Rest easy after I eat lazeez on sticks. Absolutely goated. Never have any stomach problems after lazeez

I would this specific lazeez is diminishing in quality and quantities with increase in price which is unfair. Moreover, the service is so bad that the server was scrapping the chicken from the container which I felt is not fair for the price paid, he just put less than half scoop of chicken in regular lazeez on rocks but I feel earlier they used to serve properly with appropriate quality and quantity. I asked them that if they can put a little more chicken since the amount of chicken they put was unfair and they told that it’s guidelines from the franchisee. I had the chicken on rice and I felt chicken doesn’t taste good because it was scraped of the container and also the rice they served was burned.

Kindly advise with the issue. This has happened with me more than once not only today. The service is deteriorating.

I am an uber eats driver. There was a large order and i was waiting outside until they finished. And i accept the order and asked them to gave me their food but they lied that they didn’t see the order on the screen. Their intention was to keep the uber money and the food without giving me. I was frustrated and asked them again, they we Disrespectful and talk other customers ignoring me.

They call uber and lied that it didn’t show on their screen. Uber just canceled that large order and they simply kept the food and the money.

Worst shawarma you’ll ever experience. Quality and taste is disgusting, note: reviews with 5 stars are paid reviews cuz it’s impossible to give 1 star if u really tried it

The meat in shawarma and rice are now reduced by a lot. Just a thin layer of chicken on rice.

Loved the food - bought a Falalal wrap and bowl. The quality of food is excellent and yummy. Fries and salad were fresh. This is my second time coming this week - and am definitely coming back.

Debatably the best shawarma in town. The garlic sauce is amazing, the chicken is great and its the best bang for your buck especially if you get the chicken wrap. They absolutely load the wraps with chicken. The employees are always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience here. I started going here as a place to grab food after the bars close but now it’s my go-to post gym meal

My favourite place to eat with my friends at lunch! Lazeez on the rocks or on the sticks with extra garlic sauce and 2 lines of hot sauce is my go to! A great and easy takeout experience.

I'm from out of the city and don't often get to try foreign foods things like shawarma or falafel and when I explained that to the well-groomed, well-mannered gentleman behind the counter, he made sure to explain the process on how to order and recommended certain options and toppings as well. Never thought I'd have turnip with rice and have it taste phenomenal! It's also safe to say that on top of the wonderful and kindhearted service, the food was incredible and I finished it before leaving the parking lot! Overall, Lazeez Shawarma is a wonderful and exceptional establishment for getting some quality filling food.

Whatever hot sauce they use is way too hot.i couldn’t even finish the food, i had to throw it away because all i tasted was hot sauce.i like a little kick and a little taste of hot but the entire wrap was just way too spicy and i had to throw it away

One of the best Shawarma in the Waterloo area, chicken of the rocks is the most delicious in this Lazeez Shawarma.
Especially when a guy with long hair prepares it, I love it. The staff of this location is really friendly,

I ordered Chicken on the rocks and i found that box is full of rice only and with a tiny layer of chicken. Then they hide it by sauces.

Good service sometimes they let the meat dry out on the grill instead of just cutting it off the slab as needed which is why I gave 3 star

I have been coming back to this place again and again and every time I try something new here, turns out delicious every time.

I just picked up my falafel wrap for this restaurant. Since the second I entered, I faced a horrible attitude and look from the employees that they kept looking at up and down and most likely trying to figure out my gender. The tall Indian guy with a black beard and long hair gave me my order with such a horrible attitude, and in one moment I asked myself if I had done something wrong! I feel absolutely harassed and disrespected and most definitely won’t come back here, and I do not recommend this place to any member of the LGBTQ+ community. As a customer and a community member, we all deserve to be treated equally and respectfully. I hope this review comes to the corporate’s attention.

I ordered Chicken shwarma & Fries through Uber Eats. Worst food I have ever eaten. Fries are full of salt can't even eat them! Sharma's taste is not good bad smell coming from the bread!

Its my favorite shawarma place, my top dish is chili fries and with garlic sauce its the best. The customer service is 5 star.

These people are ripping your money off I ordered medium shawarma on rice on Thursday night around 2 am in morning and asked extra lettuce and tomato which is being charged in my bill and I went home and checked there was no toppings in that so I called them and was no answered and I went there next day on Friday and asked them to remake it and there were two guys one was manager and one guy was at front and they said you have to bring food back which is 3am clock at night time and I live far from that place as well, they don’t know how to treat a customer they were yelled at me even they were declined to mention their names when I asked even they were telling me that I am lied and I have transaction proof and picture of food and I have proof of both persons yelling at me so pls I want their owner to contact me for that whatever happens and it’s not tolerated at all
