Lazeez Shawarma

I told the staff not to add top ups but they however, add and the tops and ruin the taste sorry to say but worst service man and food quantity was not up to mark. Sorry.

Worst Shawarma. I ordered on uber eats. 1 Large chicken half and half (Caesar salad and rice). I paid extra for extra garlic. Even wrote in notes that please give extra garlic but i still receive less than adequate quantity. This was the reason I spotted eating at lazeez and started osmows almost 3-4 years ago. I just wanted to give it a try but no. Still that tasteless experience. Stale chicken, tasteless rice and 1/2 of the adequate garlic sauce.
Not even angry at this point just disappointed. Any one who wants to order at lazeez save your money and go to osmows or pita land or even go eat mcdonalds, It is still better than eating hard chicken and rice with milk sauce named as garlic sauce. Lazeez shawarma cooks are kind of people who would trip and fall on a wireless remote controller.

Good Chicken Shawarma! They have other options, such as Beef Kofta and Chicken Kebab too. You can get your choice of meat on rice, fries, and even salad. Fresh vegetables are available in the salad, and the staff are very kind and friendly.

Worst location ever went, rude server. She doesnot even care about customer, serving cold food. With sad faces, just smile bro. We are paying food and you are getting paid for serving people. This is all for the girl with make-up tonight

Ordered half and half chicken but just got chunk of chicken on the top and moreover staff was not even cooperative at all would never ever come to this location after.

Poor service by staff, inexperienced and rude staff. Also, they refuse to take orders to take out on the phone and ask you to stand in queue for everyone elderly people, including elderly people.

Food was okay nothing special. However my main concern was one of the female staff members was very loud and rude to me. Disappointing experience.

Had chicken salad, portion is good, taste was normal i would say nothing extraordinary nor bad, i wish they have lamb options as well.

Food was great, restaurant was very clean and organized. Staff served me quickly and i had my food hot and ready within minutes, would highly recommend!

Order a regular wrap and there was hardly any chicken in it spent 10$ was not worth of it. Looks more of a veggie wrap than chicken. Called and a girl said she can’t do anything very poor customer service and attitude towards customers.

I often order 3 chicken wrap and they're never the same amount of meat and vegetables in them, but this time is the worst of all. The wraps was half full, and one end was twisted like a candy wrap. I guess that is the new way, half full twisted end wrap. However, the taste is good, but there was more wrap then anything else that matters. It is a very good way to get people to stop buying wrap.

This was my first time having lazeez and when I told the staff they were very excited to hear that. They went above and beyond to make me the best food I’ve had in a long time. Thank you guys, will be back.

Just ordered a meal via Ubereats and received an incorrect item. Tried to explain the person behind the counter over a phone call and had to spend at least 20 minutes explaining that we received ceasar salad instead of chicken salad with multiple topings. The person argued that you ordered chicken salad with no toppings and that to them is ceasar salad. However the ceasar salad was worth $8, and I was charged $13 for the salad. Eventually, another person, named Reet, picked up the call and was so rude to dismiss my concern. I suggested that I can share the receipt that shows $13 charge and the toppings I listed, and to that her response was "Oh please, I dont have time for you, I have more customers to attend. " And cut the phone.
Deeply shocked on the kind of service level this location offered. It has significantly deteriorated. Wish the Manager or the Owner was available to explain my concern. But, no one was there to listen. The matter changed in seconds from wrong order item to rude customer service or basically no service at all.

Pathetic service the employee at the cash counter. Very rude. Doesn’t know on how to take orders and also how to treat the customer. Being in hospitality business if you don’t know on how to acknowledge the mistake and come over it. That’s not the right place for you. Won’t go there again. Recommend to others too you pay for what you order not for bad attitude despite the order was not correct.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered online through Uber Eats and I received one wrong item which was of lesser value but was charged for the one I placed order for which was more. On contacting the customer service at Lazeez, the representative REET was rude over a mere issue and instead of helping us out reacted that she has other customers to attend to. Don’t care about the order anymore but how the whole situation was handled, totally unacceptable.

Food is always awesome and good quantity, but I’ve been here more than 10 times and never saw any girl with hairnet. Not sure if employees are aware of food safety measures about cleanliness. Hopefully it changes some days.

Found chicken in my falafel on the rocks, countless times have received the wrong order, food itself can be hit or miss, have been charged for the wrong thing many times. Will not be going back ever. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Came to Lazeez for lunch today while working in the Brampton area. Always willing to try a new shawarma restaraunt and I'm finding that it's hard to find a good shawarma.

I'll get right to the point; Lazeez made me a great chicken shawarma.

I got the regular size and it was more than enough for my appetite. Every topping I asked for they gave me and even though I asked for medium heat I still felt a little burn which I very much appreciated. Next time I will try hot!

Overall it was a great lunch. I came hungry and left full. Service was quick and polite. The meal tastes great. Good job!

One of the finest Lazeez locations in Brampton. The portions are good, staff is nice, spacious sitting and well maintained. I would like to praise the girl working in afternoon. She was really good at her work and providing exceptional customer service. Management should let her train the staff and make the customer’s experience better.

