Lazeez Shawarma

Very clean and inviting customer area; limited seating when things get busy but I was there late at night so there was plenty of seating for the few customers.
Good food, served quickly, lots of options for toppings/fillings (depending on your point of view).

The salad they make is really good. Haven't tried the shawarmas at this specific location yet. Staff is friendly and there isn't usually a large wait.

This location is the best lazeez shawarma out of all the others I have tried. Their chicken is always tender and no bones in it like some other locations. I go here whenever I am nearby.

I always order chicken on sticks barley get any chicken just paying $14.00 for fries and sauce even resturent not well maintane its look like some street food store now never go back i saw some good reviews from family and friends

Bought a medium on the rocks so like type portion’s and I asked for wrap the guy said he doesn’t have any and I saw bag full of the pita’s up front. Not mention the rice is burnt. Check out the picture

The guys here sometimes don't pay attention to what the customer is saying. I find I always have to repeat myself and say things loudly before I'm paid attention to.

First and foremost, the meal is really delectable. I placed a large order, and they fulfilled it admirably, with well-organized packaging. The personnel is courteous and professional, and they provide excellent service and a high-quality product. I've never had a bad meal there, whether it's their Shawarmas in a wrap or on the rocks, their hummus and pita combinations, or their salads. Strongly suggest.

Ordered 2 chicken on rocks and the quantity of chicken was so low, it tasted like we are just eating rice with garlic sauce. Staff is friendly but food quality is very poor.

Every time I go in the guys there are friendly, attentive, and provide both great service and a great product. Whether it's their Shawarmas in a wrap or on the rocks, their hummus and pita combinations, or their salads, I've never gone wrong there. Any time I'm in the area, I'm there at least once per week. Strongly recommend.

This location was a lot better before. Ordered a mixed shawarma and large on the rocks. The shawarma was wrapped loosely so while I was eating it broke apart. The on the rocks barely had any chicken on it.and they dumped the white sauce on it to cover it up.

I was unhappy with recent customer experience. They play loud music inside. I literally had to shout and repeat several times to place an order. I couldn't clarify the food ingredients and ended up not getting the food that I wanted. Giving a 3 star rating as their food tastes good.

Ordered shawarma wrap and it was awesome. Best Lazeez i had visited till now with excellent customer service and they treat customers as family.

One the best Lazeezz ever. Hate going to any other lazeez because no one makes the food the same way like this location nor they are pleasant to talk too.

It’s one of the dumbest place I ever ordered. One the way there, I called them for one shawarma with no pickles but they ignored my instructions completely. Once I reached home to eat this it’s with full of pickles and on the top I also found a human hair. I called them but they didn’t bother to pickup the call. If I have the option to give them minus (-) 100 stars I would definitely give them.

I got a wrap in the morning and sat down to eat it and the guy keep asking me if it taste good i said it taste ok nothing special, well i got sick from eating the wrap it was old meat i guess i will not be eating from there anymore.if you do make shure you see them cut it off and thro it on the grill for your sake the people should not be serving this food to people

Duldeep gives me the best customer service every time I visit there. The food is always fresh and very delicious. I definitely recommend to try

Compared to all other branches, are they told by the owner to cut on portions? When I told them that I have been to so many franchises and nobody does that, they told me they might have different owner. Even the box was left empty on one side from the bottom and some fries were put in to cover the empty space, please avoid going to this one.

Good food, good people but something is missing. We enjoyed the food though and the folks who work there were super helpful

This branch actually spoils the reputation and quality of other Lazeez franchises. Compared to all the other 6 branches we have tried, this one was the worst in terms of Food Quality and Staff Attitude, mainly the cashier. He behaved very strange and tried to over smart in our decisions while discussing the right meal amongst us. Most importantly, the meat didn't taste fresh and 2 on 3 of us fell sick after eating there.

Highly recommend to avoid this specific branch at all cost, unless you want to face poor service and stale food. Good luck.

A must go! Hands down some of the best food in town! I visited here for the first time while traveling from out of town coming from the United States. Lazeez offers high quality food, fast, and at a great price. Aman the manager of this location is great, he helped suggest some of the fan favorites and made sure our experience was top notch from start to finish. My family and I tried the steak and cheese wrap and the Lazeez on the Sticks, and we really enjoyed it, i would highly recommend giving it a try. Every time I'm in the Toronto area I'll be making sure to stop by here again.

Give an option I would rate zero star. Worst customer service. For my shawarma, he put the left over lettuce from the bin which is like two or three pieces. He did the same for my salad as well. Added left over broken pieces of fattoush chips over it. When asked for it he pretended like he dint listen to it. The guy seems like not interested in serving the customer and likes to hang out with his friends who were sitting in one of the tables. Had been to other Lazeez locations but never had a terrible experience like this. Music is so loud as well.

Guys, change ur attitude and atleast clean the place. Otherwise shut down the place and hang out with ur friends. Never visiting again.

Worst shawarma ever, everything fell apart, the wrap was stiff you had to pull it apart. While preparing our food the guy took a phone call while the gloves was still in his hand, then started preparing the food with the same gloves on.very unhealthy.they closes at 12 am, we went in at 9.pm.almost all their toppings were out. My first and last visit there.

Aman and dildeep are always serving customers with a smiling face and have the best customer service they make food like no other lazeez this location is the best lazeez to go to. I highly recommend it for others. Keep up the good work guys!

The portions were very large and the food was quite delicious. Very good food, my favourite shawarma place is in St. Catherine's though but it was still very tasty and that's just my personal opinion. They have their wifi password posted on the wall, which is nice. Only thing I was disappointed with was that my Greek salad didn't have any salad dressing. I asked if it did and was told it did, but I'm not stupid and can tell the difference between a salad with and without dressing. It was still delicious but next time I'm making damn sure they put salad dressing on.

They reduced their quantity a lot l. Before they used to fill up the plate and now it is not even close to what it used to be. I had ask them to put more rice the last time I visted. Very disappointed.

I have tried Chicken Shawarma at Lazeez. It is so delicious. Staff is so helpful and ambience is so high. Must try the real taste of Shawarma. Vasim Raja

This location is best for their freshness. Nice tasting shawarma, the sauce is what makes their food. Service could be a little quicker, but overall worth the trip for a quick bite or sit down. Have only tried their chicken shawarma wrap and chicken on rocks, very tasty.

Extremely rude service. Could just be the one employee, but I'm not coming back. Also took 15 minutes to get a wrap. Was told they were "getting fresh chicken"

It is Certified Halal; an employee who made my two Shawarmas produced the Halal certificate for me to read and this place has satisfyingly large Shawarmas.

Great food and I highly recommend you check it out! A medium size chicken shawarma on the rocks will fill most males up without a doubt. Give it a shot and enjoy the meal:)

ALERT. This place is NOT HALAL. I visited with my family and asked first if it's Halal or not and the guy said yes it's confirmed Halal. I asked for the Halal Certificate and his answer was "I don't know where is the certificate". He even apologized for not having any crrtificate whereas the place says Halal at their enterance door. He never had any Halal Certificate. If you're looking for Halal Shawarma, avoid this place. These guys are liar and misrepresent by claiming that their meat is Halal.

Awesome food, awesome hosts. Best lazeez of all other branches. That long negetive review about this place and hosts is nothing exept mental stress. Great hardworking crew.

I found hair in my food. Extremely dissatisfied with this location. I've been to a bunch of other lazeez locations and there quality was amazing. The chicken here was dry, and it was quite obvious the workers were not trained properly in food safety
