Lazeez Shawarma

Do not go to lazeez, the location is fine, service is good, but all lazeez and osmows taste like garbage. Go to a local shawarma spot instead

Shawarma was rushed. The service was so terrible the guy did not know the service or food they’re offering. I ordered 2 beef shawarma one with combo (fries and drink). The guy served cold shawarma and the fries took 15 minutes to cook. The server didn’t want to give me pop saying it was not part of the combo, it took a while to clarify with his superior. The fries was burnt without any seasoning. Honestly was not worth what I paid for everything. The server was not too friendly either; kept staring at us in a weird way.

Please change back to your old hot sauce.new one is very underwhelming and the taste is subpar compared to before.

Came with a colleague for lunch, the only item available on the menu, was the chicken shwarma. The chicken was dry and tasteless. It turns out it was the left overs from the day before. No fresh meat meals. No kebabs or beef items available. A mentioned this to a friend that evening, and she had a similar experience with deliver - beef kebab, old and overheated.

Chicken on the rocks was good but could be better. I feel like the quality and flavour of the chicken shawarma has gone down but I do believe Lazeez is a little better than Osmows. If you are ordering fries (or chicken half and half), id suggest ordering ahead to ensure a quick turnaround.

Great service, server Sukhdeep was the best, super friendly and welcoming! The way she prepared the food was amazing! 10/10 she deserves a raise and will come again!

I bought a lazeez on the rocks large size. I am so disappointed of the quantity given. It is so very little when compared with the other outlets of the chain. The chicken, rice and sauce - too little. While other outlets serve in such a way that we can barely close the box, here even the bottom part of the box was not full. The people standing to serve should be taught some lessons on how to retain customers. I am never buying from this outlet again.

I have had this a couple different times and each time im amazed how theres so many locations of these. This is not what shawarma should taste like. Just bland chicken covered w bad sauces

Honestly been to different lazeez locations and this one is the only one worth going to, the staff are really friendly and the food is always fresh.
Komal always welcomes me with a smile and never cheaps out on toppings.

Worst customer service. They will charge you more and will not add any extra topping that you paid for. Most unhygienic place.

I had a chicken shawarma. It was very disappointing. Poor seasoning, the chicken was bland, the garlic sauce wasn’t very good. No reason to come here over other places that are cheaper and tastier.

WAY better than Osmows.

I Ordered Chicken on the Stix (via Uber Eats). Definitely get the extra garlic sauce.

The chicken actually tastes like something, and the fries were still somewhat fresh for delivery.

Food was good, fast service, but cleanliness is a problem, garbage at the entrance was litterally over flowing.

I don't like there boiled kind of chicken but when you don't have multiple choices then you can eat to beat your hunger.

If your a doordash driver do not pick up orders form this place. I have never gotten a tipped order from this place. I use the PARA app so I know how much the tip will be (from this place always ZERO) without accepting the offer. I don't want to assume anything but I feel like this place steals tips from drivers.
