Worst experience ever, Night staff is really bad and rude. Ordered classic veg poutine for take out and got non veg poutine and when we went back to correct the order, again it was wrong this happened thrice and at the end when we asked them to correct it again they denied and didn’t even get our refund SO DISAPPOINTING!

Doesn’t know how to take order, asked for classic veg poutine and received chicken poutine, went again and received bad customer service, changed any how and again had to go back because they did not put what was asked for, after they refused for any changes totally dissatisfying, don’t know about morning staff but night staff is worst

EDIT 1 - The owner of the store personally reached out to me via email and offered me to compensate for three times the amount of the food. I truely appreciate the owner reaching out and trying to mitigate the issue. Looking forward to coming back again, just when I get round to finding some time.

This spot gives extraordinary service and yummy meals. One of my favourite place around town. The meals served rapidly and the rates were reasonable. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Chicken shawarma and there was hardly any chicken in it. My favourite Lazeez has greatly disappointed me.

Edit - Photos are examples of mistakes, i asked for chicken on the rocks with No sause on it but insted on the side, also orderd a beef gyro and couldn't find much meet but LOADS of sause... It was a late night order thru skip the dish but none the less the accuracy is sometimes really off.

Hit or miss on quantity they portion out.

Sometimes they spread the sause and hummus, other times you will find it all in one area.

I was customer to this location since i came to canada. I am very big fan of their falafel. But last two purchases forced me to switch the place to nearby babaz shwarma. We student work one hour to earn $15. If wrap dont justify the lazzez standard i think my hour got waste. Its not our matter that or this girl is new. I wish i can go back second time but my bus schedule dont allows me.
In feb i visited My wrap was dry inside not even falafel balls are souced properly secondly large size means large along with filling also not just two pitas joined together to fool customer. I still want to go to lazeez but i fear to unjustify my money.

Restaurant substituting their inhouse hot sauce with Frank's Red hot garbage without informing anybody of the change

Put piping hot food in styrofoam containers - food gets stuck. Why continue to use these types of containers?

It was pleasurable the first few times I went but the 3rd time the customer service was not as pleasant not sure what the issue was but the Stagg that day was different

Ordered an extra hot chicken on sticks from uber, got a bland one without any hot sauce. When I called them, they told me We are Sorry, Does the sorry get my food better?

Tonight they give me cold shawarma wrap. Meat was not properly cooked. Service was also very poor

I wish there was a zero star i could have given them. If you want to eat dry, tasteless and overcooked chicken drenched with tons of sauces this is the only place to go. They don't even know the authentic recipe of a shawarma. I really wonder if these great reviews are genuine or paid.
Go here if you are really desperate n have no choice in the middle of night.

I like it I used to use uber very good and love it here the food is extremely tasty but it was shawarma day and rock on sticks was 5$ so I went and it was not there so my theory is that they are trying to get the unwanted food out of stock

After ordering two shawarma wraps, I must say lettuce was setting on water, counter was dirty and messy, flies were buzzing around. Employees were busy chatting and not communicating professionally.

After having the food me and my wife we both got skin irritations. This happend to us and this is my review and first impression.

This is close to my workplace and I tried it but I won't be going here again.

I went here at 2: 40AM Saturday with my partner, I ordered chicken on the sticks but we got it with chicken Slovaki, and my partner got the chicken Slovaki in a wrap, GUYS IT WAS HANDS DOWN THE ABSOLUTE BEST MEAL EVER We had to wait a few minutes longer for them to grill it fresh and marinade it in spices but it is definitely our new go too meal next time, I highly recommend this!

Worst customer service. The cashier doesn't have much knowledge about their menu itself. Lazeez management should hire better employees to work here.

Had similar experience to kipling location (customer service is ok) but overall their falafal wrap is good. Thats the only one thing I like at Lazeez shawarma.

Overall is good just employes need some patience when they take order from a customer. They are into rush while taking orders.

This is the second time it is happening, I found hair in your wrap. Please try to cover your head properly while preparing the stuff

I ordered a half salad and half rice shawarma with extra extra garlic topping but the staff haven’t added extra topping and I observed it.

Awesome shawarma place. Lazeez on half/half is my favourite and extra garlic sauce will be perfect for 3lines of spicy.

Food is always good and good portions but they need to bring back better containers.the ones they use now are too flimsy and for the amount of food that’s going inside it, it doesn’t support it at all

It's okay. The staff were indifferent to our presence.taking orders, making food and packaging the orders. The food was okay, the chicken shawarma had way too much sauce, next time I'll ask for " half sauce" (if there's a next time).

I ordered food from here on Skip The Dishes. They didn’t follow the order whatsoever. I got falafel on the stick soaked in so much white sauce that it looked like a glass of milk spilled in my order. Second item was the same thing, about 1 liter of white sauce. I asked for it to be extra hot, but it came with no hot sauce at all? Funniest thing of all I had mentioned “less white sauce” in the order. Not sure what’s going on here, you might as well just starve

Decent staff, decent cleanliness and limited flavours for drinks to offer than other Lazeez franchises. Overall a decent place near Freshco as Mediterranean option for an average price.

I am truly impressed with this Lazeez restaurant. I have eaten at a others but this one is at the very top of my list. The staff is very courteous and kind. They fulfill my order request perfectly every time as its usually for 3 or more people. The food is always fresh and delicious. The chicken is cooked perfectly every time. It is soft tender and juicy. The servings are proper. This location is clean and a pleasure to go to.

I ordered from here and they put waay too much mayo on my food. It was like a mayonnaise soup. Their special sauce is seasoned mayo. It was absolutely digusting. I tried to salvage what i can. I had to scrap off the extra sauce layer on the top and discard it. I uploaded a few pictures as well, ewwww.

I got there 5 mins.before they closed and the service was great! Friendly staff that take their job seriously. Really impressed! Will definitely be back at this location

Just bought falafel shawema from here.its completely dry with no mayo n hot sauce.this taste disgusting.i want to give u zero stars for wasting my money

If you are a shawarma lover then this is the place you should visit. Price, taste and service were all upto the mark. Best experience

Ordered through skip the dishes. Order was missing food and had incorrect items.kabob was cut in half to look like the correct amount. Taking my money and giving me less than I ordered is basically stealing. Pretty disappointed since I spent 90$ there. This location is completely unorganized and incompetent. Mississauga branch was much better.

First time trying and had good experience. Very delicous food. Fast and nice service. Keep it up

Delicious! Have been wanting to try for a while and it did not disappoint. Service is very friendly, staff is speedy and store is very clean. Will be back soon.