GREAT FOOD!
The environment was cool and you can easily figure out that the staff’s top priority is making customers happy. It is literally customer oriented. I have to say, I enjoyed every little bit of my meal. Prolly it’s the best restaurant around. Will definitely go back.

The worst shawarma ever. They dont even cook rice well just serving raw stuff and toppings are not proper. Never ever fo there i will suggest

It was a good food place earlier now the staff is busy in chatting specially girls if customers waiting let them wait and food quality has gone down. Management needs to take care of this.

Really good! Their food is really moist and fresh. Each of there locations is always clean and organized. Staff at this location is very friendly and if you ask kindly they will add a couple toppings at no additional cost.

(I used to go to Osmow's but the quality has gone downhill. Meat is very dry and chewy and at times I was chewing on cartilage. The staff are not friendly at all)

Complete opposite at Lazeez and I highly recommend them!

The didn't use fresh meat. I had 'chicken on the rocks'. I'll not recommend it and will not go there again ever.

Rice which soaked in too much mayonnaise sauce and a tasteless shawarama without garlic sauce or side dish. I strongly don't suggest here, never and never. Don't waste your time and throw your money away. It is not real Shawarama.

This place is awesome, all staff are very friendly and make sure your order is always right. Ordered 2 regular Shawarma on Rocks today and it tasted so good. Chicken was fresh and it tasted yummy. Recommend this place for best Shawarma in town.

Customer Service needs to be looked at. The young girl at the counter would just roll her eyes at any question about menu! This was my 1st visit at a Lazeez, went after a recommendation, not a great experience though.

Worst service at location- Mountainash rd.and bouvaird dr. Try to call on Feb 14 after 5: 45pm while sitting inside car in parking lot to place order it goes 3 times to voice mail and 4-5th time they did not pick call.
It’s covid and you guys want people to lineup really? Customer can wait in car n pick when order is ready or after 15-20 minutes!

Staff girls have masks below nose. When get inside saw they are not picking up call and one female server making wrap said to other do not pick call we are busy and just 7 people in wait. But only 5 inside store which is good. But Losing customers order on phone? Losing your business in competitive market. Good luck

Do i said bad or do i say worst? I would say WORST PLACE TO EAT FALAFEL. I had ordered through SkipTheDishes and when I received the order, it was plain rice and nothing inside. No sauce, no spice level. I generally order from Osmow’s but since they were closed i tried Lazeez but oh my god. Never would i make the same mistake again.

Very rude staff, no manners swearing all the time especially the 2 ladies working there. Was there with my child and all I heard was vulgar words. And they don’t put attention to making the food.

Very disppointed with the service, i used to come to this location all the time but will not be returning back due to poor customer service. Servers have their mask down to the chin all the time, it was not the first time i saw this at this location, terrible service.

Very good customer service, i usually go there and they always serve fresh and hot food, very nice staff, always take order with patience and happy faces. Like to go there.

Very disappointed with customer service servers did not change golves when handling food/payment. Servers behinde the counter did not ware face mask over there nose when handling food. I then asked the server to please put on the mask correctly over he nose and did for a few seconds then pulled it back down. I will not be returning to this location poor attitude to towards customer and safety.

Too much fries for too little chicken. Seems as if Lazeeza has reduced the quantity of chicken in the servings for cost cutting.

I bought the chicken on the rocks the first time and it was good. I went again for Shawarma poutine the other day, but the staff said they do not have any of the sauce for the poutine. Then I went there a third time to try the shawarma poutine and they did not even make it properly. They didn't even add the garlic sauce in it as they are supposed to. I did not notice until I got home and opened the container. Customer service here is terrible.

Avoid this location if you can, I've been to other Lazeez and they prepare the food properly.

The employees were not wearing masks or wearing the masks incorrectly with their noses exposed when we walked in. To be honest, we should have turned back and left then but I was really hoping for the best. The most damning thing is gross chicken on the rocks! Thank goodness we just made one order because we didn't trust the health standard at this location. The chicken was GARBAGE - the whole thing just tasted burnt. It was disgusting.

Go to the McDonalds next door and get their chicken nuggets with the BBQ sauce and poutine and skip this location. I went to Osmow's near Mimco and felt way better that their staff wear masks CORRECTLY, falafels were great and chicken was not burnt.

I'd like to share my disappointment in this spot. I spend most afternoons playing Warzone with my buddies and they rave on about this spot, however, i've discovered that you guys do not deliver to London, England. Please could you rectify this issue so i am able to share the same love for this middle Eastern delicacy.

It's getting difficult to support local restaurants when employees do not follow simple hygiene practices. The employee made my order with the same gloves while taking others orders in between. The machine was also being used by another employee with no gloves. When I asked if they just used the same gloves to finish my order, the employee said they barely used the machine and then ask me if they should change them. It's very disappointing because we like this spot and come here often.

Beef shawarma (wrap) was the nightmare. It was full of gravy plus less meat and the funny part was start dripping on my clothes and in car until I threw whole large wrap.

