bad service as the girl also didn’t know what she was doing. Like she was afraid of something.

I bought 3 shawarma and it was OVER FILLED, tbh not a normal human being can not bite it without spilling it.are you guys for real while over loading the shawarma? Who ever the owner is show some curtesy and check what your standards are and work on improvement. I wish I had enjoyed the way I was anticipating.say no to this place, until they show IMPROVEMENT.

Five star reviews are majority easy to spot fake. The reviews that mention Fikri/Fikvi is also fake nonsense. Rest are bribed same ethnicity customers. Don’t eat, there’s some sort of outbreak over here. The food isn’t safe to eat. Owner is irresponsible. Staff are handling food in such poor manner. Location should be closed asap. I agree with last couple of reviews. For some reason reviews are being held up/reported. If you’ve been affected consider calling the line to report only if you’re willing to give personal details like your name. Stay safe!

I've never thrown out food before but my Shawarma from here was inedible. I was excited to try this place out as it was highly recommended by a friend who frequents the location in Oakville, however the chicken in my Shawarma was absolutely disgusting. When the staff made my wrap, they took the chicken from a container instead of cutting it from the machine, which at the time I didn't have a problem with as I figured it was somewhat freshly cut. I was completely wrong, after a few bites into the sandwich I realized something wasn't right, so I opened it up and tasted some of the chicken on its own - and it was completely disgusting. It tasted like wet tissue paper, like unseasoned ground chicken that had been steam cooked and left in the fridge for days. I forced myself to have a few more bites as I had paid nearly $18 for my food and drink, then took a picture to send my friend and complain to him for recommending this place. He told me the location in Oakville is amazing so it could just be differences in owners.

Ate from this place a few hours ago, got a headache followed by vomiting. Would not recommend.

Love this place, the staff are always welcoming and this Lazeez is my go to spot every weekend for my family.

Food poisoning! Dirty food. Handle garbage, food and cash using the same gloves. They are shutting people down with “we served 200 people nonsense” there’s an issue with the food currently. Save yourself and go somewhere clean.

I vomited twice! Within a couple of hours of eating this food both my partner and I got sick. I threw up and my partner was nauseous the whole evening! Do not trust their meat! Stay away from this franchise!
In the past their beef has been like rubber and they often mess up our orders. Never again! You have lost loyal customers today because of your constant disappointment.

I have ordered from the certain location twice before though UberEats and both times was satisfied. My only gripe is the customer service. As I placed an order again through UE an I recieved a text saying an item was sold out. I called the restaurant to take action so that my order would not be canceled, as per requested by UE. The individual I spoke to said that item can be substituted no problem. Thinking my order is on it's way I check back to discover IT GOT CANCELED. Called back multiple times to figure out what was going on but of course no answer.

Update: Received a call back, from whom I believe was in charge for the night, saying that the restaurant was extremely busy and shared her sincerest apologies. Though I do appreciate the service of calling me back, I'm still a little disappointed I couldn't get my order for that night, was looking forward to it.

They served stale fires, my stomach got upset after eating their chicken on rocks. This gave me another reason to not go to lazeez anymore. Garbage quality.

Good food. I came there tonight I took rice and chicken which was amazing. Great customer service

2 stars is generous. The women that work there are nowhere to be seen when you walk in to place your order. They ALWAYS make you wait. Multiple times I’ve received wrong orders probably because the girl working is too busy on other tasks and isn’t actually listening to the customer in front of her. I’ve seen times where the girls working were actually talking to someone on a phone call while stabbing the chicken on the grill.

No smile, no hi welcome to lareez how can I take your order.the owner here probably thinks it’s back home where you can ignore customer service and be rude but it’s actually the opposite in Toronto, it’s all expensive so I would expect the service and quality to be there.

Not organized at all and they don’t have a problem serving you old fries and chicken. I don’t understand why this place is so bad for customer service because when they first opened they were enthusiastic and actually showed a smile.

Food quality is poor and customer service is non existent. They talk in Urdu to each other in front of customer which is also very unprofessional.

With great service and fast paced execution, it's not wonder that this place is a great hotspot for late night dine-ins, and with their warm staff the whole experience is a wonder, truly a gem in the neighborhood!

Every time you ask them for philly cheese veggie they never make for you then why they have in the menus? Or they are lasy to make

MISTAKE ordering from this place again! They lie about taking feed back, when given, they don’t take it, they still cheap out on toppings, chicken was burnt, we even had to pay for extra topping, and They did not come. We also paid for extra sauce and did not receive that either. They’re conniving because they know people who order on Uber eats, will not come to the restaurant to claim their toppings so they don’t add them on purpose. I will for sure be ordering from a different location, and advise everyone not to choose this one location either.

