The food was delicious and the customer service was all to be expected, I could ask for more proper service definitely would recommend

FOOD POISONING ALERT! Stay far away!

Went from being their #1 Customer to traumatized. All my friends would mention to me not to eat here due to possible food cross contamination.they couldn't have been more right. I took a bite of my food yesterday and it turned out to be raw meat, the damage was already done. Threw up all night & been sick to my stomach all day.

I do not recommend eating here whatsoever & this is coming from someone who'd religiously eat here numerous times per week.

We need a food inspector here to check this place out. Not a good way to enter the new year.

Came there for it monday special for first time (chicken on rocks) and wow i didn’t even take a bite. The photo is what i see as soon as i open the package at home.compared to other lazeezs this is a scam

The most terrible food i have ever tasted.none of the toppings that i asked for were in the wrap.they added things that were not wanted and everything tasted disgusting.the falafel tasted like a bottle of perfume was in it.this is the second experience/chance and i will never order again.

Food is generally good, and the location/hours are convenient, so my partner and I often pick up/order delivery from here after work. The reason for my 1 star review (which is not something I give lightly) is that this location consistently makes our order incorrectly. I am frustrated that, for the third time recently, we are having to return to the restaurant after finding out they'd completely messed up our order. Today they used chicken in place of beef, last time it was fries instead of rice. Unless we closely watch the staff prepare the food (which is obviously not possible when we get it delivered) the order is never right. This location needs to seriously work on being accurate and consistent with orders. The repeated issues have completely deterred us from returning despite having ordered often and enjoying our food when it was actually what we ordered. I'm more than happy to give opportunities for improvement, but its happened so many times that it's past being a simple mistake. Overall, disappointed.

Avoid at all costs! I found a foreign object that was black and hard in my food! Unacceptable! Health authorities should inspect this place asap. Be safe, stay away from this place.

I recently went at this location and i loved the food.the service was perfect. All the employees have great customer service skills especially sanat.they know what they are doing.i would love to come back here.

This is a poor shop to shop from i order 2 wraps and asked them to change it to some different wrap before they even started my order. And guy said doing refund or changing order is not in out policies and i had do pay for 4 different items. Ridiculous experience.

Based on the several times I went there, their food has been consistently subpar. The fillings both chicken and vegetables have been cold in the multiple shawarmas I had except for the outside breading. The ingredients did not taste fresh and I noticed instead of pickles the use of cucumbers came into play and black olives instead of green. I usually eat at a place at least 3 times and all at during different times of the day before writing a review to check consistency and staff friendliness. Overall the food is disappointing but the staff are nice and they do provide hand sanitizers around the place. This place has a good location at a major intersection in Mississauga with other food establishments, a grocery store, and gas station.

I am a very regular customer of lazeez shawarma. I haave eaten philly cheese chicken in this location. That women standing there made it so horrible and it was cold as well. I will never go back to this location ever again.

If you’re ordering from UBER EATS beware. Ordered hummus, garlic, ketchup on the side it’s the small things that count. Nothing included. No extras as I requested. Fries also no salt bland and dry. Severely disappointed. Also ordered pita to dip in hummus and they literally just sent a bag of pita. Had to also put extra Caesar dressing on my salad.

Just keeps getting worst and worst as I eat. I specifically asked for extra tzatziki and hummus in the sandwich - nothing. Garlic sauce on the side for fries - not included.

First and last time
I just ordered beef kofta and after 20 minutes wait I got dry burned kofta

Located in a busy intersection in Mississauga. Came here twice and both times the food was cold, and they had swapped ingredients without asking (black olives instead of green, cucumbers instead of pickles). The place could use a good clean - at the time the tables were dirty. The quality here is lacking. I do not recommend anyone to come here.

The food was was really good and tasty, with good potion and price. I have been to many shawarma places in the GTA, but this is the best shawarma place in town. They also open late so that is a plus if you you are looking for a late night snack. I Will definitely comes again.

Sanat was the best! Came in late from a wedding and gave me top quality costumer service, even though they were close to closing. Definitely coming back.

I am a regular customer of Lazeez Shawarma, I have bought from their different shops and I would say their shawarma is the best. But this particular shop and people who work don’t even know how to make shawarma. I bought shawarma from them on Dec 1st evening around 4 pm and the person who made shawarma for me made it a garbage. People like this shouldn’t work there. This was made with 3 big pieces of chicken and more than half of the shawarma with pickles and vegetables. They spoil the name of the shop.

Stale Shawarma, chicken provided is stale, no sauce provided in-fact I paid extra for sauce. Pathetic Service

A classic go to, especially for the late nights. Great comfort food

Update: last few visits have been horrible, from the customer service to portions and quality. Rice has been hard as a rock twice, and paying for double chicken used to mean “double” the spoons, now it’s half a spoon extra lol.

They need to fix their consistency, the dude with a ear piercing at nights is respectful, nice and courteous, he is the only saviour at this location.

My family and I would always order from this location from the day they first opened up. However, the service and the quality has severely gone down. I ordered today and the food was cold, the lentils were hard, the fries were oily and soggy, I felt sick. If they keep this up, the place won’t be open for too long. I used to love this place but now I’m never going back!

After finishing work today, really late at night. I went to Lazeez on eglinton and Mavis. Sanat helped me out and man he was amazing and helpful. Food was fresh and amazing.