DEAR LAZEEZ, wish I COULD GIVE YOU A MILLION STARS. I love the chicken on the rocks so much! One time I wasn’t in the area so I had to order chicken on the rocks somewhere else (osmows) and it wasn’t even half as good and I was really upset. THIS LOCATION HAS THE BEST CHICKEN ON THE ROCKS HANDS DOWN! It’s so good it literally brings a tear to my eye. I have ordered many times and I will never stop. Sincerely, your forever Customer:) :)

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ate half my meal then lost my appetite after pulling out an extremely long hair from my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. I live nearby so I took it back to show them. The shift manager on this Sunday night told me I was making a fuss. She wasnt wearing a hair net but instead a scarf over her head. She claimed "it happens, hair falls out, even eyebrows". Disgusting.

EDIT: I did receive a refund and I was offered a free meal but who would have an appetite after pulling a hair out of their mouth? A scarf over the head is not the same as a cap or hairnet. I also think its pathetic that this location previously offered free drinks for reviews to jack up their rating.

Got my order from this Location from Skip the Dishes on New Years Eve. I was over my mom's which is close the location so thought I'd do a little something special. Got a Chicken on the Rocks with options to pay extra $1 for a Topping. I opted for Tomatoes but instead received potatoes. Big difference. Next the poutine was cold not fault of the delivery guy it was just prepared cold Cheese curds didn't melt at all meaning fries and gravy were cold. At least I know next time I'm not going here it'll def be Osmows instead

Edit: bad customer service usually happens in the evening after 7pm, workers get swamped with a lot of ubereats/skipthedishes orders, so fair warning if you go in the evening be prepared to wait 5-10mins before your order in taken.

Price is good, food is slightly above average, but bad customer service, no one that works here gives cares about the customer. Usually the workers are too busy talking to each other to pay attention to the customers. Thought at least their sauce is always the same good tasting sauce.

If i could give 0 star i would. These people at this location are horrible. I placed an order 2 days before to cater for a birthday with a deposit. The guy who works there took the order and told me his name is Almas just ask for him. When coming in the day to pick up the food for this event cater for about 20 ppl, they said they didnt know nothing about the order. I then said Almas took the order they said no one by that name works here. Everything was messed up waited for these ppl to make the food and found out his name is Mujeeb or something and he didnt come in for his shift. Food is not all that great and these ppl rush to make your food. After being loyal customer will never come here again.

The counter girl needs to work on her customer service. She completely embarrassed the poor woman infront of me in the line because she complained too much, I almost walked out just because of that. Still gave it a chance. Owners, please train your employees on how to deal with difficult customers. You can't have that happen infront of customers, it looks bad on your business. And calling her stupid once she left makes your establishment look really bad. Counter girl: please work on your people skills. Owners: train this lady to be a professional. Not good for your business.
The food was of poor quality, it tasted off for some reason. And isn't chicken on the rocks supposed to have some chicken? Full of rice only! Will never go back again.

The worst chicken shawrama i ever had. The rice were uncooked, order along with a chicken shawrama salad. The quantity of chicken was merely a tablespoon and when asked the staff, they were not even ready to listen.

Best Lazeez branch ever. All employees are very friendly specially Abdullah and Majeed. They make the best food and present it in best possible way.
I visit this branch almost every day with family for dinner & everyday we receive a warm welcome. All employees go an extra mile to keep the customers satisfied.

Highly recommend philly cheese chicken as this branch makes it the best.

Foood is good as osmow if not better! They cook their veggies on a seprate grill and are open late! This is the place to be if your tired of Osmow service and food! Lol

Will NEVER EVER BUY FOOD FROM This location. I am huge fan of lazeez shawarma. But never try this location. Especially Do not stop here at night time. They are selling old food or food that is prepared previous day. If it happened for me and I guess it’s happening all time and especially in food industry it’s not good to do this to customers.

I am regular customer for lentil rice with chicken / mixed. Today was my first day to eat it from this location. I always eat in and today I thought of taking it home, the moment I reached home and I opened the food and man the food smells like garbage (rotten smell). I don’t know if it’s from chicken or rice. My room is entirely filled with that rotten smell. Even on the way back to return it my car smells like a garbage truck.

Talking to the people over there they are like this is because “you kept the food closed for an hour that’s why the food smells like this”. Note: here they already accepted the food is bad and now they are telling customer if you buy food from here we have to eat it on the spot. I was like are you serious? And now they are like we don’t know why it happened and the guy is constantly telling me it’s because I kept food for an hour.

Then the lady comes and she is like you might have kept the food in a warm area. Then I asked her we live in a cold country and right now temp is 3 degree. Are you telling me this is warm then she is like smiling.

I think they are reheating the old food and they sell here and people who eat in might not notice because they are eating when it’s hot. No words to the crew, they shouldn’t never do this to customer because I paid 24$ for two plates. The guy returned the money but it should never happen to others. I m pretty sure the food I got was not made the same day.

If you guys are buying from here make sure the food is good quality and they have prepared the food on the same day.