Got a regual chicken on the rocks and had the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced the same night. I should have taken the level of cleanliness as a red flag when I walked in. Avoid at all costs.

Poutine is wierd, one time I bought so delicious but every time now it is so watery and looks like vomit, shawarma very yummy

I recently went to this location for Dinner and the food was really good. Even though the store was extremely busy, the staffs did their level best to complete orders asap. Excellent customer service. I’m impressed. Good job Lazeez team!

I've been coming to this location from 2 years and i will not go anywhere else, i don't know how people can ever compare other shawarma places to Lazeez. The food is amazing.

To owner if you are reading this contact me. Your employee Sukhman got some serious attitude problem. I have been going to lazeez locations for over 7 years, never have I ever encountered such disgusting behaviour.

Went in to grab a quick chicken shwarma wrap for lunch. Price was fair and the food tasted great.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent service. I tried vegetarian shawarma at many place but this one is best. Falafel are crispy and tasty and I never had this much tasty falafel in my life. Sitting arrangement is amazing and we enjoyed the food peacefully. My sister order the chicken shawarma which is fresh and juicy. Thanks to all the employees for such an amazing experience.

Got the chicken shawarma platter to share between two people. It was enough food but in terms of value for money it was not really worth it. Service was great too however the shawarma was chopped up too small it was almost like minced meat. I would have liked it to be a little more chunky. Also I would like to see them serve silverware for eating at the restaurant. They have ceramic plates but not silverware. I would like to see more businesses trying to be more sustainable.

August 2.2019 Friday I visited Lazier Shawarma, I bought Beat Shawarma when I eaten, I feel the meat is not fresh cooked, whole Shawarma was not able to eat. Th Location Thorncliffe Park Lazier Shawarma don't try to buy any food is not fresh. Waist of money and time to visit this place.

I got to say I've never had lazeez in my life and it is absolutely amazing. The food is very, very tasteful and sizeable portions are served.

Great addition to thorncliffe.it's actually clean, fast, and consistently good food. Many establishments in this neighborhood are very lazy but this one is top notch.much better than the Starbucks for sweet treats too.

I had the regular sized Lazeez on the Rocks. The amount of food for the price was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely be back!

Food not so much. Never had shawarma with ground beef. I must be honest it wasn’t that good. I was hungry as well and I still didn’t like it. You guys should look at the taste of food.

The meat did not really taste and smell good. Price for shawarma wrap is higher than average. And for large shawarma, they charged me for soft drink although I never ordered it! Low quality food, higher than average prices and not good customer service.

As its been like 1& half year that I have been loyal customer to Lazees shawarma but on the visit of Lazees shawarma which is located at throncliff park I had very poor customer service from I e of the staff member and her name is KAMAL. First of all she was making a fun of customers in her own language which is worst thing and we came ar 11: 49pm and she was like everything is closed to grill and to fry so we can not off you platter and she gave me wrap *
& after I told her that I will complain to your owner and she started showing me attitude. This is totally unprofessional behavior of her and seems tired and she said I am working since morning and I am tired and I cant be so good to u.

They had minced meat in shawarma and the guy was getting trained on how to wrap it. It has a long way to go to compete against bamiyan which is in the same plaza.

It's a newly opened restaurant near my school, I tried their shawarma and liked it so much that now i am coming here everyday for it. Amazing food and the quantity is quite satisfying.

I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, you get the best quality of food for the price you pay. Additionally, it is connected with Royal paan that makes a perfect ambience to try different delicacies. Overall it is a good place to munch with your family and friends.

The lazeez on the rocks and lazeez on the sticks platters we got were amazing, the wraps not so much. Ordered the wrap labeled gyro but it's nothing like it. Ordered the Philly cheese steak, no cheese and nothing like it. Disappointed to say the least. But the the two platters were the bomb. Now we know not to order the wraps. They weren't bad, just don't live up to the names/expectations.

It’s tasty. Been back a few times now because it’s very good value for your $. But I asked for dressing/sauce on the side and only discovered when I got back to my office that dressing was added on top.

Very good donair meat, no donair sauce unfortunately but still delicious. Massive portions, unreal bang for your buck.

Recently opened but, the shawarma tasted amazing. So juicy with so much flavor, would highly recommend.

I and my friends went there on Friday night. In my eyes, if you want to waste to money and you like to eat ordinary shawarma then try it. Price of food is too high compared to the portion of food you get. Most importantly all items are the same in taste. Food is too dry had no special sauce in food.

I would suggest Kandahar Kabab or Bamiyan Kabob those are too closer by this restaurant is a better option, in terms of price, food portioning, food options.

I am highly not recommended anyone to try this restaurant. It will disappoint you.

Amazing food amazing service. I had mix grilled platter is amazing. Freshly made kofta kebob are delicious. I recomend everyone for la lazeez.
