My recent visit to Lazeez Shawarma left much to be desired. The service was slow, making the overall experience less enjoyable. The food failed to impress, especially the chicken, which was dry and lacked flavor. When measured against other shawarma options, Lazeez disappoints in terms of both service efficiency and food quality. Moreover when I visited this store they always beg for fake reviews for extra rice.
About Lazeez, they're an amazing food company! Their food is delicious and always satisfies my cravings. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, from mouthwatering kebabs to flavorful wraps. The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and their dishes are always fresh and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Enjoy!
I'm sorry but I find this location to be absolutely gross. I've been there to pick up three times now, and every time it's a let down. Always dirty and unorganized. I'm now looking at my large chicken wrap and its covered in a bunch of pink stuff all on the outside of the pita! There is no way all of these reviews are accurate. This place is nasty.
I highly recommend Lazeez Shawarma. Their food is fresh, healthy and delicious. I love their falafel wrap! The owner, Rana, is a generous and community-minded person. They supported Christ the King School's Night of Culture with tasty favourites like hummus, baba ganoush and fatoush salad. Middle Eastern food and hospitality is the best.
My chicken shawarma was superb. Made Fresh and promptly prepared. Very tasty. Visiting the store was a delightful experience. I am looking forward to my next visit.
Usually go to shawarma alley in the area, but thought I would stop by and try lazeez out because everythinf was closed. Hands down it was a good decision. Food was fresh, juicey, and worth every penny. The server was also a very sweet lady who made sure we were 100% happy. I am a satisfied customer:).
Food tasted okay but found it to be very expensive. My order was 10.99 on the menu but ended up twice as much. I realize toppings are an extra charge but I ended up paying over $19 for a regular gyro on rice because I asked for some lettuce and onion sprinkled on. $9 for a thin layer of lettuce and onion seems excessive. Tiny portions of meat as well, there were only a few strips of meat. The two other shawarma places in town give you twice as much for half the price. I won’t be back
Lazeez gave a generous donation to our schools cultural exchange night and the food was incredible! All of the families were raving about the freshness and quality. Not only do they have amazing food but the kindness they showed with their donation to a local school community should not go unnoticed. These are the kind of people you want to support! (The tent cards were reversed in this photo if you’re looking to see the food)
Ordered "on the rocks" over fries with a pop. They put it on rice and didn't give me the pop I paid for. Also surprised to learn it didn't come with any topping.
Good location, ample parking, friendly staff, hygienic food, tried chicken on the rocks and found so delicious. Lazeez rally a market leader. Good addition in Georgetown. Highly recommended.
Best Shwarma in Georgetown! I went for lunch and had the chicken on rice. Very friendly lady at the counter advised me down to the medium heat which was great advice. Well cooked chicken, good portion and best flavour garlic sauce vs others I’ve tried. I’ll be back!
