The food is really good and you get a good portion for your money. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Perfect for a lunch break from work.

HORRIBLE. This place was disgusting, had horrible service and horrible food. The food was dry, and the service was awful. The owner was disrespectful, as well as the employees had no idea what was happening. Worst place to go. There are so many better shawarma places save ur money.

When you order two three things you expect at least a fork to eat with it …Customer service below average … not ordering again

Just in the knick-of-time, we managed to squeeze thru the door and order a few items before closing. Regardless of the timing, the staff's service was amazing and pleasant. The food was tastey and hot. For these reasons, we returned to this location the very next day.and a few days after LOL!

Excellent shawarmas at the original Lazeez Shawarma restaurant. The ambience is less than average, but one should consider this more as a take-out fast food joint.

Prices and quality for you get are excellent. We are often visitors. Now that more franchises have opened-up we go to the one on Burnhamthorpe and Mavis.

The Lazeez on Eglinton at Mavis used to be good but not any more - the food is still tasty, but the size is cut to almost 1/2 to 2/3 rd of what you get at other Lazeez joints. Hope they notice this feedback.

I wish I can give the rating below zero. I had a worst experience with this location. I asked for shawarma salad, without mentioning either chicken or beef. Then I told I need beef and person on the counter started being rude and arguing on that I said chicken. He keep on arguing with no reason. I understand staff do get frustrated but this type of customer service is not acceptable at all. Very very bad customer service

The Manager wearing Glasses is Very Rude and Angry Guy.he will fill your food with either lots of Lettuce or with lots of Rice.to be able to give you very little Meat.this location staff is Not trained well how to take orders well and how to talk to Customers.they just fill up your food without asking the customers what they want exactly on the salad part or the sauce part.ignorant staff and Rude Manager. No Greetings nothing just angry Attitude as if he is doing a favour and as if he is giving Free Food. Dear Lazeez Owner when you see multiple customers are complaining About Rude attitide of your staff.why dont you Discipline them or just Replace them with staff that knows how to Respect customers from where you earn profits from.its a shame

While visiting this location expect rude staff and miserable workers. I ordered a chicken on the rox (dec 6th, 2021) the food was cold and stale. Don't recommend it.

Food is great but customer service does not exist. Have been going to a different lazeez location now with great service. It is a bit further but I rather drive a few minutes more than support a place that has no respect.

Food is was ok for me. They make good specifically middle eastern sharwarma and other foods. If you are looking for any other sharwarma that’s not middle eastern, then look elsewhere

Called to place an order for pick up, the girl took my order and said "that's it? " I said yes, she tells me "it's okay you can order when you come in" and cut the call. WHY would I call to place an order if I was planning to come in and place it. Just wanted to pick it up and go (work break only gives me a small amount of time) clearly my time is not valued. Used to love this spot when you guys first opened but now the rudeness makes the food bitter. You will be my last choice when all other options are not available

The staff needs re-training in customer service. Maybe they never got it. Theres other shawarma spots in Sauga with better service, I will pick them over you now, any day

Rude staff. Wasn’t wearing a mask due to a medical condition. Meanwhile two of the cooks I witnessed also not correctly wearing their mask. Then I hear him under his breath call me disrespectful. When I asked how hot the sauce was I didn’t get an answer. I asked for medium and there was no sauce. When I opened the container to check, the guy squirted way too much and very sloppy. I’d never go here again in my life and would recommend the same to anyone else. Should’ve read the rest of the reviews prior to trying it out.

Update: the owner reached out to me as offered another wrap to replace the damaged wrap. So overall it ended well. Kudos to the owner. I respect that.

I went to creditview location in Mississauga,
They are charging $5 for small fries but when I checked online and their menu on the wall, price is $3: 49, when I asked about it they said price is gonna go up in future and I said it hasn’t gone up yet why are you charging me more now and the guy started saying if you want it fine otherwise leave it. Even I checked on uber, the price is $3: 49. That’s very poor service. Would not recommend this location.