I really appreciate the kindness and great service. Highly recommend this location.

I wish i could give that zero star, Worst experience all the time.i just prefer this location because its the first location comes near to my house.they always mess up order.we ignored but just now when I called and got mad at the guy and told him about my experience, he was rude.he said bring your order back i will give u new.thats the only thing i can do.he did not apologize he did not said sorry for the trouble or anything else that shows his customer service but he had the audacity to tell me that he wont help if i am mad at him.whao.messed up order no apology and rude behaviour.that persons name was ALI.whos completely rude.this is the least customer service everyone provides to change the messed up order but this lazeez shawarma location is considering it the highest level of customer service by just changing the order with extremely rude behaviour with no apology.very disappointed. I WONT GO BACK AND WARNING YOU ALL TO JUST AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Worst customer service, poorly packed. Not worth it. I asked for extra garlic sauce. They didn’t added it at all. Lazeez use to be my favourite place. The girl who was taking the order on Wednesday night has really bad attitude i asked her if its a large cz it seems medium, she responded rudely and left my order there and denied to prepare it.

I've been to the Brampton locations multiple time. By far. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. And I've been trying to call and get ahold of a manager. And it seems like there landline isn't even connected

Dirty n messy appliances where they cook and always try to serve pre cooked stuff like fries. I went there 3 times Happened with me everytime.

I ordered filly cheese stick and need to find the chicken. Anyways doesn't matter with quantity of food and the service but at least keep in mind the health issues. Clean your grill once

Used to be one of our favourite lazeez locations to go to. Not sure if they’re under new management or what, but for the past couple months they have not lived up to what they used to be. We have been given the wrong order multiple times, and on top of that, it hasn’t been the same quality.

Frequently do not pick up the telephone when you are trying to place an order. Occasionally mix the order up and you don't discover the mix up until you get home. Loud music, very hard to hear the cashier. I've been overcharged, placed an order for 2 items got charged for 3 and upon arrival at home discovered items given to me were not what I had originally ordered.

I have to say we ordered the chicken on the rocks and it was incredible the rice was fragrant and the chicken has been clearly marinated for hours. Charan at the counter is really friendly and suggested us some great food. Definitely visiting this place again.

Poorly packed! At first I thought it was mishandled by the delivery person. When I opened I noticed the packaging clip was broken/missing.

Clearly the lid was not closed before passing it to the delivery person.

One item wasted.

I somehow tried to save what was left in the package and realized the order hardly had any chicken pieces in it.

The other box with beef was fine no issues in that.

I think, I will never go back to this place. They screw up the order and make you feel it was all your mistake.

The manager girl is very disrespectful towards customers as well as her employees. She literally yelled at her colleagues in front of customers.

Inconsistent. They always forget tahini or simply can't be bothered to make shawarma correctly. Sometimes its drowning in garlic sauce. Sometimes the rice is over cooked mush and sometimes the fries are one cooked rocks. This location isn't managed correctly and the workers are all newcomers to Canada.

Ali demonstrated amazing customer experience, honestly first time i was ever pleased with my food from Lazeez u guys need to promote this guy, he’s respectful, humble, quick and very efficient got my food in less then 2 min just the way i like it, which i find is amazing.never been this satisfied with a lazeez nor have i had this kind of service before! Very bad service. Ordered lentil rice, even after confirming that I only wanted the order if lentil rice was available, they switched it with regular rice. Extremely disappointed. And they do this everytime

I ordered 2 on the rocks from this location and asked for little sauce and paid for lettuce on top. After getting my order I realized that the food looked like a flood with white sauce. There was enough lettuce on the food to feed 3 ants for 45 seconds. I asked for more lettuce and was told to pay extra.

Their items are over priced as compared to similar restaurants offering the same type of food. They only good coming out of this is the customer service, but this credit goes to the employees and not the owner who should realise that he is pricing his items higher than other businesses. Quality is not the greatest too.

I always buy a chicken swarma wrap here and it's the best! The price is good and they were super fast in gettng my order. I was in and out. The wrap always taste great no matter how many times I buy it! Thanks!

Have been a regular at this location (due to proximity). Moving forward will drive the extra 5-10 mins to other locations as the customer service is extremely lacking at this spot. Lady working cash today misunderstood my order and proceeded to blame me for it instead of resolving the issue. Zero value for my repeat business.

I visted there last night. And I ordered chicken on the rocks. It was really delicious and it was the the best chicken i have ever eat in any restaurant. Also, the staff was very humble and cooperative. I recommend everyone to visit there i am damn sure they will never disappoint you.

Dont go to this location they literally gave me a regular container only half full and charged me still. What am I supposed to do when I get home and she my food is missing and there's very little chicken and a pile of dry rice.

Aside from delicious food, I’m astonished by the excellent customer service and smiling faces of the employees.
In addition, this branch offers many kinds of wraps, platters and salads which is very helpful to a picky customer like me.

I have had better shawarma for lower price in other places. Portions are huge but way to heavy (Arnold won't mind-get to the chopper NOw!) they put too much sauce and that is after me telling them to go light. The guy at the counter takes order extremely quickly so you better be on your feet and listening closely.maybe that was my mistake.

Quality food, modern layout, friendly staff, love the phili cheesesteak here and the chicken shawarma. Staff is very fast and taking your orders and preparing your food as well, you can also eat inside comfortably.
