Lazeez Shawarma

Ordered naked shawarma. When i got it, it was cold. The girl literally put it in the grill, how come its cold?

It pains me to say this about a chain but lazeez still has the best shawarma I've ever had. Note that this isn't the best location though. Dirty inside and way understaffed

I ordered large chicken shawarma wrap.shawarma was not rolled and wrapped properly. The rolled shawrama became plate as soon as I open the wrap.this is not acceptable for $13 wrap.

Food wise.i asked no olives but olives was there.then whats is the point of asking no olives.

Spent nearly 80 dollars on on all beef items ranging from on the sticks, on the rocks and 2 shawarmas and it was quite disappointing. The beef on everything was really dry and was almost impossible to get down our throat without a overload of garlic sauce or a lot of fries/rice. The beef had a strong citrus lemon flavour and did not look as if it came from a spit. Enjoyed eating the fries/rice alone than having it with the beef. I’ve had they’re chicken and it’s much easier to eat but still has the same dry flavour. The Lazeez brand in itself is horrible and not what it was when it first opened years ago so I can’t blame this location for this but take my review as you will.

Edit: most of these ratings and reviews have to be fake because there is no way people enjoy this. Try for yourself and be the judge.

Best Lazeez I’ve ever had. Manager or owner was a great guy.amazing customer service.quick food delivery.nice outside patio.friendly workers. 10/10 experience. Would highly recommend.

Second time in 3 visits I’ve gotten small pieces of chicken bone in my salads.

It’s a shame staff was friendly but just will not be visiting this location again. Figured it woulda been fixed.

Please pay more attention for your customers sake. 20 bucks for a salad that basically almost killed me.

I was so excited to go to this place since it was open recently I ordered chicken shawarma and its cold even the pita didn't grill disappointed

HAIR IN FOOD!
Im absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I ordered lazeez on the rocks. I just started eating it and after few bites, found a HAIR under it.

Honestly the worst shawarma I’ve ever tried.
The don’t change the gloves and sweep the food on top of the containers into the customers plates. They are reluctant to add chicken. These guys just don’t understand that we pay for the food.

Charging approx. $10 for this shawarma is a joke. It is not even properly filled. One side of the shawarma is just empty bread (Shown in the picture), it is not even filled to the corner. I tried this location two times and both time I was disappointed by their service and quantity. I don't recommend this location.