Love the freshness, the room definitely fills up the good aroma of their food crunchy fries, lentils rice amazingly flavored and cooked. Love Lazeez

I order here because it is the Lazeez closet to my work and after last time I will no longer be coming to this location. The French fries are never cooked properly, they are soggy and honestly some of them don't even taste cooked. I always ask for my sauces on the side because I like to have them for when I am eating left overs and they always ignore this. It is very expensive to order food on uber eats to have the food arrive barely edible. I had two bites of a large chicken on the sticks before I stopped forcing myself to eat. I really tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but I think if you are going to eat here its better to go in so you can check your order prior to getting it.

Worst Shawarma place ever! The guy is super rude, its closing time we get it, but this is the worst customer service I have ever received in Canada. I was saying "sir" politely and he said to me to use please word again! I don't know why he was so much frustrated! 0 star to this place!

The food used to be good in Creditview and Britannia location, but it got worse each time in the past two years! Price increased, quantity reduced. There were less chicken, rice even salad in Chicken Shawarma platter. Today is the worst ever, would not go back again, we have been eating here since 15 years ago when they were open.

Not sure what's happened because i used to order here a lot a while ago & the place was always good- came back cuz i was craving it, ordered a standard lazeez on the rocks, the guy put it on the table with no notice that it was mine- i noticed it was my order number but wasn't sure if he was gonna pack it, so i bagged it myself- the entire side was overflowing with sauce i couldn't even eat it with how messy it was, totally put me off on lazeez for the future.

I ordered the Falafel On The Stix. There were pieces of Falafel on top of fries with some sauce.

The portion was great, it was packed well, and it tasted very good.

This location use to be my favourite - recently not impressed. I ordered a small chicken on the rocks and the garlic sauce was so runny and the rice was soggy. I didn’t even bother eating it really disappointed.

Soggy and watered down salad, the guy who prepared literally threw two ingredients into the box and closed it. Rude customer service like how the previous reviews are, the guy with glasses and cashier making fun of customers talking in their language. Please do not give business to this franchise. Hopefully they make changes and never going back here. I am writing to the franchise to look into the reviews.

Horrible experience. I used to like this spot but after today I would never go back. After waiting 15 mins outside, I go in to place my order and the guy inside tells me to go wait outside and only 5 people in. You have people patiently waiting and following the 5 people rule and you have uber and skip couriers completely disregard the the number of people in the store. Then half way during the rush an employees car gets impounded and half the employees run out and it was a chaos in there. They have lost a customer for life by ignoring a customer who is willing to wait by prioritizing uber orders. This is what happens when you try to support small business. They can continue to pay the high fees to uber and ignore walk in customers. No customer service at all.

First time trying Lazeez as it was recommended to me by a friend. This will be the first and last time I visit. Paid $20 for a platter that consisted of dried meat, 2 pieces of potatoes and plain rice topped with some hot sauce. Will not be recommending this to anyone in the future.

Friendly Customer service. The cashier was very helpful in explaining the ingredients. Shawarma tasted excellent with right amount of spices.

Their service is bad, knowing all customers wear masks they get annoyed while repeating orders. I never had bad service like this at a lazeez location like this

Best shawarma in the GTA. Can't say anything about the staff: I wait outside when my husband buys a shawarma for us. One time they put some spicy stuff inside when he asked not spicy. But except for that, it was good.

The customer service was very rude and waited an hour for my food. Very disappointed with the treatment of the employees as they did not care, foiling around and called my son an idiot. Utterly dissatisfied and will not come back until they realize the importance of customer satisfaction. Furthermore I was also uncomfortable with the very fact that one of the employees was constantly staring at my beloved during our family dinner.

Worse experience ever. Manager named peter is the worse. Got no respect for the costumers at all, very rude and doesnt treat his costumers well. Never going back again.

Staff here were very disrespectful. It's almost as if you're not allowed to question your order, even if it's for dietary restrictions.

Busy shwarma place with average prices and selection. Often the lines are quite long. However the food is pretty good, although not consistent from time to time.

The shawarma and Lazeez-on-the-rocks and on-the-sticks are delicious and are amazing. The entire Lazeez franchise is really great overall.

I have had a lot of lazeez in my travels, but I have been noticing from this location that I always feel off after eating the shawarma. It has not sat well for some time. I figured maybe it's me personally but I never seem to have a problem when I eat at other shawarma places around mississauga. I need to stop coming to this location.

Decent place to grab a quick bite.
The shawarmas are nicely done. Keep the spice in check by choosing the right spice level or you may end up with a smoking hot shawarma

I wish I can gave this restaurant zero star. Busy location, dirty tables, front door open for vantalation. My experience was so bad visit first and last time. Literally I threw my food at counter 27 august 2016 around 10 pm try to explain the guy behind the counter but not lisiting instead of listening keep arguing with coustmer try to solved the problem keep arguing. I personally show him how come 2 Shawarmas have different dressing but they are not listing that's why I threw everything at counter.

Falafel was really excellent. If you fan of falafel, This the place for you. Only thing is This not big place can accommodate crowds. Always busy. In pick time it will take about 30 min to get your falafel ready.

My favourite place for shawarma. Consistently delicious and the people working there are always friendly. Try the on the rocks it is to die for.

Was here with girlfriend, fast service, good food, bit spoilt from local shawarma place that has more toppings however overall, very good food.

Busy shawarma place with large menu. Prices are good and portions are large. Food taste is okay and is really only good if you're craving it.

Hands down the best shawarma in the Mississauga area. Peter the manager is very friendly and always makes sure the quality is to the highest standards. I've yet to find a better tasting chicken on the rocks in the GTA.

Delicious! Very tasty schwarma! It's filled with meat and very inexpensive. Fresh garlic sauce and toppings. The regular size "on the rocks" is enough for 2 people and cheap. Lots of options. Enjoy!

Best lazeez location I've ever visited! Quickly became my go to spot ever since this place opened. It's no wonder why there's always a line up here! Regardless of the line the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. Peter at this location is always a pleasure to deal with and always makes sure his customers leave satisfied and happy. You can really tell he puts his heart into his job and it shows. Whenever I come by I'm always hoping I get to deal with him. It's always a pleasure coming to this location, they make you feel like family and they never forget their regulars!

Wow $21 for a salad a 8 pieces of falafal? And they didn't even ask me for toppings to put on my salad they just put 4veggie toppings, for $21 I thought maybe they could have added few more. It's not like they had to cut them or anything they have them already sitting up front.

I had a very bad experience 2 years ago and it was related to customer service and cleanliness and had decided to never go back again.
Anyway i thought of giving it a try again today and to my surprise this place gone even worst, food wasnt fresh and their pickles were way too salty that i had to pick them from my food.
Employees have ton of attitude and they are always so rude (guys take it easy its a shawarma place you are not running Prime minister house)
As usual place was dirty and napkins are always nowhere to be found i actually had to go for a hunt to find them, checked on all the tables and finally found few. All of their napkin boxes were empty.and thats their main branch just imagine how would their franchises be.
I am never gonna go back again

The food has been consistently good. I do feel like the guys working there have an attitude sometimes but I can imagine with the heat and pressure of getting food out so quick it can get on someone's nerves. Overall great food and great service

After ordering for the last time at this location I am furious. This is the original location and I've been a client ever since it opened. Recently the staff seems to have changed except one guy. He always wears glasses and a hat he's a brown guy. Last 3 or 4 times I went they got my order wrong and refused to fix it. I'm not upset that I had to go to another location because they refused to make my falafel on the rocks without garlic after they made it with it. It isn't my fault the cashier didn't tell him. I'm not even upset that they kicked me out when I asked them to put mixed olives like I asked and paid for. I'm mad for the horrible customer service this man provides to me and others I've seen. I wish the original owner and his wife still ran this store.
